Our builder sent my husband and I to Ruehlen Supply in Concord, NC to pick out our bathroom fixtures. The bathtub we wanted was listed on their website for $2,841. Salesperson kept telling me that she would sell it to us for $5,230. That just didn’t make sense and when I sent her a screenshot of their website showing it listed for $2841, she said she could not sell it to me for that price but would come down to $3,285.81. I had no choice but to buy it as we were crunching for time. She then came back and said “I have talked to my Manager and he said we could sell it to you at $3,156.67. That was a big mistake on the web-site.” I ended up calling her and told her that what they were doing was wrong and they needed to honor their price they had listed on their website. She said “sorry”. The next day I looked at their website and they changed the price $5230. I will never do business with them again.

Great place

I am in the construction business and go to supply houses on a daily basis. I was off today and happened to need some plumbing supplies for my home, a flapper for a toilet and a faucet for a tub that I had previously purchased at this store. I went in to this business this morning and was faced with the rudest service I have ever encountered by the guy who worked there and another employee that tried to tell me my attitude was bad. It was fine before I arrived there. They don’t have to worry about seeing me again.

Terrible knowledge of products. Very unorganized, way overpriced, and very limited in selection.. Had to make multipe trips to pick out items only to be told that we need to come back and exchange. We finally agreed on a bathtub they could get in. After waiting weeks they delivered it and it was shattered. They told us that it would take 2 months to get another one. Didnt try to make it right or expedite the shipping. Just a take or leave it mentality. After we picked out a new one, it was delivered. It was the wrong tub. Now to correct the problem we would have to tear it out of the wall and purchase a new one and pay to have it re-installed and the sheetrock repaired. Ruehlen said they wont take responsibility for any of it. Avoid this place at all cost.
