Always inside this chain of craft store. Between the wife and myself. We are always here for her yarn. My wood crafting supplys. Great selection of colors of yarn, cloth, or paint. Whatever your crafting needs are you should be able to find it here. Ask an assistant if you cant. They are always happy to assist you in finding your item. Even if its at another store. Cant say enough about this store. Always has the items I need.

A great location. Lots of stuff, helpful staff, clean areas. Some supplies seemed low in stock but it was understandable as it seemed pretty busy.Only downside is that line at the end was super long with only two cashiers. Overall a great spot for all types of craft materials.

Workers arent arent helpful or knowledgeable...just my experience coming here atleast once weekly for my hobby needs but most of the time now I just rather look it up on the website since most arent very willing to help. I would suggest going online before getting disappointed.

The store was a mess during my visit today. Fabric was piled and stacked in all different directions, so many empty shelves. The staff seemed unwilling to help answer any questions and too busy to help. This store used to be so well managed but my last few visits it just goes more and more in a negative direction.

Went down there for a curbside pickup using their app. Nobody brought anything out for over 20 minutes. End up going inside.

Always clean, friendly service even if a few look tired or grouchy they are not.

This us a good fabric store with great material, sewing, knitting, crocheting, needle work items. There are limited items for other types of crafts, but I would say this skewed towards the fabric and yarn based activities.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was building a cat tree and they pointed me in the right direction for all the fabrics and other things needed. Super happy to have this place near me.

When I come here with my wife, she often wants fabrics but doesn’t like dealing with the whole cutting process so I do it for her. The employees behind the counter are always nice and talkative. Not much else to say since I stare at my phone the whole time in the store. They also have very clean men’s’ restrooms.

The store was very large with a huge selection of everything you might need for your crafting needs! The customer service was very nice and they were knowledgeable about all the questions I had. My only complaint was that the cutting station took a long time, but the staff there was still nice.

Its a great store. I feel most people know why they go to joanns and they almost always have whatever that reason is.

It seems that Joanns never has enough checkers or anyone around to ask questions to. I have been going to Joanns for 30 years.

Stop by to get muslin it has the track a sign 30% off but the cutting person say that was not included... but the sign didnt say otherwise... talked to the cashier same story i asked her to charge me whatever price .. kindly she gave (finally ) the 39 % off i took a lic of the sign... false advertising? Or just careless...

Loved it! There were tons of fabrics for me to choose from for my masks, and also found a lot of cool craft supplies for my 4 year old during the pandemic. The only reason I marked it 4 stars was because the fabric staff was so so. The Latina with purple hair was super helpful though, so Id give her 5 stars.

Joanns is my go to craft store for online and store purchases.

Found a lot of things I need there and it’s hella cheaper then Michaels

Had to wait in a queue to get in, but the service and organization has definitely improved.The line that got to the back of the store vanished in a matter of about 10 minutes, when I went to get my fabric cut.

Great sale. Set up for safety. Each register area was cleaned between customers. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.

This store is great. They have managed the store so well through the pandemic and the personnel are always professional.

Very poor customer service. Ordered fabric online so I can use coupons for curbside pick up. Order was cancelled because they said no longer available but online said they still have it on stock. I called the store and I was put on hold for 20.mins and they eventually hanged up on me.

I placed an online order on Sunday at 8 am deliberately planning to pick it up on my way home from the Bay Area to Sacramento on Monday Afternoon. I arrived there at 3 pm on Monday and the order still had not been compiled. It was for 4 items, all in the same department. They said it was because they were so busy but for an online order placed more than 24 hours in advance, why couldnt they have done this at the end of the day or before the rush? I have done a lot of curb-side pick-up during the pandemic and have never had an issue like this. Very disappointing. I had to cancel the order and re-order at a different store which I will have to make a separate trip for.

The selves were rather empty in the sewing section. I have noticed this the last few times Ive been in store.

I went in early to beat the lines and knew exactly where to find what I wanted. Had a wonderful conversation with a woman whose son was a former Marine from the Gulf.

A decent joanns for sure as far as selection goes.

Jo-Anns Fabric store has a wide variety of fabrics Yarns and crafts with all the accessories to go along with them. The store in Concord California is well-stocked and has the most variety of any of the Jo-Anns fabric stores Ive been in in Northern California.A few things that the store could improve upon are, have two rest rooms available for the customers, faster service at the fabric cutting counter and check out, and keeping a more moderate temperature in the store. All of the Jo-Anns fabric stores I have been in in Northern California feel very cold in the winter as if the air conditioning is going. The air in the store is colder than the air outside in the winter time. The store is comfortable in the summer thank goodness.

I love Joann concord but I don’t think I will order online again. I placed an order and paid for it on Sunday, and Friday I received an email cancellation for all the items. They shouldn’t validate my order if they don’t have it in stock. Really mad.

There is such a variety of things here and its well organized. I love coming here for all the creative inspiration!!! The only complaint I have is with the number of sight limited people that come (older) the labeling of rows to find things gets lost with all the items in the store. Bigger signs, bolder fonts, something more visible for the categories on the shelves would be so helpful. The staff are helpful when you can find someone but they kind of blend in with the busy-ness too.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Joanns. I placed my order for pick up at the Concord, CA store. I ordered 16 pieces and there is NO WAY that the store associates couldnt find at least ONE in stock out of 16. I am pretty sure whoever got my ordered just did not want to do all the grunt work of digging through piles of silk flowers to find these. I am still very very very upset over this. And they took 3 days to notify me that there is no stock, when I could have looked for alternatives and then they left me no choice, and I could not repurchase the product at another store or online because the prices tripled in those 3 days

Clean, everyone wears masks, the lines have plastic barriers between them, and decent selection.

Always love coming to this store. Located in a busy strip shopping center near downtown Concord. I typically find parking pretty quickly and fairly close by. The store is always well stocked with friendly employees and lots of great sales all the time. The fabric counter can of course get a bit busy, but they have a ticket with number system that works well. My daughter and I can spend hours here wandering and thinking of new fun crafts and projects to do. They have a great selection of seasonal home decor which is a really great addition to the store. Do be sure to download the Joanns app for your phone to use the current coupons at checkout. They just scan your phone to apply the coupon. You also can use as many coupons as you like!

Had so many things I was looking for and great prices. But, didnt get everything on my listn and they most likely had it, because I couldnt find anyone to help me. Really like this place. It has everything.

Bad service I am 79 and I have trouble walking .This is a big store and no carts I walk with a cane.So where do I keep the stuff that I buy.So I asked for a cart and they just looked at me like I was from another planet.The store is about a city block long.So really incompetent people work there,ofcourse what I needed was woolWhich was on the opposite end of the front door.Please get some more carts for us people that are disabledAnd train your people to be more compassionateThank you!

Great collection of items for all kinds of ideas. I would have given it 5 stars, but they are grossly understaffed. Its difficult to find someone to help. However when you do the associates are always happy to spend however long it takes to find exactly what you want.I bought two frames and fabric to put in the frames. The fabric background blended with my bathroom wall perfectly and my love of cats and naps captured part of my personality perfectly. Picture below. Im not the best photographer.😻

Curb side service needs lots of help, not efficient & the phone is always busy so it’s hard to get through. First time, I waited 45 minutes to get my order. The recording doesn’t tell you to stay on the line & an associate will be with you. Both cars on both sides of me came after me & left before me. My 2nd experience, I knew their process by calling the phone #. Again waited 45 mins for them to bring my things to curb side! Just my luck, again both car besides me got there after me & got their order before me☹️. Their curb side process needs a major improvements!

Tons of stuff for crafting fun. So many fabric options and now the ability to order special occasion fabrics. Sewing supplies for every need. Ready made framing and solid selection of shadowbox in addition to framing services, usually with good discounts available to app users. So many coupons for app users that I normally walk away having spent at least 25% less than I expected. Cake making, home decor and crafting classes all have great selections as well.
