Its not a hard place to find nice people nice guys that Im loaded my truck the only problem is they need a better way to unload trucks at least docks that you can back into other than that no problems

They all came out, but Kim Fisher with Casco was the only one to follow up with me and get me pricing quickly. I like to do my due diligence, so I spent a week or two harassing the other vendors to give me a quote. Finally, when I got one from them, they were in line with Cascos quote. If you need a custom fabrication design and need it manufactured Casco is a one stop shop! Our Foundation Repair company in Concord NC reached out to Casco a few weeks ago with an idea of designing a steel attachment for our Mini Excavator to improve efficiency when installing steel foundation supports for our customers. We had a basic idea of what we were wanting and we presented it to Matt at Casco. Matt and his team immediately turned around a design to us that took our basic idea and transformed it into a well thought-out design that would also be functional out in the field. Once we approved the design Casco was able to manufacture the attachment quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. Now with this new piece of custom equipment we are able to complete large projects quickly and we will more than recoup the cost of the steel attachment. With all due respect to any other sign company out there, you cant touch Casco with a 10 foot pole. The customer service couldnt have been better through design, production and installation of our sign. Chris and John just came out and serviced our company and were very professional and I wuld highly recommend to anyone needing signage.

Untrustworthy & Unorganized. Casco hired us to install a project out of their serving area. They provided us with improper mounting material and one of the letters fell off the wall during the install. It was damaged due to the cheap tape Casco provided. We brought their letters back to our shop, stud mounted and created patterns (at no charge) so that their product could be displayed properly. They short paid their invoice 175 dollars for one 15 PVC letter. They refuse to explain how they came up with that ridicules amount for such a small piece of plastic and do not returns calls. Would not recommend working with these folks.

Worst experience Ive had with any sign company. I have ordered many signs for over 10 of my locations and this one by far has the rudest customer service and significantly higher pricing. I definitely would not recommend spending your time or money here. The owner themself is the one that handled my project and its a shame that she can call herself a professional.
