Great prople that work here. All the employees had on face masks. I went for an inspection and even though they were crowded (on a Sunday) I got out in less than 35 minutes.

Another GREAT and FAST experience. I only went for an oil change, so theres really not much to say. But the team was different from my first 5 star visit, so I thought they deserve another shout out.So sorry I did not remember names, but it was Friday 10/08/2021 around 4 PM. A sweet young girl with a big friendly smile met me in the parking lot and drove my vehicle right in.Two folks were checking out before me, and mentioned they had a coupon from the website. I said ooh, I need to get a coupon, and the same girl who checked me in said no worries, Ill put that in for you when youre ready. About 5 minutes later, I was checked out with the coupon taken care of for me. I feel like the owners and management must be hiring the right people and treating them well, that filters down to good service. I hope they keep it up. Thank you guys!

Great service here. Usually in and out very quickly. Staff is very courteous and explain what, why and how much for any extra services they recommend. Have had my oil changed several times here.

They did a free check engine light scan and provided extremely helpful information which I used to do a minor fix myself - came back the next day for two additional services on top of my inspection and felt more than fairly treated each time. Appreciated seeing the female representation on the team as well! Great job all around!

I absolutely love that this Speeder Oil Change & Auto is just right up the road from me. Being a female and going into any place with car issues has always been a problem for me. Ive been taken advantage of so many times in the past its unreal. Thats in the past though because over the years I have taught myself many things auto wise. The only issue I have now is finding someone who would not try to take advantage of me thinking that Im clueless and I found that at this Speeder Oil Change & Auto. They are extremely professional and so friendly. I trust this location and the people there. I always try and tip, which I didnt know was a thing at places like this but Im so happy it is because the people there truley deserve it and more. They have always treated me with the upmost respect and have never tried to dumb things down for me. For that alone I am a loyal customer for life.

Brought my truck in for an inspection and was failed which would be fine if it was an actual issue. The guy failed it for a part that is regularly checked my other individuals who have the knowledge of vehicle mechanics. This gentleman also did not properly check this particular part, I was outside and seen him checking my vehicle. My husband brought my truck back and asked the man to show him what was wrong in which he replied it was the boot on the part. The boot has nothing to do with the performance and will dry with regular use. This was pointed out to him and that it was not a legitimate reason to fail it. The man then changed his reason and said it was the play in the part which he then stated how he had checked it proving again that he did not properly inspect it. This part comes with play it. It also took two people to pull my truck in which can be understood since my tires are a few sizes larger than factory so there’s not much room when turning. The guy who inspected it pulled it out and did not pull it all the way out, he had bound the front end up turning too sharp and did not even bother to adjust. Will not be back. This place was a joke.

Fast, courteous and very good at what they do. To explain a little better...my son and I were in town town visiting and my son had purchased a vehicle from a local new car dealer[to which we wont name because they dont deserve the free advertisement]. In order to get plates, we had to find a place to inspect it immediately. SpeeDee took us right in and got my sons truck taken care of so he could safely make his trip to his new military base in Florida. Kudos to the men and woman at SpeeDee!!!!

I originally went across the street for an inspection and oil change. They told me it was by appointment only and I would have to come back tomorrow. So I went to SpeeDee instead. It was my first time there and I will be going back. They were fast, friendly and honest. Very pleased with my service. I felt like the tech who talked to me went over and beyond.

Just moved into the area and found these guys nearby. I cant say how happy I was with the visit.I was greeted promptly by Chris as I pulled in. This guy is very professional and takes the time to really explain things. I was really impressed by his professionalism, and ability to communicate clearly any issues or potential issues I may need to address.Never once did he make me feel pressured to purchase another service. He made clear recommendations and made suggestions to look at potential issues that didnt require immediate attention. Very impressed by this point already, simply based on my interaction with him.As I was sitting in the waiting room, another mechanic named Robert was helping another customer while I observed. What a friendly guy. Just good vibes all around from everyone I interacted with.The visit was short, quick, and impressive. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a place for their car needs who value honesty, courtesy, and professionalism. These guys are truly great.

This was my second time bringing a vehicle for an inspection. They are all great people. They apologize often for being so busy, a sign of the great work they do in my opinion. There are other places I may have gotten in and out of but want to support this business and great people.

I almost had a stroke when they told me it was 48.00 plus change for a simple oil change. Wal-Mart always vacuumed the front seat of the car. They didnt. I wont go back.

Good customer service and they were fast. I think I was less than 20 minutes on a Friday.

I called and was told it would be a 30 min wait to get my car inspected. When I got there it only took maybe 10 mins it seems like but it was fast and I was pleased with the service. There is one thing I would like to point out to the owners, you have signs out saying mask are required so ALL customers should be required to wear one or not recieve service. The workers all had on mask but there was a customer in the waiting room did not have on a mask the whole time I was there so I went and stood outside. Please dont be afraid to turn away customers for not following rules.

Rob and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was getting my first oil change by myself and they told me everything I needed to know. The amount of positivity and cheerfulness there was great. Will definitely be coming back.

Took my truck in today for the first time. Superlative service! The process ( oil and filter change) took a short time (I was very impressed as this was lunch time when time is a premium commodity!) Although Ive visited several times over the past several years, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I just paid more for an oil change than I ever had and received none of the 17 point inspection or any of the services that SHOULD BE provided with the oil change!! I watched the entire process so I know what wasnt done!! After noticing what wasnt done, I asked about one of those items while he provided the elevated price. I was told we do that, but only if customers ask for it.

Had a $15 coupon that I was told was scanned in. Only $2 removed from my bill. Was over $60 for oil change. Not pleased at all

First time here for an NC inspection, was in and out quickly. Very professional and courteous. Used to go to Davis inspections in Harrisburg for 20 years but they recently closed so I guess Spee Dee will be my new go to place!

Well it was just ok I had to go back an reajust my dash computer an I dont think any one knew how to.do it any one can change oil but when I was paying I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip not very pro like would ever come back I dont think so

Have to give a big shout out to the crew in Concord. Robert greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Very professional. I had my oil changed and new wiper blades on my car. Work was done quickly. Super friendly people. Adam was AWESOME!! Although he couldn’t do one of the fluid exchanges due to the type of car I have, he was honest and upfront. He even suggested a few other places that might be able to do it for me. I would definitely come here in the future for any car care needs.

Given the C-19 pandemic, I was surprised to see that there was no guidelines for social distancing at this place. The waiting area is very small. There were 7 people other than myself waiting. 6 inside and 1 on the only bench provided on the outside. There was no way that you could be 6 feet away from each other. Also, although I know masks are not mandatory, no employees and only one customer other than myself was wearing one. For my own safety, I stood outside until my car was serviced.

I came to get an oil change and 2 new front tires. I never been here before, but I was welcomed like a valued customer! I appreciated the notification on how much everything would cost, when there was something wrong with my vehicle and when I needed to get certain parts fixed. I like that I’m able to see my vehicle get fixed through a wide window from the waiting room. The service was professional, I wasn’t spending hours waiting on my vehicle and I wasn’t left in the dark about what’s going on. After everything, I was surprised about how well my car drove! It felt like a whole new car! I definitely recommend and will come back soon for my next oil change!

Went to get a oil change and they told me they didnt have my oil but they have another they can use and was gonna charge me $99 for a oil change i think they just didnt want to work because they was just standing around so they told me a story to get me out so I went down the road to another service station and I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK lost my business here

The staff is great! They will let you know what is wrong in great detail to where you can understand everything going on. They also do great work. The prices are reasonable as well. I will continue to bring my vehicle here as long as I can.

I have sworn by SpeeDee Oil for well over a decade now. Competing shops should take note the fact that people will happily be repeat customers (and will recommend you to all of their friends) if you treat them honestly and fairly.It is no understatement to claim that I would feel comfortable handing these guys a blank check and stating, Do what honestly needs to be done without second thought or mental reservation.

They were kidding when they were titled speedy lube. It took all about 15 minutes in I was out of there!

The staff here is so amazing! They had me in and out and gave me a detailed list with all of the maintenance that is coming up for my vehicle and when I should have it done by. I truly feel like theyre not trying to rip you off, they just do exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done. You can tell they take pride in their job.

Went to these folks for the first time on 12/31. Very professional staff, explained everything that needed to be done for my Camry.But the best thing I heard - another customer was in to have some work done on a car that was recently purchased... The technician came into the waiting area, and explained to the gentleman that the transmission fluid in his newly purchased car was in pristine condition, and looked as though it had recently been changed, so there was no reason to do so again - how many mechanics would have changed it anyway, or not have changed it but still charged for it? That said volumes to me about the integrity of the place.Will definitely be returning in the future.

Fast and easy inspection!

I just today went by there for my state inspection and oil change. Turns out that all I really needed was a inspection, cause my oil change wasnt due for another 2,000 miles. They could of easily taken advantage of me and charged me for something I didnt need yet. So, for their honesty, I will be back, and will be highly recommending them to others. Thanks guys! If I could give a 1/2 a star I would. DONT GO HERE!!!! I recently went to speedee for an oil change and a N.C. state inspection. A few days later there was dripping oil in my garage. I don’t drive much so I haven’t moved my vehicle in a few days. My husband went under the car and noticed my drain plug was loose and leaking oil. I call the store and asked to speak to the manager to see what he would say or do, the call was intercepted by the lady at the front desk and asked me what was wrong and explained. No manager, no apologies, no nothing but was told to bring my car back to a place that didn’t tighten my drain plug in the first place, what if I never noticed?? My car would have leaked all the expensive oil, I just paid for to be changed out. I’ve been going there for years and NEVER had an issue, So it angers me because I feel like they are taking advantage of a “younger female” because they think I wouldn’t notice. I have a somewhat newer car and never had any issues EVER.I will never be back and will be telling everyone I know not to bring their car here... very disappointed. If the manager was busy or something then they should called back to speak with me. When a customer asks to speak to a manager a manager should be involved. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

They are not COVID conscious. Tried to take my phone to use a coupon and doesn’t have tools for contactless service not safe.

I normally deal with Brandon and the guys. But, I had the worst experience from Annette. She was rude and overly pushy. She didnt ask anyone a question. She said that this was bad and that there was a problem with my power steering fluid and didnt even ask if I had done it. Theres 10 new customers here and they all started talking about it. 5 of them left and didnt even give them @ chance and all of them said they would NEVER COME THERE AGAIN. MAN one bad seed can ruin a great place.. She is there for one month and I can say I wont go back when shes there. She is there Friday and Saturday. Dont go then. If you go ask for Brandon or anyone else.

What a great place! Ive been taking my truck here for 6 years and they have always been trustworthy, honest, and just all around great guys. Ive had my breaks done, fluid changes, oil changes, and tire installation. This is the first place I go if I need work. Stop by and get an oil change, youll see how good they are. True professionals.

(First of all, have to note that theres a different crew there than from a few months ago). Oil change and inspection in about 25 minutes. Pleased with the speedy service. BUT.....sadly, Ill have to drop a couple stars from my past experiences. Up until now, it was my first choice for all of my vehicles minor repairs and maintenance. I noticed that I might have a spark plug fouling out so I got a quote for a tune up on my 6 cyl. OVER $200!... while the sign inside advertised it for $79. I might understand it being a few bucks more than $79, but not THAT high. Also, I was told my coolant reservoir tank needed replaced - quoted at $134 with no labor charge. I have found that tank at around $40-$60 at parts stores. And $34 on Amazon. Do your homework. I may continue to go there for oil and inspections but thats about it.
