First time I took my car to Honda of Concord for an oil change (Sep 20 21). When I handed over my car, it was scratched and a black grease stain on the seat. I informed Sandra how my car was being delivered to me. She informed me that they are going to check the camera and that they were going to call me. A few days later I called again they told me to take my car and I told them that I could take it on Thursday, when I arrived they told me that it was Sandras day off and that there was no report, at that moment they took a photo of my car and left a report where Sandra was going to communicate with me. so far I have not received any calls from her. the attention not very good. My car was not covered by the seats. Unprofessional work. I hope they solve the problem with my car as soon as possible.

We bought a car from them in 2019. In June of this year, we traded the car in. Our current dealership told us to contact Concord Honda for a refund on our GAP insurance since the car wasn’t paid off until we traded it in. I have called MULTIPLE times with no help. I live two hours away and can’t just stop by. No one answers in their finance department. I have left at least four messages with someone named April who never calls me back. When I finally get anyone on the phone, whether it’s in the service or sales department, they tell me I have to come in to the dealership. When I ask to speak to someone about possible doing it over email or fax, they take my name and number for someone to call me back. Shocking… no one does. Bottom line, once they get what they want from you, there is no customer support whatsoever.

This is my 3rd time buying a new car with the help of tita Lefie. Always great experience. I was looking for specific car hatchback and currently the car is not available and its low supply, high demand and they are not sure when will be available. They gave me professional advice, we do pros and cons, im still happy even though my 1st choice is not available. OUTSTANDING CUTOMER SERVICE FROM FELIPE!We bought our CRX here a few years ago. We have had it serviced here consistently since then.Last week we needed a regular service. We scheduled it, brought it in abut the difference is the great service we received. Felipe helped us and it just seems that he and all the other staff we engaged seemed sincere in their customer service. The communication was great. Everyone seemed happy and genuine doing their job. Its so nice in these times to feel valued as a customer.We highly recommend and we will be back.

The staff was very patient and friendly. I left in a much better, newer car than originally planned and they were genuinely happy to help. My salesman made the visit comfortable and made sure we had all the amenities we asked for, and even went so far as to come out with a pizza for my son and I and asked us to help ourselves to lunch. They go above and beyond. The finance team is just amazing. Id recommend Concord Honda to anyone that is looking to lease or purchase. Ill definitely be returning for my next car.

Its was my first time doing business with them and most likely my last! If I only knew, I should have brought it to other city! I dropped my car last Friday (aug 13) and got a call from them the next day saying that I’m having a problem with the electric brake switch. I was told that they ordered the parts and it should come in on Tuesday. My plan was to pick my car up and drop it of once the parts come but they said it’s not advisable to drive it. I waited till Tuesday and told me the parts didn’t come and they were expecting it to come in on Wednesday. I got a call that day and guess what, they didn’t have the parts still and they have no idea when it’s going to come. I asked for a loner since I had to return my sister car and said they don’t do that anymore. I decided to get my car while still waiting though I have know idea when they’re going to have the parts that I’ve been waiting. I don’t even know if they really order the parts or not. They wasted my time waiting for nothing! I waited 5 days for nothing!!! They asked me to pay $190.00 for the diagnostic and I did and also asked me to pay for the parts but I refused! The parts are nowhere to find and asking me to pay right away?! Are you kidding me?! And guess what, it’s been a week now and they haven’t updated me yet. Ugh! Very disappointing!!

I used to drive a 99 Honda Accord and I desperately needed an upgrade. I’m a first time buyer myself and I was so cautious coming into this dealership. I did a ton of research ahead of time and tried to learn about the ins and outs of car salesmanship. I have to say, I did NOT experience any sketchy stuff that a lot of people talked about on YouTube, articles, forums, and what my coworkers went through during their own experiences at this dealership.I had made an appointment with Annamarie and she was absolutely incredible!! She was straightforward and genuine. She really helped me out with everything I needed to know and made me and my mother feel incredibly welcome. She was also very patient with us as we looked through the prices they offered and asked our questions about what those prices were for. I highly recommend going to Annamarie if you can. She’s an AMAZING woman!!

Purchased a car from Concord of Honda. Took about 15 minutes discussing the extended car service warranty with the finance person. Finally, concluded its not for me and declined it. My loan company called me to confirm my car loan and confirm I purchased the extended warranty. Ive called the dealership everyday for the last three days and left my phone number for the finance department to call me back about this error. Today, O asked to speak to a manager. The manager was unsympathetic and took my number, again, and said someone from finances would call me back. Still, no contact on their part to rectify this. Their operator said that their finance team has been busy with customers in front of them. So, because they already took my money and I am not in front of them, lack of customer service and accountability is apparently how Concord of Honda runs things. I will never buy a car from this dealership again!

Never will be coming here again brought my car in because it was making a whining noise from the engine Concord Honda tried telling me it was just the turbo when I know for a fact It wasn’t I ended up paying $95 for them to tell me nothing was wrong and that it was safe to drive turns out my transmission goes out and thankfully Walnut Creek Honda was able to help me out and get me the service that I needed I will not ever go back to concord Honda

We found the Dodge Caravan we purchased online. We had been looking for a while and were ready to make a purchase. The internet salesperson called us and disclosed that the driver and passenger headrests were broken. (She responsibly sent us a picture.)We chose to finance some of the vehicle. The dealership was not busy at all, and yet we waited over 3 hours for the financing to be finalized. (Mind you, we had our three hungry children with us. I purchased snacks from the vending machines multiple times to just get them through the tedious process.)When we first submitted the papers to the finance department, we DECLINED ANY and ALL OPTIONAL insurance/theft devices. Upon signing, we realized that we were being FORCED into agreeing to $149 charge for a Complete Theft Optional Theft Deterrent Device. Once we pointed out to the sweet lady that the word OPTIONAL was over the $149 charge, the finance manager came and said they were required by CA law to include that OPTIONAL charge. At this point, we became frustrated and started to yell. A charge of $149 when purchasing a vehicle is minuscule, but why does it say optional? And if it says optional, shouldnt I, the consumer, have the right to exercise said option?Then, a gentleman came into the finance office, picked up the folder of paperwork, and said he would dissolve the deal. We had been waiting 3 and a half hours for the van at this point. Why the need to cause us additional stress? The threat of canceling the whole purchase, after us sitting there for HOURS -- was that necessary? My son was crying in the finance office because he was hungry. We told the salesman that we did in fact want the vehicle, but couldnt understand why an optional charge was not in fact optional. (Every single place in our contract where this $149 theft device is referenced also has the word optional.) I told him cross out the word optional, and we wouldnt have a problem. He wouldnt.Our saleswoman came into the finance room and my husband asked her if she would agree to pay something that was optional. Her response was, I dont want to answer that question and walked out of the room.We have a due bill saying the dealership owes us headrests. The vehicle was purchased 9/12/21. Today is 10/5/21. We have not received the headrests, nor have we received a phone call with an update.We purchased this van because we need it for work purposes, both for my husband and myself, despite being forced to pay an additional $149 we didnt agree to. We left the dealership feeling taken advantage of and forced to agree, or else they wouldnt give us the vehicle we need and went with the intention of purchasing. Disappointed. Disgusted. Used car salesman stereotype come true.

I recently bought in my Honda CR-V for a routine oil maintenance. My service advisor, Kenji, was very prompt in informing me that something else needed immediate attention. The wait time was ridiculously long. Security system that was already installed in the used car I purchased was not included in the sales price and was listed as an add on. That was ridiculous and I had to tell the staff that I would not be paying extra for that and that it should be included in the listing price of the car. They listed my address incorrectly which made my sales price incorrect so I had to wait for them to correct all of that information. When signing the contract they had my address incorrect again so I had to resign all of the paperwork. Only form of payment they would take was a cashiers check and we were not told of that until we had already been there for 3 hours. Who doesnt take a personal check anymore? Will not be coming back unfortunately.

I wish I could report a good experience but my experience has been very poor. We bought a new Honda Odyssey at the beginning of 2017. We bought an extended warranty through Honda. Over the last 18 months we noticed the car seemed to reset electrically without us doing anything. The car would start after but it was concerning. It shouldnt happen that way. We took the car into Concord Honda where our warranty is. They said it was the battery (not covered by a warranty) so we replaced it through them. It wasnt long at all before it starting happening again. So, we brought the car in again and explained the problem. They told us we needed to replace our tires so we did (not related to the electrical issue). They said they could find no problem with the car. We explained our issues and brought it in the day after it did the thing we were worried about. More money for an inspection to be told there is nothing wrong with it. They said they can do absolutely nothing unless we can replicate the issue in their shop. Their main thing was about a code being flipped with the problem. If it isnt flipping a code now when it happens, it wouldnt flip it if they saw it either. Anyway, they said there is nothing they can do except continue to take money from us. So far, several hundred dollars for not fixing the problem. And, they would like us to come back and do it again. I am just shocked that the field of mechanics cant go beyond a code being flipped to figure out a problem. We also paid for a warranty that apparently has no value to fix problems in the car. I just dont believe they are doing all they can and I dont believe they are being honest in this situation. I wish I could say different because I want the world to have good mechanics you can trust and how loyal we have been to the Honda brand.

After visiting a different Honda Dealership and leaving very unhappy due to not being treated well, I was referred to Concord Honda by a close friend. I walked in nervous but I knew what car I wanted and the price range I was comfortable with.I met up with Mike and he immediately greeted me and was very friendly from the beginning. He got to know my needs and wants and tried to find the perfect for me that fit my price range. After showing me the lot, I immediately fell in love with one of the Honda Accords on the lot and I worked with Mike to make sure i left with it that day. Mike was super helpful and explained all the extras and the benefits and he was ultimately able to help me secure the best deal.I left very happy and if I was in the market for another car, Id visit Concord Honda once again. I was there last week for a oil change and I got help from Jenifer. She is very friendly and she advise me to do a alignment with my tires since they very new. And that day the alignment was on sale. I feel as tho they mostly lied about everything. Kept putting responsibility on someone else. Told us that this and that were included,only to find a separate charge on the paperwork. We were told that we can cancel the extras within 60 days,only to be told it cant be cancelled. Dont believe anything they say. Read your paperwork before signing anything. They lied about everything.

Needed a repair after check engine light came on and engine was losing power.Because of COVID there was no free ride home offered. I waited 3 hours to find out what the diagnosis was. I spend 30 minutes on hold before someone answered the phone.I got a text message that the car was done. I needed to call again to confirm since I had to arrange a ride to get back to the dealer. I waited on hold again for 45 min before someone answered the phone. When I got to the dealer and told them how it was frustrating no one answered the phone he told me I should have downloaded an app to communicate. All for technology but for a minimum $185 diagnostic fee for you to not even. Answer the phones is a joke.

I came to check out the CRV. The salesman was very refreshing. I asked questions, he answered without pressuring me to buy. He told me about the offers they have showed me all the great features on the CRV/EX. I told him was not ready to buy today, but soon. He gave me his card, and when I buy if I can, I will come see him. Low pressure does work, pass it on.

Upon arrival everyone was friendly and welcoming. The wait was not to long and I was comfortable in the lounge area while waiting and watched TV.The Advisor was friendly and personable. She educated me on what was recommended and did not forget to give me a quote to fix a minor body issue on my car, which was reasonable. The part needed was ordered and advisor scheduled an appt for me on April 8th to get it fixed. Overall great experience.

Please dont consider buying used cars from Concord. I wasnt made aware of multiple issues with the car and only could figure out when replacing the parts or getting serviced. For example the wheellock was installed but key wasnt provided. I paid the price and not worth it. Regret buying from concord. I wish I coud have consider other dealer over concord.
