Worked here for 8 days, wouldn’t recommend it. The owner is a piece of work — nicely put. He yells at his staff for the slightest inconvenience. They take advantage of immigrant workers, and have no respect for them. I’ve literally see him belittle, and pick at someone’s name due to it not being common in America. They have cameras everywhere, and they listen to your conversations. The owner makes the work place veryyyy tense and uncomfortable which falls on everyone, then the next day hands out candy to try and make up for it. Then proceeds to yell and belittle staff after break. He will even talk about prospect consumers after they leave. Seen it happen. I’d say if you want to buy from them, definitely think twice — especially if wanting to work for them.

I was lucky enough to work at Thermal Control Products for three years. The team consistently went above and beyond for their customers in order to create custom, high quality products and exceptional service. Owners and management were not only amazing to their customers, but extremely supportive of and generous toward staff. A great place to learn how to be a part of a team.

Don’t work here! They will fire you just right at your 90 days!!! Horrible place I wish I would have read the reviews first. They let go of their management every other month. They use immigrants and take advantage of them.

Great company. Superb job of taking advantage of immigrant workers. Theyre exemplary in the way a company should NOT treat their employees. People are not disposable...dont capitalize on their efforts and toss them aside when they stand up for human rights. Please do better.

I worked here before almost 2 years i did lots of thing and i think learnt something new. This could be the next reality show all over the place has security camera and they listening to you what ever u talk or u do. The Owner son all day just checking the video camera and texting his father who working and who not. This work place is a big theatre face to face friendly but when u not there somebody push you out of the bus! Some manager can not handle people and the proper way. So many thing i can tell how bad this place to work. But i am happy to not work there anymore. This 2 years was good experience.

What a great company to work with. From the owner on down to the receptionist everybody is warm friendly and helpful. In learning more about the products and services that they offer. I understand that they can help me with a wide range of racing equipment needs especially taylor made which require an SFI label.

It is truly dissapointing to see so much privilige and blindness to others sufferings. This company does not have an essential core value which is basic kindness and caring about others. They are happy to use and abuse when possible and then easily dispose at a moments notice when something isnt convenient. If you have basic decency. Dont spend your money here.
