I have used Precision Auto in the past and I had great experiences with Tom. They were all really nice folks. But the current Manager Chris is very unprofessional and dishonest to the core. There is also another guy called Jay who is also not any good. He does not even have any basic knowledge on cars and the way they treat the customers is outrageous. Folks please save your hard earned money and don’t trust your car or your life with these folks. Just a pure waste of time and I cannot trust them and come back to this store anymore. Please stay away folks and this is honest feedback !

I went into Precision Tune Auto Care to see about getting an alignment. The man up front informed me that I may not need an alignment and he didn’t want to take my money when it’s not the issue. I told him I really needed two new tires and he said more than likely that would fix the issue. He told me he really wanted my business but he wants to be honest. I went and got two new tires and that did fix the problem. It’s rare you find people who are honest and trustworthy. I appreciate the act of kindness and I will be back for future services on my auto.

Called before showing up. Got there and the alignment rack wasnt functioning properly. Good guys. Nice place. Had to call around, Ended up at Charlies bout 5 min down the road instead.

Had an awesome experience with this shop last week, especially with my interaction with the manager, Chris. I had my sons Jeep in there to get an oil change, and he was able to locate some issues with it that we didn’t even know were there. I am usually hesitant to listen to an upsell, but he was able to show me the actual issue with the hoses. He was not pushy at all, and this let me know he could handle it right then with no worries. I went ahead with the additional service, and left satisfied. If you go in there, definitely ask for the manager Chris.

Staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable about the needed repairs. They did not try to pressure me into buying a service that was not needed. Price for labor was reasonable. Will continue to go here for car needs.

Ive been going here for a long time I just never double-check their work and honestly it makes me second think ever going back.I called them they told me a two-hour wait so I went to Walmart to get an oil change I get there Walmart lifts up the car and fine damage to the point they can even do an oil change so I had to go back to precision and they had a drill into my oil tank and replace the valve.When I get there I have this couple who said they went there for an inspection and an oil change and when they finish their oil change that car wouldnt start.Hell is other lady went there but she had her car towed to the place Anthony didnt Royal change because when she drove down the block her car just shut off and when they got it there she had a blown engine.So Im just warning anybody youre going there with your own risk but after they checked the car all they did was blame it on a recall and told her she had to get a tow truck and get her car out of their lot

I came in 1 time last year and felt like no one in the shop was helpful. I decided to give them another try and what a difference. Franklin greeted me and was very friendly with the customers in the shop. Chris was very nice and actually went outside to my car to showed me I need brakes as well as an oil change. I will definitely be back as well as my family.

I told him of my problem. He was very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and assured me they could fix my problem. He asked me to wait a short while and went right to work on my car. They did a perfect job and the price was very fair. I am vey happy to write this review. When we have a bad experience, we are very fast in complaining. Brought my car in late Monday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. Was worried with it being close to the end of day, they would not be too happy or turn me away. It was the total opposite! Chris, who is the new manager, was amazing! He was extremely helpful and even pulled the car around himself as it was still pretty busy! I felt very confident in their work and could tell he was not the type to just “sell” me things I didn’t really need. I was in and out in no time and will definitely be back for any other services I may need! Highly recommend!!

Terrible Service! They’ll try to make up stuff that’s not wrong with your car and make you pay lots of money. Tried to say I need a new engine when my car was just running hot when idle. Not Paying $5000 when I know my engine is fine. Took it somewhere else turns out it was just my cooling fan. $5000 to $400 is a big difference to me. And also I was there for 3 hrs when I made an appointment with them the day before, still had to wait. SMH! Never coming back here again.

Needed an alignment and an oil change for my 2001 CR-V. They were professional, fast, and the price was quite reasonable for the two things.

The techs are A1 and the staff was quite knowledgeable. They stay busy but always seem accommodating. The oil change prices are unbeatable. I cant buy 5 quarts and a filter for $19.90 and thats their standard price. I recommend to everyone

I went In For an oil change Appointment on My 2021 Chevy trailblazer yesterday around 11:00 and was told there was about 45minutes to and hour wait. I’d had my four year old with me and I was stuck there for 4 hours!!! It wasn’t until the last hours they tell me they didn’t have the right filter for my car because it’s 3 cylinder. Not the whole time was anyone professional and willing to offer updates to anyone. Once asked around 2:00 it was brushed off and the assistant manager tried to change the conversation when I said I’d been there three hours!! I wasn’t offered an apology it was, “ oh, it’s been this long”!

Franklin was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the tune installed on our vehicle! We will definitely be using their services again when we need them!!

I had a great experience at this location! The technician, David, performed a quick and efficient oil change and brake inspection for me, and with the package I was offered, I got all my maintenance fluids topped off too—all for one reasonable price! I spoke with manager, Thomas, about the future maintenance that is recommended at certain mileage. He assured me that he does have an ASE certified technician on staff that will be able to change all my belts as needed, perform fuel system services and tune ups, etc., and that ALL are covered under company warranties.In times like these, when there are so many choices for Auto Care, I am SO GLAD that I can fully trust and depend on the team at Precision Tune Auto Care of Concord!

My car was completely fine before taking it here, I only went to get a routine oil change and to top fluids, but it quickly became a nightmare. The man who performed my oil change talked poorly of the company (they dont pay him enough and he planned on quitting). That should have been a red flag. The mechanic even tried to ask for my phone number, which I politely declined to give. His behavior was very unprofessional in my opinion.On my way home from leaving the shop, lights began to come on on my cars dashboard. I had a busy work schedule so it was hard for me to get back to the shop immediately, however I went back 2 days after my original visit because mystery lights continued to come on. I let the same mechanic know that the oil light was still on and for some reason other lights were now coming on as well, such as my engine light. He assured me everything was fine, reset my dashboard, though didnt actually investigate well enough.Two more days after that, I went to my car on my last break at work to find that my car was only going in REVERSE. If I put my car in drive, neutral, reverse, or L, it would still ONLY GO IN REVERSE. Also, my OIL PRESSURE LIGHT was now lighting up on my dashboard. I called and spoke to the manager TOM. He told me to bring it in and hed look at it FREE OF CHARGE, as he should. I got my car towed to the shop. When I arrived TOM tried to charge me $80 to look at my car. He also began to say that theres no way the oil change caused these problems (THOUGH the shop it self inspected my car on my original visit and told me it was fine! I still have the documentation from this visit and everything was rated as GOOD with my car). He then began to make excuses saying that because my car had low gas (I had 50 miles in my tank, which hardly seems scary low to me). I asked how he explains the oil pressure light? How exactly would low gas make my car go BACKWARDS? Whyd he say hed fix for free and then try to charge $80 to even look at it? TOM DID NOT CARE AND ONLY MADE EXCUSES. I took my car elsewhere to get it fixed. I was told it was FROM THE OIL FOR FACT! TOM and his mechanics are disgusting people, who DO NOT know what they are doing. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! I mean how dense do you have to be to mess up a routine oil change? But what made it worse was that they took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. Im so thankful to have found the other shop that helped me. DO NOT GO HERE!

Brought a Hyundai here yesterday for a diagnostic test. Which was almost 100$They swear up and down it needed a new motor. Mind you it was a 3 misfire codes. They also said my compression was low from engine. If my compression was so low my car would shake and hesitate horribly so I knew that wasnt right. I took my car to FIRESTONE in SALISBURY (BEST TECHS BY THE WAY). They didnt charge me for a diagnostic after I told them what happen cause Presision tune sounded fishy anyway. Firestone explained every part of my car and even pulled my solenoid plugs to show me I didnt even need nowhere near a new motor. All I ended up needing was new spark plugs and a fuel cleaning service and everything was fixed! Thanks to Firestone and their honest employees they also gave me a discount. I would recommend firestone!

Called and spoke with someone about repairs on an immobile vehicle. I was assured they would he able to do the work. I even called the day of scheduled service to confirm and was told YES come on in. When I got my vehicle towed there I was informed that they so not service my make of vehicle. The CSR did not confirm with the mechanic before he promised us the repairs could be done so we were stranded there for hours trying to figure out what to do next. The manager covered a tow to another mechanic shop but we had already wasted hours sitting there trying to figure things outThe CSR was new so I understand but he definitely could use some more training as to what services their specific location offers and effective communication with the rest of the staff. The way he handled us.. I thought he was the manager because he kept making us promises that he wasnt even authorized to keep. I normally have good experiences with this company but this one situation honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I may go back with some of my other vehicles in the future...I just know that I need to deal with someone other that that particular rep.

Just left there after paying for the premium service. I informed and asked them to please check and find the leak in my back passenger side tire, before doing the included tire rotation. After about an hour and a half wait. I was told they couldnt find it. The wonderful lady working the counter, went out there and found the issue which turned out to be a nail that the technician missed. It was on the back passenger tire. Meaning, my tires NEVER got rotated. I didnt say anything because I had waited long enough, while girlfriends seem to keep distracting the techs. This is a business, no one should be hanging out in the service area that isnt on the clock. Now, Im worried about other services that may not have gotten done but that I paid for. My car has a vibration that wasnt there before. Loved the lady working inside, however, I wont be back.

Most days when I come here everything is great. Came today for an oil change and was told I would have to wait an hour and a half. While technicians say crossed legged on a tool cart and looked at social media. No one was in the store and one car was on the lift. You would think during a pandemic they would want business. Guess not. Took pics if the manager would like to see them.

I like this place. Folks are very helpful and knowledgeable. Tom and Brian are both good and friendly and honest in their assessment of issues. Came here for a wheel alignment and after inspection they said that my car was in alignment and would not charge me any. They are honest and very trust worthy. They got a customer and I will give my business to them in the future.

On the website it shows a 4 wheel alignment for $59. I just had tires put on my car plus I do my own maintenance. Soon as they lifted the car up they sent the young manager out to me to up sell me $395 worth of stuff. I replied please just do the alignment for $59. They tell me they cant without me buying the other stuff first. So I had them lower my car and I left. Times are tuff right now. It sucks that every time folks take something in to be repaired we have to worry about someone adding extra sales on top.

Paul would be the best person you pick for a mechanic. Honest, experienced professional guy. Nothing he can’t fix. He has been with the company over 30yrs. I would recommend anyone considering the Concord Parkway Precision Tune to think twice before doing so. They are absolutely the worst when it comes to communication, excessively charging customers beyond the amount quoted AND REPAIRS! Make sure you have a clear understanding of what they aren’t going to do even if a master mechanic suggests-that it’s needed. The bare minimum will be fixed and you’ll be sent on your way until the same repair is in need of fixing. They will scam you and management is extremely rude and won’t do anything at all to make matters better. You will be manipulated and argued with for standing up for what’s right. Again, think twice about consider this company unless you’re financially stable enough to take the loss.

I recommend this place. I went for an oil change and knew I needed brakes so they ended up putting that on as well this past Saturday but they are very sweet and professional. I recommend!

I absolutely love coming to this place. My baby is slightly older, but shes my pride and joy. Pearl is a 2004 Toyota Matrix XR and Thomas and Allison take extraordinary care of her AND me. When I take her in for regular maintenance and/or problems, they take me through every step of the process to make sure I have all the information, know the costs involved, and never worry whether or not the service is necessary. Im a big fan of this place, which is why I continue to see them for tune-ups, wiper blades, inspections, the whole deal. They know theyve got me and Im theirs to be GOT. A+. Love em.

There is usually a wait at this shop! I have been there twice for a nail in my tire with two different vehicles. I was expecting to pay $40 to get the tire plugged. I forget where the nail was on the first car. (Not on the side wall) Cost me $160. The second time the nail was dead center of the tread. I waited for about 40 minutes the tech brought me out and said that he couldnt find the nail but that I needed a new tire. I pointed out where the nail was and he went into theatrical explanation of The ring of death. I had bought the (used)car, two months previous. From a legitimate dealership. By this time I have been at the shop for an hour and 15 minutes. I just paid the $140 and left. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this shop.

You know I walked in and asked for a set of tires and an alignment, very specific. So tell me why these so called mechanics come back with a list of things that arent wrong with my car. Needless to say they didnt give me an alignment but were happy as hell to give me two brand new tires. Wasted time and money smh

Thomas, the manager, verified that they offer free alignment checks. I arrived and told him I thought I needed an alignment based on what the dealership told me at me annual inspection. He took the car and said they would check it. When my keys were returned to me, he handed me this report and stated my charge was $69.22 for the alignment. I asked him to explain as based on the report he provided, it looked like a pretty good alignment to begin with. He said, direct quote “yeah, you didn’t need it, but we did adjust some things.” The ONLY thing that changed was the right rear toe, which changed by 1/100th of a degree. Long story short, the regional and district managers were involved and I eventually got a refund as they should have stopped when the first alignment scan came back within spec. HOWEVER, they are a dishonest shop. The manager admitted I didn’t need an alignment but charged me for one anyway. I won’t be back. Yes, NTB charges a few dollars more, but they’re honest about what does and does NOT need to be done. Go elsewhere for your car care needs.

Stellar customer service! Amanda genuinely cares for the satisfaction of the customers. The services I received was done right and I’m a timely manner. Communication on what’s going on with the car was excellent and comforting and if something else was found during an inspection it was presented with affordable solutions.This place has done miracles on my BMW. I am a person of true customer service and they exemplify top notch care. I usually don’t trust shops but that has changed here. They replaced all of my rotors and brakes with ceramic, replaced my tires and coolant reservoir along with hoses. Great prices and amazing service. Thank You guys you rock! If you have a foreign car... mainly BMW.... dont take your car here. I went in for alignment and once completed they said that Its good. Drove off and had the same issue. Took it to a euroshop down the road, they informed me that Precision Tune didnt perform a full alignment correctly. So I go back to precision and they said they dont have the capability to do it right. Didnt offer a refund, just took money and said have a nice day. Very disappointed. Mr. Dixon

Avoid going to Precision Tune Auto Care. Was charged for an alignment, when one was not needed. The vehicle was within spec, but we were charged for an alignment anyhow. I will be contacting corporate, stay away from these crooks.

I came here for an oil change a while ago and forgot to leave a review on how much they suck. The oil change was fine but the manager who claimed to be from an out of town/state location tried to upsell me on services my car might need. I said hell naw. Hours after the oil change, 4 warning lights came on.

Precision is the only place I will ever take my car. My mechanic there, Jake Walker, always makes sure to give me the best care & checks everything to assure my car is safe on the many road trips I take

Id give this place negative stars If I could. We needed electrical work done on our truck to pass inspection. They assured us they had the best electricians. So not true. $527 and our running lights go out after 10 mins. Take it back they say a fuse blew but had no idea why the fuse blew. Said they couldnt help us but at least the truck passed inspection. Took the truck out again today fuse blew within seconds. Now theyre driving in a storm with no running lights. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Customer service was outstanding. My problem was the tec that sat in my car for 10 minutes after he pulled it in the shop with my window up and ac on. Then took 45 minutes for a standard oil change then to top it off sat inside my car again after he changed my oil while other cars that came after me finished before me not sure of the tec name but its the cool guy that wears shades and has his chest showing not happy!!

I went here about six weeks ago for an oil change and a tire rotation. I told them that I had to drive from North Carolina back to New Hampshire the following day which was a Sunday. When I went to get on the highway that next day my whole car was shaking my brake pedals, my steering wheel etc. I had to turn around and go back to my empty house and see what the problem was. Come to find out all my Lugnuts on my front driver side wheel were coming off! I had mytwo and seven-year-old daughters in the car and it was an extremely scary experience! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

-Down $289.90-I don’t ever leave reviews but I have to to help prevent this happening again. I towed my vehicle to this place Monday morning to get a used pcm programmed onto my vehicle. The manager said he would be able to do it the same day for 250 plus tax and if he could not flash it he would not charge me he said. I also informed them that my pcm fuse would probably be blown due to the bad pcm and I told them I had lots of fuses in my glove box and the technician said to not worry about fuses that they had tons of them. Afternoon comes and I get a call from the manager saying he couldn’t get to it that he would do it the next day. I agree. Tuesday comes and I get a call from the manager saying since the pcm isn’t installed he wouldn’t have time to get it flashed until the next day. I told him that if I went and installed it myself if he could flash it that same day and he said yes so I went as soon as he called me about 9am and I get a call around 4pm saying he would get to it first thing in the morning so I say yes. Wednesday afternoon comes and I get a phone call saying they couldn’t do it that they couldn’t read my pcm for some reason and they could get me a new pcm and charge me to program that one. When I spoke the desk person they were charging me the $250 plus tax for doing absolutely nothing to my car a total of $289.90 and that the manager wasn’t there at the moment and that he did not say he would not charge me if he couldn’t do anything to my vehicle. I tow my vehicle back home that afternoon and when I get home I pop the hood and find that the pcm fuse was blown that being the reason they could not read the computer and they call themselves technicians. If I would of agreed to continue work they would of taken hundreds of more dollars from me for nothing. Nor I or any of my friends that told me about this place will ever go back. Nor will the rest of my friends, family, in-laws will ever go back to that place. They call themselves “TECHNICIANS” I would call them scammers.

I have had a good experience with this place. The manager Damon Young is very nice. he seems to point out exactly what other maintenance i need. After a needed oil change and a new air filter the car is running more smoothly...now just need a fuel system cleaning....gotta save for that....the managers pretty cute too lol....
