I was a victim of a hit & run and took my car to AW despite them not being a preferred provider of the guilty parties insurance company - and Im glad I did.Joel & Rich at AW went above and beyond in helping make sure my car was not only repaired to the highest standard, but they took extra steps to ensure I was compensated fully by the insurance company. The car turned out great, they explained everything along the way, communicated very well, and went above & beyond the call of duty in dealing with a VERY difficult insurance company to work with (I wont say *COUGH FARMERS INSURANCE COUGH* names, but I wouldnt wish this insurance company on anyone). Great overall experience.

On the recommendation of a friend I brought my 2106 M4 in for repair after it was hit and in a parking lot.Rich Albright did a fantastic job coordinating everything with the insurance company and made sure that my car was perfect, the paint and clear coat looked incredible with a great attention to detail. He even noticed a very small crack on the carbon fiber diffuser and had inspected the replacement part for imperfections prior to installing it on my car.If I could give them 6 stars I would. Fantastic service, attention to detail and all in all a great experience. I am not sure why some of these other reviewers complain about having to wait, for this level of detail and attention to detail I dont care how long I wait in your lobby. I cannot recommend and thank AW Collision & Rich enough! I had a nightmare of an experience with my insurance due to an accident that I was in last year. My car had faulty repairs from another Autobody shop & Rich was kind enough to guide me through the entire process that took a total of 4 months, if it wasn’t for him I would still be driving an unsafe vehicle. I will never take my car anywhere else!! Rich knows the ins & outs of the business and I promise you will not regret taking your car to AW Collision!

Five star service all around. I had the unfortunate incident of being stuck behind a gravel truck with nowhere to escape (yay). The rock shower damaged my entire front end paint job & cracked/chipped my windshield in many spots. Rich was prompt with scheduling repairs and proactively communicative throughout the process. I have a somewhat unique paint color, and I have to say the finish and quality of the physical repairs and paint were immaculate. Communication from AW to both Enterprise & my insurance company were seamless. I did not have to worry about extending my rental when more parts were needed. I had a few requests for my car when it went to the dealership for calibrations, and a few visual modifications I requested during paint. All expectations were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend AW of Concord to anyone in need of body and/or paint work. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

We have worked with Rich on a few repairs for our car, and he always goes above and beyond in service. He takes the extra steps to advocate for us and getting the best parts for our Porsche with the insurance companies every single time. The insurance companies want to get the cheapest parts for cars and spend as little as possible and he works extremely hard to make sure we get what our car deserves.We always get our car back in immaculate condition, fully cleaned and they welcome you to come back and have a wash a few weeks after the repairs.Rich is so kind, I can’t say enough good things about his customer service and ability to help make some otherwise tough situations run smoothly.Highly recommend!!

Rich was absolutely top notch! I went through a car wash and it scratched the entire passenger side of my car, from headlight to tail light. When I went back to the carwash, they of denied it, and offered to buff it out.When I talked to Rich, he explained that it was into the paint, and unfortunately the ENTIRE side of the car needed to be repainted. But Rich was upfront and honest, and explained the entire process, and he dealt directly with my insurance company (who also estimated it just needed a good buffing).Picked up my car yesterday after being in the shop for about 4 weeks, and I am 100% satisfied with the work that AW did. I will never take my car anywhere else in the future (hopefully though I wont have to). Will definitely recommend them to friends

It’s very rare to find a company so committed to excellent customer service. Kyle Coburn worked with me from start to finish and both his passion and work ethic are outstanding. Dealing with other drivers cheap insurance company is always a headache, yet with Kyle by my side he ensured that by the time I got back inside my vehicle that it would be just as perfect as it was before the accident. Kyle and I spent hours together on the phone with an incompetent insurance company who was not willing to cover the full cost of repairs, yet that didn’t deter him. Kyle fought for me as if he were my legal counsel and made sure they covered the entire repair amount so I wouldn’t have to come out of pocket. Any other body shop I’ve worked with previously would have been fine with me coming out of pocket, as long as they get their money they’re not worried about it. That’s not the case with AW. Not only is their work perfect, but they truly care about the wellbeing of their customers. So to AW and Kyle, I thank you for upholding the highest standard of business. You’ve made an already bad situation turn out to be a great one. And just a side note to AW, whatever it is that you guys are paying Kyle, it is not enough. In a world with such horrible customer service it’s a blessing to find someone who treats their customers as if they are the only client that they have. I was refer here by my Toyota dealership after I got involved into a non-fault incident. I was impressed by the professional service starting with the first greeting. If you can wait, go here. someone rear ended my Mercedes, it took them 7 weeks to repair it. after i got back the car, the car looks more shiny than when i bought the car new at Mercedes dealer. they must have repaint the car, waxed, and detailed. i think its worth the wait :)

Rich Albright and his team at AW Collision made a very unfortunate situation as simple and positive as it could have possibly been.
