My car was taken very good care of over there. The customer service was great, everybody was very straightforward with how everything worked with the insurance, and the quote....They even detailed the inside of my car which was embarrassingly filthy.there was some how a little gouge taken out of the back of the bumper when I went to pick it up, which was not there when I dropped it off. I asked Tony if he would check it out, and he checked the pictures, yes they take pictures of your car when you bring it in, and told me to come back the next day to get it fixed. Only took half a day.No hassle, great customer service, responsive and good communication. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, Im going back to them.I hope they charged the mess out of progressive for all that good work, because Ive been giving them money for years now....

I was recently in an accident and googled about Elite Auto Body & Collision Center. They repaired my car and went above and beyond my expectations. Completely professional during estimate and service work, very honest. Competitive pricing, above and beyond service. . If I ever need any body work again I will definitely come back .

I had a great experience here. They were very straight forward with what needed to be done. I has given a timeline and the repairs were actually done ahead of schedule. They even offered to give me a ride to the rental car place. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair work you need done.

Im giving this shop 5 stars to nullify the below review by a Rob Frost, who gave the shop a 1 star simply because they were taking their lunch when he visited. Come on, Frost, you cant get mad at them for taking a long lunch, maybe it was someones birthday. Their hours of operation are their prerogative, and have nothing to do with the quality of their work.

Poor service! Went to the shop to get an estimate for repairs to my fleet vehicle. The office was locked up tight at 2:30pm. Spoke to one of the body techs who made a phone call. He said they the office staff was at lunch but would be back in 20 minutes. I decided to go to Chilis around the corner for lunch myself, only to fine the Elite auto body guys in the bar drinking beer and having lunch. I sat down, ordered, ate and paid. When I left 45 minutes later the boys were still drinking and not even close to leaving to reopen the office. I went back to the shop and told the tech I was taking my business elsewhere. You should too!

Watch out for the owner; went to get a quote and was waiting for the estimator.Met the owner in the parking lot; unfriendly at all. Inside the office, he was keep throwing off-mark questions, while I was filling in the form.Its like he is the king, not the customer.On the way out, he was calling out, I AM THE OWNER.... Well you can just keep it just the way it is!!!
