Been dealing with you guys probably 15 years or more and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of the tires. Keep doing what you do. And I was pleased to see staff being responsible considering the current health climate.I seem to recall someone in an influential position saying things were going to suddenly disappear. Here we are 600k plus funerals later.

First time at the Concord Mills location and I had a great experience!! I was sincerely impressed by William Tuller who helped me with a new set of tires and also helped my friend with new rims and tires. Will was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just simply nice to talk to. I would recommend discount tire (and specifically William) to anyone!!

I had my tire pressure light come on in my newly purchased car. Not knowing how to check it myself (I know that seems unbelievable, but true!). I pulled up to the clearly marked directions to free tire pressure check and only one person in front of me who left in about 2 mins. A young man checked all tires in about a minute and informed me the exact pressure of each tire and said the warning light probably just needed to be reset. How refreshing to go to a free service, have no wait, great customer service and with knowledge and a smile on his face! Bravo to that employee and Discount Tire for providing the service!

If youre in a hurry these guys are fast but if you have aftermarket wheels be prepared for damage.

Just got my tires mount and rotated on my car. The guy who serviced me was great but whoever else touched my car was not doing their job correctly. Pulls my car in and starts revving my car up and one of the other workers then decides to pop the hood and check out what my car has. I dont know how that would have to do anything with my tires, if they had wanted to check my engine out they couldve asked. Was too busy having to make it back home to attend class online that I didnt inspect the car with full attention. On my way back home I heard something wobbling or that sound of something wanted to pop off. Got home and noticed my hood was not even closed fully and was left like that. Hood couldve popped off and hit my windshield. Customer Service was professional but workers are not good. My car is not a joy ride for you to check out and start revving it up. I wouldnt go into your house and just go into your fridge. Was quite mad about that. Beware of these techs. All I wanted was to get the job done, in and out. No need to pop my hood and rev my car up to hear the turbo. This is a tire shop not a performance modification shop.

I absolutely had the best service. Colton was a big help and very honest with me even though I did not know anything about tires. Also, Brian (The Manager) was a big help as well. I highly recommend this location. Will always come back.

Never had any issues when I go the all good.

First, where do I start, the poor customer service or the lack of communication. After calling to check the status of my special order (order made on Friday, 10/1) and being assured that the order would be available on Tuesday (10/5) at 1pm. At 11 am on Tuesday I called to confirm and was told that my order would arrive by my 1pm appointment time. After driving over 18 miles to arrive prior to my scheduled appointment time, I was told that the tires were not there. You can imagine my disappointment and frustration as I cleared my schedule for the appointment, called to confirm said appointment, drove to be present for said appointment to only drive away without the tires. Just to be told that the tires would be at that location in the next hour to hour in a half. Called 2 1/2 hours later just to be told they only had one tire in. So, I drove back home. Then received a call a little after 4pm with a voicemail message stating the tires came & I could come for them to put them on my car.

My wife came for air and had to wait and a white man drove up after her and the service tech came right out to assist him instead of her. We watched him look at us and never came over. A younger service tech came to help. Please treat all customers equally!!!!

This store sees alot of traffic which is expected based on their location. The front staff seems to handle the traffic extremely well with getting people helped in a timely manner with great service. I ordered tires for a truck that came from warehouses all around the country they kept me informed of when the tires were all going to be there. It took about a week but I knew it was going to take time for them to arrive. When it came to the tires being mounted and balanced they did a great job except one tire was not balanced well. It was fine up until around interstate speed.When I went back to get the tires re-balanced I was met with great customer service they got them perfect this time and apologized for them not being right the first time.You have to understand that balancing AT or MT is not easy and takes alot of time and skill.

My wife arrived at 2:30pm and informed by front desk that the service will be done around 4:45 pm. My wife talked to front desk at 4:25 pm to asked why our vehicle is still sitting at the parking lot. Front desk told my wife if she would like to schedule another day. Really? What kind of service is this? We spent over 1000 dollars to change tires and pressure sensors. This is not the kind of service we expect from service provider. This is poor customer service.

I have been working with discount tire for a few years now for both business and my personal vehicle as well. My overall experience has been a fantastic one. The staff has always been super helpful and efficient in getting whatever the job at hand was done in a timely manner and when I worked for a rental car company, being flexible with scheduling and even staying late a time or two to make sure we were able to retrieve the vehicle and in turn help our customers more effectively.And while I may have set that up as though I was going to say my experience at the Concord Mills location with any different, I can honestly say that it was exactly the same. I came in to get my tires rotated but had noticed a sound in my wheel that they investigated and confirmed was a tire pressure sensor coming loose. They were able to get me in within a half hour to complete all the service and replace the sensor at a very affordable rate and send me on my way. I worked with a gentleman named Lucas and another guy I did not catch the name of, but they were both awesome.Great work, great people. Every time.

Brought in a Lexus IS250 Rear Tire that had a nail in it to get it pulled, plugged and patched. They did an amazing job and had great customer service! Best part is, they did it all for free! Highly recommend this Discount Tire for their excellent customer service!

Discount Tire— what can I say about them? I like the service & products. I’ve been buying tires there for years. They usually have deals & good prices. But, they always have a wait. Last time it was 2 hours for a rotation & air check.Who has hours to stand around waiting.? Yes, I understand good service means wait your turn or make an appointment. Even then you have no guarantee you’ll be fast in or out. Oh I’ll continue to buy my tires there, after all it’s only every couple of years.

Honest tire shop with hard working employees and knowledgeable staff. They won’t try to get you to buy tires if you don’t need them. Good prices and tons of inventory in stock. I drive over 30 minutes to come here because they’re that good!

Very friendly staff. Helped me out with my tires that had dimples in them. He explained to me that this was normal and it was the overlap of the rubber on the sidewalls. If you need tires or advice about tires, you should really check this place out.

My right rear tire was going flat. Based on good reviews, I called them to make an appointment. The man said if I drove over right then they could take it immediately. So, ten minutes later I drive up. Super friendly folks. In minutes they brought me my keys and said I was good to go. I asked where I go to pay and the man said there was no charge. He said they were just happy to fix it for me. I don’t know how they stay in business doing things for free, but I will be back and I highly recommend them.

Over crowded. When you purchase tires from here, youre supposed to receive free tire rotation. However, what good is it if when you go they never have time to do it for you. Or youre told to make an appointment. Its the absolute worst

I brought my tire in to get a flat repaired. They werent able to fix it, but the service guy Aaron was able to get my tire covered under the manufacturer warranty. They ordered the tire for me and it will be put on tomorrow. They didnt charge me a penny for the repair attempt, swapping tires on the rims or installing the spare. I will definitely be buying my new tires here when needed. This place is one of the very very few places that have true customer service. Thank you !!

I made an appointment for 9:30 am today at this Discount Tire store. When I pulled into the lot they were slammed, and I just knew my appointment was all for naught. But surprisingly they pulled my truck into the bay at 9:34 am. The young men removed my old wheels, installed, balanced the new wheels, and I was back on the road at 10:10 am. It just doesnt get any better than that. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

My customer service rep, Jacob, was very professional throughout the order and install process for 4 new tires. He went the extra mile to roll them out prior to install, showing me they were DOT dated for 2020. I realized 2 days after I paid for the tires, I had forgotten to ask for their Military Discount. I went back to the store and was assisted by Aaron. He viewed my military ID and put the appropriate credit back to my credit card. I feel both Jacob and Aaron went above and beyond the normal customer service experience. Highly recommend this Discount Tire store!

The curbside service is a joke. I say in my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask me what I needed. Im that time I saw 30 people walk right in the door, ignoring all the signs telling people to stay in their car, and get service before me. Ive been getting tires here for 15 freaking years. When a simple balance and rotate is this difficult Ill go elsewhere next time.

I had a nail in a tire (my third one - everyone is getting new roofs on my street???) and Aaron was quick to offer suggestions and options as far as how to address issue. It was close enough to edge that it couldn’t be plugged, but after asking questions and determining it probably wasn’t leaking, he was able to wiggle it out and I was on my way. Thank you to Aaron I didn’t spend a dime and spent very little time on a Saturday dealing with my tire. I’m so grateful there are still companies out there who aren’t just after a sale!

I nearly had a frustrating experience when the store closed only 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment with little notice. This left myself and my alternative pickup person frustrated since I had prepaid and this was a rare day in my pickup person’s schedule to get this accomplished for me, as my schedule is always wonky. We chalked it up as having to do with the holiday albeit very short notice.Thankfully the store reopened later on in the day (12/31) and I was called about possibly coming in. This miraculously worked and the service (replace 4 tires) was completed in less than an hour. The manager, Brian, was extremely apologetic and made everything right, even though the closure was completely out of his control and out of an abundance of caution and sanitation.I would more than recommend this place for tires or tire service. Even just listening to the way Brian treated his other customers, he takes care of them and makes sure they leave satisfied. A great experience overall and much appreciated!

On a recent trip to Charlotte I experienced a scary experience with a loud roaring in my tires only to be told by Triple AAA after pulling over that all but one of my lug nuts was completely loose on my back tire. He tightened them but told me to be sure to get it checked by a professional once I reached my location, so I did just that and stopped by Discount Tires in Concord, NC. Not only did they take each tire off and clean all the crud in the wheel of the tire they took the time to tighten and double check that each tire was on and I would not be in danger on the highway and did not charge me ANYTHING. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely grateful and valued I felt that day. I have always received good service from Discount Tires but this to me was above and beyond and I will never forget that day and they now have a customer for life in me. Thank you Discount Tires for your professionalism and personal service.

My experience with Discount Tire in Concord, NC was great! They listened to my concern with one wheel and the problematic history of another store’s failed attempts to fix the problem. They had me pull in right away and diagnosed the problem right away. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They are my new ‘go to’ location.

This service at this location is amazing. On my way home from work my tire pressure dropped on my vehicle. In a rushed in because I had a flight to catch at 8:29pm I arrived at 6pm. The service techniciansWe’re able to pull me into the bay within minutes of arriving to discover I had a nail in my tire. They plugged, patched, and balanced my tires within 30 mins. The best part was it is FREE. I was shocked. The techs would not even let me tip them. I would def recommend this location. They took care of me and I left pleased.

I usually do not spend the time to post a review since there are so many consumer options these days. I lived by the motto that if I had a bad experience at one place, I would simply thank them and move onto the next vendor/place. However, giving the current situation the world is in, I wanted to write a review about this location. I will start by saying the product, installation, the amount of time I was there... all of that gets 5 stars. What is not worth not even one star is the customer experience at the counter while spending over 1800.00 for tires. What makes this even worse is the person helping me was the manager of the store, Bryan. To say he was rude is an understatement. The way he made me feel with his rudeness and just the overall way the transaction went down left me feeling like I was doing something wrong. You would have thought that I was his number one enemy. I almost went back and asked to have the tires taken off but I didnt see much impact that would have on the point I wanted to make about my experience. Absolutely terrible and how he is in leadership is beyond me. I guess if the nice young men selling tires are hitting it out of the park, the revenue performance must be keeping him in his position. I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. For my relationship to end like this is rather sad. I now know how under appreciated my money was. I know as soon as I hit post, my time at this store is over but I felt it more important to warn people about this. The good news is that there are other stores close by.

Called an hour before close and was able to drive over and drop off for about an hour before being called to say they were done. The staff was professional, courteous and fast. They stayed after close to finish Installing a new tire on my suv. My tire was under warranty and received no hassle whatsoever when it came time to pay. I recommend coming here for any of their variety of services.

Went to have balance and rotation done. This location had a very friendly, helpful staff. Evan was attentive and helpful when I described the vibration issues I had been having. The quoted time was spot on. During pickup Evan told me he let the techs know about the balance issues I had, and they paid close attention on the machine to make sure everything was right. I took it on the interstate, no more vibration. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service.

That’s an honest review. If you are trying to get scammed and ripped off go to this location. I had a nail in my tire went there and one of the staff asked to look at it. He was like the nail is too close to edge(it wasn’t btw) you have to get a new tire. I knew better because i fixed a nail before and it was pretty much in the same spot. So I asked him how much would a new tire be just to see. It’s worth it. He quoted me 1000$ said i need to replace both tires for balance. Of course I walked out and went to a used tire place and they fixed it for 10$.

Be patient and call ahead for appointment. They are very swamped with business but excellent customer service. Will price match too if you get quote from somewhere cheaper!!

Amazing!! Called ahead and they said they could help so I came in. Told me there were 4 cars ahead of me and itd be about an hour wait but was only about 30-35 mins. I had gone to the discount tire on Albemarle and they had only checked for air leaks but the issue was actually my sensors and these guys figured it out! The actual work took probably less than 15 minutes and I was only charged for the parts! They actually worked past 6pm (close) to finish my car and were still working on 2 others when I left! Would definitely reccomend this place!

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The shop was really busy when I came in to get two new tires however my car was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The guys also rotated my tires at no additional cost. Two new tires for my Mazda were a little less than $300. Last place I went changed me around $500 for the same exact thing. Definitely recommend 👍

Arrived at store at 6:15p with a nail in my tire. Multiple customers cars still being worked on. I was told they were closed. I asked if my warranty would be honored at a competitors store? I was told no for a flat tire, but yes for a new tire. I went and spent $32 at Firestone to have the flat repaired, it took 10 minutes. Discount Tire has put tires on all of my cars, but I will never spend another dime with them!

I took my sons car in to check a slow leak. Was automatically told that we need new tire. And they made sure of that when we went to get the car the tech started that he could put air back in the tire due to belts hanging out the tire. He still tried to get us to be a new tire never saw anything hanging out the tire. Took it to another shop and the fixes the small hole no problem. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.

I have to give these guys 5 stars. I had a nail in my tire that needed to be patched. I first went to Firestone they said it couldnt be repaired. One tire for my car cost $360. Luckily Firestone didnt even carry my tire. I went to Discount Tires right around the corner. Not only did they repair my tire they didnt charge me a dime. They repair the tire and balance free of charge. For now on if I need any tires for any of my vehicle I will definitely be going to Discount Tires. Great service
