Kristofer in Service was professional and courteous. My maintenance schedule called for the transfer case to be lubed/flushed and he said the tech would check if it needed it before doing the work. That saved me money. He has a friendly personality also.Tony in Sales went above and beyond to answer a question about my sister’s lease. We are both very happy customers.The dealership is very clean and neat also.

Ive been taking my car here for years and have always had great service. The wait to get brakes and oil changed on a Saturday morning did take some time as I expected, but the Service Techs did a quality job and was worth the wait. The Front Desk associate was courteous and kept me updated on the work throughout.

Our advisor was great, but can’t remember if his name was Kevin or Chris. My truck had work done a few months ago at a competitor and they really screwed it up. Thankfully the guys over here got us together finally. They communicated well every step of the way and let us know what was going on. Hopefully we won’t need to come back anytime soon but if need be, they are our go to from here on.

Four stars for this particular visit.This service trip was 1000 times better than the previous two. Customer Service was very friendly. Greeted me when I arrived and let me know someone would be with me shortly (she was on phone and other rep was helping another customer: although he did leave after helping that customer). Apparently the email I sent about service earlier that same week put them on notice I was coming in Friday. They supposedly had phone trouble and calls were being directed to wrong number. Got hung up on the first call. Let a message the second call and didn’t get a call back nor was my appt scheduled. Funny thing though, the front desk employee answering phones didn’t mention phone trouble. However, it was an improvement till next time.

Such a great experience throughout the entire process,.... I drove away from 2 local Buick GMC dealerships near me, and drove over 100 miles to Ben Mynatt Buick GMC and we are glad we did. All the staff we met were so personable and professional. Stuart Rayle was so polite, professional, and knowledgeable in showing us the vehicle we were interested in, never felt pressured, and he was so patient and answered all our questions. After the test drive Stuart brought us a cold bottle of water on a hot day and allowed my wife and I to sit alone in the vehicle to discuss what we thought. Once we agreed on the price, the remaining process was so quick and painless as the staff we dealt with were so polite and professional and made the process so easy. Jessica was wonderful to work with! She was very professional, prompt, gave updates when needed, and was VERY knowledgeable about the GMC 3500 Denali Crew Cab we purchased. My experience with Ben Mynatt Buick was one of the best I’ve ever had. Buying a new car is not always easy, but this was the exception.Doug Dreyer is a pleasant, friendly professional. There was never any of the typical pressure sometimes experienced when purchasing a car.Upon delivery he spent over an hour going through all “the bells n whistles” explaining all the features until both I and my wife understood all of the new electronics on our new Envision Essence.The next day he asked how we were liking the new Buick so far and if we had any questions.We both are very pleased with our new Buick and would definitely recommend this dealership and Doug Dreyer.

The customer service at the dealership is poor. We had to call three times to get an update over a day and a half regarding the car. Once we were told the car was ready, we arrived and waited 15 minutes to first get the attention of a service agent who then took 5 more minutes to finalize the paperwork after she forgot our name and asked us again if she could help us (she said Oh that’s right. I forgot!). There was no explanation of the bill nor a reason why there was a quarter of a tank less of gas than when we took the car! We will never use this dealership again.

Bought a Buick Encore 8 months ago from Ben Mynatt. The car has been serviced by them 5 times since purchasing, each time stating the issue had been fixed. It was not. Eventually ended up having the entire transmission rebuilt. When inquired about receiving a new one vs rebuilt was told due to COVID, and short staffing it would take too long to receive one. You would think that with this many service calls with a new purchase, the service manager or someone would have apologized and tried to make this right. Unfortunately they have not. This was my first Buick purchase and will be my last! I now have a car that has a rebuilt transmission, is less than 8 months old, and I am scared to drive.Update: Still waiting for someone to reach out. It has been over two weeks and no phone call from Mr. Glover.

I arrived at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm appt.I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I asked that tires be examined as I was feeling some bumping at low speed.After 2 hrs the service advisor suggested balancing tires to address the bumping.At 4:55 the service advisor suggested that rear brakes needed replacing and that I would need to schedule that brake service. She said she would provide an estimate of the brake work when she checked me out.At 5:00 I left the waiting room to checkout. Service advisor advised me that 3 of the 4 tires were round but that did not pose a safety threat. When I asked what round meant she could not explain. So i asked to speak to the service tech who did the work. The young man could not articulate what round meant but he said I did the best I could to balance the tires.This service experience was awful. It took 3hours and 15 min to complete an oil change and tire rotation and balance.I felt as though I was being rushed out the door because it was now 5:00 .The service advisor never gave me the brake work estimate and I did not receive the results of the multipoint inspection. I was charged for the rotation which service advisor credited since I purchased the tires from Ben Mynatt.The next day I called to speak with the service manager. I left a number for him/her to call me back but I never received a call.I am very disappointed with the Ben Mynatt service dept.If I could post zero stars, I would have done so.

I was traveling in NC and had an issue with my AC not working properly on my 2021 GMC Sierra. I took it to Ben Mynatt GMC without an appointment a 3PM. Chris C came out diagnosed the issue with a sensor in the passenger side mirror that had been knocked off the day before. Before I got to my hotel she had call me, told me the issue, and had a solution. By 9AM the next morning it was fixed. They brought in a technician early so the could complete the repair and allow me to be back on the road in comfort. Thanks to all the team at Ben Mynatt GMC

I called to make a routine service appointment and was told there was no availability for a week. I had procrastinated on my oil change/tire rotation but accepted the consequences. I stood in the service bay area feeling invisible until a woman finally asked me if I had been helped. My vehicle sat in the lot for 30 min before it was taken in for service. After 38 more minutes my car had been serviced. I noticed my tire rotation had not been completed and when I questioned why, I was told someone forgot to put it on the service request. If I wanted it done, Id have to wait another 30 minutes. Thats when I stated my vehicle had sat for 30 minutes before anyone attended to it. Yeah, she said, We were busy. Seriously! Thats why I had an appointment! Obviously Im no expert in vehicle maintenance but someone please explain if its possible to do an oil change, check all fluid levels, air pressure in my tires, and perform a 27 multi point inspection on a vehicle in 38 minutes? I recently visited Ben Mynatt in search of a truck to replace an existing work vehicle that no longer worked for me. I rated my visit 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1)I walked their entire lot before I was engaged by a single sales person. 2) The first sales person that engaged me made little effort to help when it appeared that they didn’t have anything in my stated price point, letting me walk out with no resistance or effort. Thankfully my visit didn’t end there. Another salesperson engaged me as I was about to leave the lot, took a genuine interest, and got his manager to engage in a serious effort to make a deal happen. If not for Dion and Chris I would have left disappointed but instead we hammered out a deal, got the paperwork started, and wrapped it up quickly the next morning. The process couldn’t have been much smoother or more painless. So glad I gave them a second chance.

My blind spot warning system on brand new 21 Yukon XL was nonfunctional upon delivery 800 miles away. I was told my Chris Young multiple times that an associate would contact me as he was sure it was just a setting. So far, 3 business days have passed and Ive received no call and Chris Young is now ignoring my text messages asking for assistance. I will definitely dont recommend nor will I do business with Ben Mynatt again if this is the way they treat customers after they have your money.

Unorganized at drop off and even worse at pickup. Left 2021 Yukon there for first oil change and fix a recall. At the end of the day, vehicle wasnt completed and zero communication. When I picked it up, every service writer and employee were huddled around, talking with each other, no other customer in sight but I was told I had to wait until one girl gets off her phone to pick up my vehicle. The service writer that took my info in the morning said I wasnt her customer that I had to speak to someone else. Clearly the service writer was in over her head arguing with a customer on the phone and nobody would help her either.

He was able to help find the perfect truck that fit everything and more that I was needing. The whole experience was like working with a trusted friend. I had new front brake pads put on by Richard. I can’t recommend this place for services enough. My car was in the bay and up off the ground with my tires off, new brakes on and tires back on in about 5 minutes. I was even able to get my NC State Inspection done there and that was very nice of them to do while I was already there. Richard needs a raise!

Traded old truck back in November believing Kevin would take care of me once truck arrived. Never can trust them unless you have exact stated amount you agree upon. Came in for a problem with my power running boards. Told it needed to be replaced and was under warranty. Tried to make an appointment but was told couldn’t until the part was there. Was called the next morning saying part was there and scheduled the appointment. Dropped the truck off. Received a call about an hour later stating the part was damaged and a new one was needed. Was told it would take all day to get the part and have it repaired. Around 2:00pm received another call letting me know my truck was ready. Service writer said they were able to get a special delivery on the part and the service tech started on it immediately. Excellent customer service.

I’ve had two services performed here. First a water pump . These “technicians actually forgot to re mount my TCM and left it laying on my block . I overlooked it and brought it back with no compensation of any sorts . Second service I brought the truck in with a coolant loss issue. These guys sold me a radiator cap and called it a repair....: the following week I overheated and steamed out in Atlanta Ga. thanks guys.... great diagnosis..... very lazy and not trustworthy to make an actual repair complete. So if you need you vehicle I definitely can’t recommend these guys to make a repair. You guys lost a commercial and retail customer for life

Went into for service on my 2015 Buick Regal, but found out the water damage due to leaks was severe and fixing it was outside of their abilities and a specialist was needed. Defeated I went home only to receive a call that the GM wanted me back in. They appraised my vehicle and made a trade in offer that was beyond what my car could possibly be valued at with the water damage and leaks. Ended up driving away in a 2021 Envision. I made a 1pm appointment for a tire rotation and an inspection and also to check why one tire was losing air slowly. My grandson took my car to this appointment.They informed my grandson that the tire needed to be replaced so they just rotated tires and inspected but instead of setting all 4 tires to air monitoring system they set only 3 tires - this took 2 HOURS in their service department. I had an issue with service department with a tire rotation 6 month ago where they rotated tires but never checked inflation psi ... but I thought I would give them another chance . I will no longer go back for any reason now.

Even though I had made an appointment and arrived on time, it still took an hour and a half for an oil change and new wiper blades. I was in a hurry to get back to work and did not check my bill until later, when I realized I had been charged twice for the wiper blades. I called the service department and left a message for the service rep (A.P.), but she still has not called me back and it has been over 24 hours. I have not been pleased with the service department for the past couple of years, since a couple of key people left.

Usually I was notified when something came in and wanted to know when was a good time to have the part installed, not this time. Have been coming here for all my work on my 2010 Terrain and this was the first time the service was sub par. Also was there for 6 hours between the diagnostic and putting the part on. Starting to think about the purchase of a new Terrain. After this may have to think about another dealership.

Here is a list, (a lack) of services that you may experience when dealing with Ben Mynett GMC.1) They rarely will return your call when calling the service department2) After telling the service people you bought the extended warranty. They will still try to charge you for parts and labor.3) When they write an IOU (when buying a new car), they may not fulfill their obligation.4) The service department struggles to service issues that pop up. In my case they eventually told me it was “normal” (a year later).5) It seems they fix your vehicle just enough to where you can’t return it or use the lemon law. Then they nickel and dime you every time you bring it in.6) Even after escalating the issues with top management, nothing happens. As if it is part of their strategy.Good luck, if you do decide to use this company. You will need it!

I called Ben Mynatt to schedule a state inspection and was able to get in on the day of. This was great because I didnt need to wait for a few days. The inspection was speedy and Chris provided excellent Customer Service. Thanks to the technician that serviced my car and another thanks to Chris for always making me feel comfortable. Shes a value add to Ben Mynatt. Plus she remembered me from the last time which was awesome. Thanks! Gio

Absolutely the worst truck service experience! I took my truck to vacuum and refill the AC unit the week before and had no issues until 4 days after and started to blow warm air so I called for another appointment this Tuesday morning.Dropped off my truck at 7:30 am for an 9:30 am appointment. AC diagnose service. Called around 11 am, they said truck was in the shop but to call again at lunchtime to see if they have done with the diagnostic service. Called several around lunchtime, nobody answered, left a couple voicemails, decided to go and picked it up around 2:15 pm because is my work truck and needed it for the afternoon. When I got there they said that a couple workers called out sick but they never let me know. Definitely not coming back again, wasted almost a full day and didn’t even put a finger on it.

Ben Mynatts service department really upset me this week. The phone is never answered when called, if you would like to get a hold of them each time you have a question, you need to drive down just because like mentioned, the phone is unattended. My truck was given back to me with half the tank when I turned it in with a full tank. I waited an hour for my truck to be given back after it was done being serviced because the manager had the keys. I also noticed them using it down the street by one of the techs. Very very unprofessional

I brought my car in for service and was satisfied with that experience. However, before leaving the dealership parking lot, my car had to be jump started. Immediately, I needed to return my car to the dealership because a battery issue, even though I had replaced the battery not that long ago and experience no battery issues prior to the car being serviced. I left 3 voicemails for my service rep in a week, and none of my calls were returned. I was very disappointed after receiving service, the first thing I needed to do was get my car re-serviced. I felt like my service rep had no concern for customer service while dealing with my situation.

Had to have some warranty work performed on my new GMC. The Service Advisor, Kristofer, and his team were very professional and did a great Job correcting the problem even though I purchased the vehicle at another dealership due to availability issues.
