I bought a replacement M-Sport bumper for my BMW E39 5 series and Im highly satisfied with the bumper and Umnitzas customer service. I had to call a few times to arrange some fine details about my order and each time the customer service rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront and honest. When the time came, they even helped me load the bumper into my car without me asking. The bumper turned out to be great quality and was surprisingly affordable for how rare of a reproduction bumper it is. I painted the bumper myself and it aligned perfectly with every mounting point with no modifications necessary.

I just purchase a set DTM LED headlights for my BMW F10 from Umnitza, I can’t believe the quality of the headlights is almost as same as like OEM BMW..good fitment..fit & finish is perfect. Very good customer service always reply my email promptly👍👍👍
Ordered my replacement part for an Angel Eye kit they sold me May 17th, which came with a receipt but no tracking number. I was told personally by the owner who frequently answers that I would receive the item within a week. 2 weeks go by and I reach out to find out where my item is, I leave a voicemail with no return call, and so I email them and get a response from Anthony with a tracking number, a number that states the label was created but package was never received by USPS. Then Anthony sent me a response that read load equalizer in the subject line and in body just said we shipped another one. Again, no tracking number was provided, and at this point I requested to refund my money or provide me with proof the item was sent. He did neither, all he said was that hopefully my item would arrive Monday (June 14th) or by mid-weak. This is just a 20 dollar resistor, and if it was an expensive item I would be taking further action. No item has arrived Monday June 14th with my mail, and when I called to speak to the owner I was told he would call me back in 30 minutes and that they have my number. No idea who I talked to as even the owner doesnt use his real name. Furthermore, an exact same company exists in the same area but named Oomnitza, which I find peculiar, and at this point any company that emails a receipt with no tracking number is certainly unprofessional, but borderline fraudulent. If they did good business at all I would have a refund or a tracking number at this point, and I would surely know who the owner was if he is truly caring for his customers. But I have none of that, which brings me here to warn every other consumer.
Ummitza has been one of the best merchants that I have worked with in a while. Outstanding customer service, went above and beyond to assist me with my F150 lighting needs. Very prompt in replying to questions and very helpful. Will be working with them again for future lighting needs!
The customer support is non existent. The products they sell are over priced junk, and they give no instructions. Within 1 month the driver was fried, not a week later the halos fell apart. I wish I could give zero stars

All the Umnitza parts and connectors fit perfectly. My factory angel eye rings are now white, match the factory Xenon headlight color, and are much brighter. To say I am disappointed with the customer service I received from this company would be a complete understatement. Very likely the worst experience Ive had in my life on a customer service level. I ordered some HID high beams for my Chevrolet Volt off of their website. They looked like a great product. It said specifically on the website that they would fit in the headlight housing without any issues and without having to cut anything. Perfect. I was a little leary about buying them, but at the bottom of the page it says there was a 30 day return period with no restock fee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Great. So, no worries right? Oh, if only that were true....I received the lights quickly and I went to install one in my car to see how I liked it. Installed one and noticed that the heat fins stuck way out the back of the headlight housing, and that I couldnt put the back of the housing back on. Well, that wasnt going to work. I emailed their support email and inquired about returning them because they didnt fit. I quickly received a reply from ANTHONY that you have to cut through the housing door to allow the fins to go through. Well, no way was I going to do that. So, I again said I like to return them.... and I remembered that I wasnt supposed to have to cut them. It turns out the original product had been recalled, so they sent me a completely different product! No problem, you think, just return it. So thats what I tried to do.To make a long story somewhat shorter, Anthony and Umnitza support were HORRIBLE about the return. They tried to charge me a restock fee (to return a product that was different than I ordered), tried to get me to pay return shipping (to return a product that was different than I ordered), told me that since I had opened the product I had to pay the restock fee (what happened to 100% satisfaction guarantee? 30 day no restock returns?). Finally they went radio silent until I opened a PayPal case against them, and then we were finally able to get things resolved. They paid for the return shipping and I got a full refund.Anthony and the customer service team at Umnitza should be deeply ashamed at their after sale service. The amount of time and effort I had to put into returning the incorrect product and being made whole was SHAMEFUL, DREADFUL, and the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Id suggest doing business elsewhere. Do not expect them to stand being their product or offer friendly or easy customer service.UPDATE:In response to their response below, that is EXACTLY the type of response you can expect to get from them. 100% the customer is always to blame, and they will make things as hard as they can. If you are expecting a company to stand behind what they sell or offer easy, convenient customer service, look elsewhere. Im so glad you can see the type of response they have so you can see first hand the type of support they offer... none. Also, Id like to point out that they tried to pay me to take down a negative review. Well done Umnitza. What a slimy company. Still heated about their return policy, and the quality of their lights. Their e39 headlights are complete trash. And after talking to them on the phone they agreed with me, that they are trash. Thanks for selling me trash.**Update**Slight differences the halo rings touch the lens, and there is literally a paragraph of lettering on the lens. I highly doubt these are depo originals. Please see the photos attached. As the quality really speaks for themselves.

My car is a 2004 330i, I ordered a pair of replacement headlights with the Orion V2 angel eyes and canbus error delete package. I knew that parts would take time to put together and assembly would probably take a few more days. Fast forward about a month later, I finally got the headlights. The headlights are the Depo p46s, so fitment isnt quite OEM, but manageable. Going through the install guide online is confusing, and I had to research from multiple places outside of the guide before I felt like I could install them myself (Im novice about wiring and electrical work).I believe there should be an instruction included in the order, and heres why:From the harness, the positive and the ground link to the harness are the ONLY 2 wires that actually will fit right. The metal bracket that mounts the harness to the ground point of the car is too small, and tedious filing has to be done to make it fit where it should.Maybe my kit is different, but I have 3 wires coming out of the headlights to be connected to the harness (brown, red, and white), while the connection to the harness only has 2 wires, red and black. With no instructions, other than red to red, what do I connect the others to?All of the male and female connectors from the angel eyes to the harness lot of work to fit, and needed to be shaped with pliers so that they would be connected securely. The kit did not come with T-taps that connects the trigger wire to wire in the engine box like the online manual says is included.Umnitza also included 2 sets of bulbs to replace the halogen and turn signal lights that are chrome. Those dont fit either, which is on theme with everything else. I got the xenon headlights to work, and there are no error codes on the dash. The xenons are aimed terribly, as they are low to the ground and light up street signs more than the road. I used the 2 adjustment knobs on the headlights to try and adjust them, except that aiming up and down knobs dont work. The knob just spins and nothing happens.For close about $650, a month, and the combination of trying to figure out how they should work, missing t-tap, everything not aligning quite right, after about 3 and a half hours of working on them, I can say its not worth it. The only thing I got to work so far is the headlights turning on, but still not pointing at anything except 10 ft on the ground in front of the car. Aiming the headlights dont really work and thats the whole point of getting new headlights. I would have just stuck to OEM and get the halos elsewhere.Update: I got a phone call and an email the day after this review, and spoke to someone about why I gave the review I did. I can see that they care about what they do, and my lights took a while because of their suppliers, in which they upgraded my xenons to compensate. The email broke down every complaint I had, and I’m satisfied with the explanation.I would not have written a review in the first place if there were specific instructions for my application. After all, $600 should at least give you that. They are fast over email and should answer any questions you may have, but at the end of the day, that’s time wasted on the phone rather than installing headlights.

I bought a BMW rear bumper from Umnitza a few years back and the trim that came with the bumper did not fit the bumper. The owner somehow blamed me? Said it was an aftermarket part and fitment was not guaranteed. They blamed me/the body shop. It was literally impossible to get the trim to fit properly.I bought brand new OEM bmw trim and it installed into the bumper in literally less than 1 minute and was perfect.Umnitza delivered faulty goods and refused to stand by them. Furthermore the owner, yes the OWNER harassed me on forums and in emails because I shared my opinion and experience with others on a BMW forum.All this over $60 of trim -- they are totally unprofessional, its absolutely bizarre.EDIT:I see their response. It does not address anything I am referencing. I am not talking about the fit of the BUMPER. I am talking about the fit of the TRIM that fits in the car. The included trim never fit the bumper, this has nothing to do with fitment, this has nothing to do with my specific car, or the body shop used.The trim was literally faulty from the factory and did not fit in the bumper it came with. Like I said, I bought brand new OEM BMW **TRIM** and it fit perfectly.Umnitzas tone deaf, angry reply is the customer service they offer. They argue with customers, well documented on the BMW forums.They do not stand by their products, period.
I never received my order that I placed on 7/10/2020. I emailed the company twice and never received a follow up email. When I called to inquire about my products today the guy who answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude. I did get my money refunded but, likely only because I paid through PayPal.
Took some photos yesterday, hope these are up to par. The lights are awesome, much brighter and more beautiful than the stock ones I had. It practically looks like a new car now, really glad I bought these.
I purchased two bumpers prepainted. After being promised about 3 weeks for delivery I waited 3 months. First time they sent me the bumpers both were wrong color, PDC holes drilled wrong size and wrong place, and front bumper was broke. Sent them back and got a new front not painted. When I got them back the front fog light grill was damaged. Rear bumper is scratched with paint chipping. PDC holes wrong size again and wrong place. Also his attempt to repair made it so the PDC sensor not even fit flush with bumper nor allow the bracket to mount. Do not purchase here. Spend extra and go to a shop that knows what they are doing and wont try to rip you off and give you the run around while they hold onto your money.
I am a car freak as much as I love to have my hair done so Im into details. Bought a C6 carbon fiber headlamp inserts from Umnitza and they fit very well. Fixed them with the help of my friends and they look like they came with the car, simply gorgeous and just what I wanted. It really is an easy and direct replacement to the existing body color inner trim pieces.

I have had repeated great experiences with Umnitza. On my Dodge Ram, I have had color halos installed, LED headlight upgrades, LED Fog light upgrades, LED reverse light upgrades and am now installing bed lights. They took the time to explain some things about halos I had not appreciated (saving me a major headache), helped me save money three different times yet with a better outcome tailored for my needs. They are focused on doing the right thing, not the fast thing. These cars are expensive and I appreciate people like Matt who treat my car like their car.I see reviews similar to mine. I also see complaints (hopefully this will counter some complaints for those looking to use them). I would suggest to always communicate via email - they have several people who watch email. Phones are usually used as an outgoing service for them - hard to get through since they are working on the cars. I have had the occasional slip in date - Umnitza is good at communicating that and working out alternatives. I found them to be sensitive to my needs, and going as far as to offer to drive to my neighborhood after work to deliver something (I didnt need that level of urgency, so I declined - they have families to go home to, too!).I have a few friends who have run their BMWs through their shop and have had a good experience too.At the end of the day, they do a great job, are service-minded and are local. I installed the new lenses back in August and forgot about them. Well we took a 1000 mile trip in september and did the return 1000 miles at night, stopping only for food and fuel. When it got dark my lights were so much brighter I thought they were out of adjustment. They are brighter now on low beam than they were before on high.......humongous difference....We hit tropical storm wind and rain the last 350 mile at midnight and just keep on the boogie.....best thing I ever did was the new lenses!!
As someone who has purchased several items from Umnitza and plan to purchase several more and I dont even live in the States, they get 2 thumbs way up from me. I have led rear tails and I bought my predator chromiums from umnitza. I emailed them and called them to get bits of info from them about their products and their emails were swift and their phone conversations were very pleasant. I went to the shop to pick up an M5-tech front bumper for my 08 e60 and the service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Tim was not only incredibly personable, he made sure that I understood exactly what I needed to do in order to accomplish what I was trying to do with my bumper. This guy made my week with how friendly he was and how thorough his instructions were. Ive been doing research on these bumpers for months and he was able to answer all concerns and questions that I had. I got a great deal because of black friday and I highly recommend Umnitza to anyone looking to make some cosmetic changes to their vehicle.
Those are definitely aftermarket color changing bulbs. How on earth the are changing themselves idk. See, if you can find the controller in the car somewhere. there are versions with physical controllers, and some that are app based. Maybe you could download the app if you pull one out and find out the make. If you want a stock look, give Umnitza a call. Great guys over there. Thats where I got my LED angel eye bulbs

I screwed up when I bought my F30 BMW and didnt get the xenon angel eyes. I was stuck with the horrid halogens. Umnitza had some really nice F30 LEDs and are one of the only distributors in the US to have access to these lights. They look gorgeous so I took the plunge. Lights were pretty pricey but to me they are worth it. Umnitza kept me posted through the whole process of receiving the lights. All in all Im very happy I chose to buy these lights from Umnitza. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and upfront and seemed to care that I had a good buying experience. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks!
I did visit this place and purchased some lights for my car here. There was a lot of complications with the equipment and I eventually had to remove all of it and replace it with new stuff. I tried to get it repaired by Umnitza and it was never done properly. The stuff never worked very well. when it was sold to me it was sold to me as very high-end equipment. When I took it out, it had no brand names or indications of anything on it. Im not even sure if it was Chinese stuff or what.I would caution anybody whos in the market for automotive lighting to really look at every option before using this facility.
Everything went smoothly when fixing the lights. It fit well on my 2009 model and looks so much like the 2010+ with LEDs. Not so expensive and really is PLUG & PLAY literally. My electrician didnt have to do any re-coding.

Terrible customer service. Waited months for a replacement part under warranty to SHIP and the whole time they lied to me about why it was delayed (first trying to blame USPS then making up an excuse about how it wasnt in stock). If you have issues with items being in stock thats fine, just dont lie about it.
I have used Umnitza to upgrade the lighting on four cars; an E46 M3, an E90 335, a 2010 VW Jetta and a 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser. All have been great upgrades. I sincerely recommend both the company and their products. Matt is exceptionally knowledgeable and always helpful. Their recommendations have been spot on and have improved the performance of all four cars. The Land Cruiser was the most involved and has shown the most improvement; in that the modifications were to the hi/low beams, the installation of led driving lights and the installation of a killer back-up light bar. I off-road the vehicle and the lighting improvements are dramatic.Great company

I ordered a set of facelift headlights for my E39 M5 from Umnitza back in 2013. At the time, the lights were on backorder. I left a deposit and waited for them to arrive. It took a while before I finally got the call: your lights are here. Downside, I had hit some tough financial times. Tim at Umnitza worked with me to get everything sorted out and in the end, I got my headlights shipped and installed and could not be happier. The lights look amazing and really elevate the look of the car. The LED rings are _very_ bright. The new updated projectors dont just light up the road, they completely illuminate the area at least 50- 80 yards a head. Its unreal how great these lights are. Very very happy with the final product! Will shop from them again and again!

Recently purchased the ICE VXX for my 08 BMW 535i and they look great. They were delivered very quickly ( I ordered on a Saturday evening and had them Wednesday). They were easy to install and upgrades the look of my factory dim angel eyes. The employee at Umnitza have been great and responsive to questionsa. They post on the same BMW forum sites I visit, and they take what I am sure is their free time to answer any questions asked.Be sure to check Umnitza official eBay store too, as they occasionally offer their lights at a discounted rate there.

Good quality lights, but terrible service. I saw these poor reviews and chose to ignore them, but now I advise anyone to look elsewhere for your parts. I ended up waiting around for 7 hours for a pickup. Wasted my entire day because they changed the pick up time several times, even after I was already at the pick up location.I called them a total of 9 times over the course of my business with umnitza, and they did not answer my calls once. 0/9.
These crooks will steal your money. Matt, Anthony etc will be super since to you on the phone, but wont actually do anything to make the situation right. If and when they ship you bad parts they will try and convince you to make them work by helping you on the phone. They will never just refund your money for their garbage parts.
1 STARI ordered some headlights from the Umnitza (6/19/19) website. I received immediate confirmation of the order. Two weeks later I havent received the parts ordered nor any communication regarding the status of the item. I attempt to call them during normal work hours (Pacific Time), I get an answering machine telling me Ive called during off hours and if I need to communicate with them to email. This review will be updated periodically based on any results... I suppose they have no where to go but up from this point.7/3/19 Update: Rating left unedited (1 STAR)Shortly after posting the above review, I received a phone call from Umnitza to follow up on my issue. The caller (whose name I could not hear due to poor call quality) was exceptionally polite and expressed a commitment to fulfilling my order. It appears Umnitza uses a VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) for their phone service and was experiencing issues at the time of the call. Due to this circumstance, it was very similar to a static-filled conversation with a polite Max Headroom.By the end of the conversation, the caller had relayed to me the following information - my order was being processed, there was an issue where the technician felt like they needed my feedback to proceed, an email was sent to me (June 24th) to resolve the issue, and they were awaiting my response to continue forward. I was unable to find the 6/24/19 email during the phone call. It was very apparent the caller cared significantly about the google review I had left, and I stated would update and edit the review as things progressed.7/5/19 Update: Rating adjusted from 1 STAR to 4 STARI conducted a more thorough search of my ridiculously cluttered inbox and found the 6/24/19 email Umnitza had sent me. Turns out I had their email and somehow missed it. Additionally, I received another email today as an update to the near completion of the order. Thus far, they have executed as they advertised (with a very small exception of some phone bugs), and I have updated my rating appropriately. Final fulfillment of the order is all that remains.7/8/19 Update: Rating left uneditedI received an email from Umnitza explaining the headlights I ordered were actually out of stock and the lead time was anywhere from 3 months to a year. This was a bit surprising to me considering I had received an email about 3 days earlier with an update that they were near completion. Used these guys in the past so I figured I would give them a another try. Ordered a painted bumper for my car.Took nearly 2 months to receive the product after I had to call in 5+ time to receive my order confirmation and tracking information. The call system they have makes you wait on average 10+ minutes for someone to pick up, there were times where I had to hang up and call back later for having waited so long.The bumper I received for my car was a 3/10 fit. Inch long on each side and had two shops try to fit the bumper with no luck. After emailing and calling umnitza it was confirmed in was the right bumper for the car and that the shops I had taken it too wasnt fitting it properly.I asked for a refund for the payment as the product was subpar and was told hey do not offer refunds. I basically through my money out a window.The bumper was fit to the car as best as it could be and having it on the car for a little over a month I have noticed paint is already cracking.Really disappointed in the service and the quality of the product, I doubt I will be using them again.

Outstanding experience working Matt. My headlights were delivered to me and customer service was always available to give me updates about its arrival.
Oh my god. God-awful company. First of all I ordered a bumper and fog lights that were supposed to show up in a couple weeks or so and instead took a month. When it arrived, there were no fog lights which I am still waiting on, 3 MONTHS LATER! The bumper didnt fit on my car that I ordered it for, so I had to purchase extra bumper brackets for it. I have tried to call them about ten or twenty times to resolve these simple questions: which brackets do I need to buy and where in the piss my fog lights are and it would usually take about 5 minutes of holding before I could even talk to someone, and about 2 out of 3 times I would hear that the crew is out at lunch, I cant help you, or the manager is out sick or the manager is in New York and every time they said that they would give me a call when they get back in a few hours or the next day, but NOT ONCE did I ever receive a call from them. I had to call to follow up myself every time and over the past several months have probably wasted a collective 2 hours on the phone with them. I would never ever buy from this company again and would happily pay double the price at the dealership for a quick and timely delivery and assurance that it will fit my vehicle properly. The one star is because the bumper looks alright and paint matches and they finally agreed to refund me (only $40 for the headlights) although they originally refused when I asked after waiting for 2 months. Most of the other one-star reviews I have read seem like they have had very similar experiences to me.
Thanks VERY much for getting me straightened out, educated on the merits of each of the (seemingly endless) different lighting options... and even an education on how to use the different options in my Bimmer... who knew? Your efforts are being experienced now... just driving in circles around town on streets I know well and the differences between brights, bright-to-pass, and normal... add the fog lamps and the picture was as clear as mud... I think I might have made a better decision if Id have been able to instantly suck up distinctions via the internet- as I usually do... but YOU were the bridge across the vacuum, abyss, chasm... black hole. You didnt make my mind up for me, but you sure could have- the lights and installation details were all you said it was going to be. Amazing.Im anxiously and eagerly looking forward to updating the factory navigation and sound system with you and Tim, of course. Can aftermarket body parts/panels and suspension components be very far off???Thanks again- I appreciate your craftsmanship, persistence and level of your dedication to something thats all too often unappreciated, or dismissed as too expensive,Unwarranted... that being, basic customer service. Believe me... its a dying principle in sales of any kind and Im glad you were able to show me that it wasnt dead... just asleep!!!
You guys are the best, had my bi-xenon depos, they were nice but sadly had an accident and ladys big GMC ate up my right headlight, they werent bad but looks like Im gonna get these next the CCFL angel eyes were the best part but I know your Orion led angel eyes are the best on the market will be getting these with the Orion V4s for sure!
Paid for the 5-day shipping option, after two weeks, I had to contact them and learned that not only the parts were not shipped but that they couldnt find a company to ship them. I ask to cancel the transaction, but they refused saying the parts were already packed and ready to ship. They finally found a company at 140$. Took them another two weeks to ship the parts, and they charged me 280$. Incompetents, and or liars. The one star is because the parts are well made.
Dont waste your time and money here. I ignored the bad reviews and that was a bad decision. Long story short, the headlights I bought were poor quality, Umnitza denied building them wrong (projector was incorrectly mounted to shroud resulting in high beams being aimed lower than low beams). That only scratches the surface of the problems I had. They are extremely unpleasant to deal with. They are crooks and what goes around comes around. With that said, I cannot wait until these guys are no more in business.

This place is a scandal! The respond they gave me previous was all bs. Dont take these people words when ordering. Theyre like yeah everything fit PERFECT. and You gets ordered they dont give a crap after that they only care about the money. I received my parts and it was the wrong parts they claim theyre were contacting me or never got a calls from me. But it was all lied. I called them so many times they avoided me to the fullest. End of the story do not order from them.
After weeks trying to find the best deal on Ebay for some headlights for an E36 M3, and ultimately realizing that, not only do you get what you pay for, you often times get less, I decided that spending a little more money for good product and better support was the way to treat my car.I spoke with Anthony via email prior to placing an order and he helped me navigate all of my choices (angel eyes, depo, zkw, bixenon, ballasts, all kinds of other stuff I didnt understand). After I placed my order, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim who provided me with some extra information and upgraded my order and expedited shipping so I would have it in time for Christmas.A month later, I still hadnt gotten around to installing my new headlights, as my kids had decided to never nap long enough. But my chance arrived! I got out to my car, pulled out the old headlights, and was stumped. I called Umnitza, got some help over the phone, got great responses from Anthony via email when pictures became necessary, and ultimately was able to install fabulous new headlights without any struggle (other than my three-year old hiding my socket set from me and breaking my magnetic pick-up tool).I can now see at night and had some good bonding time with the kiddo
Loved how they solved the problems quickly and went through the entire process with me step by step! When I had a problem with my harness, I called one of the technicians and got it fixed less than 10 minutes. In my honest opinion after purchasing stuff and talking to some employees at umnitza, they always do whats the best for the customer! I know when umnitza is busy, you may have to wait on the line or leave a message but they always get back to you as soon as they can! This place is a scandal! I ordered a full body kit for my BMW F10 was promised it would be shipped out before the weekend and I didnt get to see it before I leave for my trip because they didnt ship it until a week later. Got my shipment all came at different time. My Fender came damage and without the side marker I ordered. They sent out the wrong front and rear bumper I order the one with sensor holes. I try to get in contact with these people but they keep forwarding my call. This is a scam business please stay away from them. They dont want to admit is their fault and try to go all around the problem. The fitments is crappy it doesnt fill the gab at all. Unbelievable crappy service I will spread this to all the f10 owners I know to not order anything from these scandalous people.
I can vouch for Umnitza... DDM tuning on the other hand is a different story. I had originally ordered DEPOs from DDM with an HID kit and waited nearly a month, with no notification of backorder.I cancel the order with DDM and call up Umnitza, they had everything, dropped the price over the phone caught a price problem, and sent free stuff. And on top of that, I said I wanted all the items by the following friday ( it was tuesday night, and I live on the east coast).When all is said and done, I got all my items... plus some. Great experience.A few weeks later I did mistakenly receive an item for another person. But I called Umnitza, to get it corrected, and shipped it from my local post office(not my cost). What was funny thought, is the person had the same name as I do, just a different state (and it was an item I considered ordering --- freaky)

Recently purchased a set of replacement Angel Eye bulbs, after one of the oem ones burnt out on my E60 M5. Before I ordered I had a few questions, since there are so many similar items on the market. The customer service was top notch. It made finding the right product a snap (I was going for a factory look but brighter like the late model BMWs). They offer a lifetime warrantee on their units, so that also made this a no brainier for me.
Poor quality control, poor business practices.Bumpers dont fit, paint does not match, missing partsHeadlights fog up when washedHeadlights throw errors that cannot be coded outHeadlights are baked in an oven to separate them so they can add/subtract parts, the headlights then leak. And they wont fix the leaks.Poor recommendations for other work that is over priced and of poor quality.Would not recommend Umnitza.
First they screwed me around and delayed my order, claimed that PayPal didnt notify them that my payment had cleared. Then, the bumper we received that was shown on the website as not having license plate holes showed up with license plate holes - upon calling Umnitza, I was told Thats how they all are, regardless of whether or not thats what we show on the website. Youll just have to shave them, no big deal; only it IS a big deal when we quoted a customer to paint and install a bumper and didnt include additional time to modify the product to MATCH THE PHOTOS that they show on the website. At the end of the conversation where Umnitza told me that yep, the product we sell is different than what the website would lead you to expect, he offered to give me a partial refund to make up for it - guess what I never got!Along with never receiving the phone call back that I was supposed to get, and not returning my additional phone calls, and never receiving a response to any of my further emails, I eventually got the bumper painted and begun installing it. The fog lights included do NOT fit - the adjuster on the passenger side doesnt clear the washer tank (I guess Im supposed to drill a hole in the washer tank to allow it to fit) and the mounts on either corner of the bumper sit about .5 further back than the original ones did, pushing the fender liner back into the fender well and causing a large gap between the fender liner and the bumper.Crappy misleading website, crappy customer service, crappy product. A trifecta of crappiness! Good job, Umnitza.0/10 would not recommend.

This is my second time doing business with this company and what a great experience this was. I highly recommend them to everyone for your car accessory needs.
I ordered a lot of things for my E46 coupe from Umnitza in April and overall it was a great process and all the items were high quality.Over the span of two weeks, we emailed back and forth. I would ask them about colors they had for wheels, if they would fit, what other customers thought of them, suggestions for lights etc. Anthony emailed me, even on weekends, sending me pictures of whatever product I was asking about, and typically answered everything usually within an hour. By the end, I called them up and I spoke to Matt for a couple hours on the phone. He gave me suggestions on the different options, he explained technical information about wheels and ensured me that what I was ordering would fit, and I placed my order over the phone.Wheels: Ordered a set of CSL Replicas 18x9s in gunmetal. They have more colors and sizes than what they have listed on their website. Call/email them and theyll help you out. The wheels meet TUV, JWL, VIA engineering standards, so I knew these were high quality wheels. Ive gotten so many compliments on the wheels, everyone loves them and the finish still looks brand new four months later. Ive power washed them, taken them through car washes, and they still look perfect. Most people are just as impressed when I tell them I got the set for $680 shipped. Before I ordered, Anthony and Matt explained the difference between 18x8 and 18x9, told me how the ride quality would differ, ensured me that they would fit on my car, and helped me pick a good tire size. Ive never been happier with a purchase than with these wheels. Every time I look at them Im blown away at how great they look. After four months of driving in New England over countless potholes, they still look amazing and havent bent or anything.Taillights: Ordered a set of Eagle Eyes smoked LED taillights. They were $80 cheaper than everywhere else online, and theyre great. They came in the Eagle Eyes box, I installed them, no error lights, they all work, none of the LEDs have failed, gotten many compliments about them as well. They look a lot better than the stock taillights.Smoked LED Front Turn Signals: Very happy with them as well. I was set on what style I was gonna order for these, but Matt suggested I get a different finish, and Im very happy I listened to him. They go great with my car, which is black.Side Markers: Ordered some smoked side markers, they actually sent me the more expensive version of what I had asked for, which was a great surprise. They were a breeze to install and made a big difference visually on my car.License Plate Lights: Matt threw in a set of xenon license plate lights which are a huge upgrade over my stock ones. I wasnt sure which type would fit my car so Matt took care of it, and they fit perfectly.Shipping: No problem with shipping. Everything came on time and nothing was damaged.Its been four months since I ordered, and everything still works great and looks great. Very happy with everything I bought, and the process was awesome in every way. I was very thorough and I asked a lot of questions and they answered everything. Im glad I took their suggestions and everything they said about fitments and compatibility was true. At some point in the future Ill be ordering their Angel Eyes. Would give them more than five stars if possible, customer service was top notch.Ive recommended them to my friends, they have the best prices for wheels and lights that Ive found online. I wish I had ordered everything sooner, my car looks unbelievable.
So im back, and deleted my previous review. My last review was before I received the product, but now that ive obtained them. The product itself has pretty much turned me around with Umnitza. Things started well, inbetween things werent all too great, but in the end. Holy hell, am I impressed with the product. It took nearly a month to get them, but now that I have them, it was well worth the wait. The quality is astounding, the construction is solid and dare I even say, somehow installation went a lot smoother than I expected.Customer service was great, Tim K. and Anthony were always there to reply to any questions I had or any concerns. Although I admittingly wasnt very happy toward the end of the entire thing, they stayed levelheaded, which ive seen with many other companies doesnt exactly happen. They were nice, and responsive and thats amazing.I am very happy with the headlights I got, well beyond impressed and although the endeavor was long and a bit inconvenient. Umnitza will be the first people that come to mind when I need something for my car.5 stars for the absolutely amazing quality of the product and the great people who helped me out at Umnitza during the long wait.
Great set of guys in the back bought a motorcycle with 2 diffrent hid kits on it these guys set me up with all new kit and had a problem with a buld like 6months later walked in replaced it no questions asked

Bought an exhaust for my E36 during their group buy. Exhaust came two months late, fit poorly and droned. It took three weeks of head aches and $90 in return shipping to get my money back. I dont know how they are still in business after years of poor business practices.
