Really nice outlet mall, I love the architecture it has a Moroccan influence which makes it unique to Southern California. Parking was kind of annoying. They have a lot of shops, and overall affordable prices. In comparison to the Ontario in Mills, I would prefer Ontario Mills because it is enclosed and easier to walk around in, however, the citadel outlets is much nicer and just walking there is a whole experience that makes the trip enjoyable.
One of the largest outlets I’ve ever visited. Plenty of covered and open parking lots and structures. Countless brands; many of them two floors. Dining court. Starbucks cafe. Number of diners. Adjacent to a casino 🎰 hotel. Prices are reasonable. Many sitting and relaxing shaded seating. The layout is easy to navigate. Best route is from the Michael Kors/ Calvin Klein entrance.
Busy outdoor outlet mall with alot of nice shops. Parking can be packed including front lot and the parking structure. Top level of parking structure is usually clearer but takes a while to get up there because cars are waiting to park on the lower level. There are some discounts here if you get a coupon booklet from customer service. The popular stores have lines so prepare for a wait.Black Friday has great deals but prepare for bad traffic, parking, and packed with people.Overall, it is great if you want to shop for some sales.
Good deals in most stores. However, social distancing guidelines are not being enforced well. The Nike store in particular was a mess with long lines outside with virtually no space between people. Same at some higher end stores
Don’t dress heavy, take water with you, a hat or sunglasses would help too. Oh wear comfy shoes. Overall this place is a good place to make a good day out of it, however, if you’re looking for GREAT deals.. you won’t be able to find it here, you might wanna check out those that are away from the city like the one by Las Vegas (PRIMM). Most of the prices are similar to what you get at your city mall, maybe some rare collections. Sketchers for instance had good deals, but adidas was the same. Banana Republic had a few good deals, but American Eagle is as the same. You get what I mean when I say it takes a day to find a good deal. You’d also find nice brands like Lacoste or SuperDry that you won’t normally see in every shopping malls. There’s a food court and a few ice cream and cafeterias around the area.
Went to Rubys for desert, had Apple pie and Vanilla ice cream, good size portions.Excellent, Ill be back there soon. Great customer serve. Server kept coming back refilling our drinks. I would recommend it. I remember when the property use to be the Uniroyal tire manufacturer.
They have been quite busier since a lot more stores have opened up again, still same 6 ft apart and waiting outside if the maximum number of people inside has reached its limit. They have numerous options to shop for glasses or other accessories such as purses, jewelry. Or clothing, shoes, kids toys. Eating and drinks as well, if you want to know what stores they have specifically I’d suggest to go on their website as the map of the area is provided. Super helpful
Nice outlets overall .. not as big as I expected but the stores do have good selection and sales. Nice environment also and very clean and pretty bathrooms.
I visited CROCS where the store clerk didnt seem to want to bother helping me. Wasnt very friendly either.I also visited Coach to buy a small card wallet. There were three people standing behind the counter and only one register open. I had to wait a good while to be serviced.Overall I like Citadel. Hopefully it was just an off day.
These outlets have really grown since it first opened years ago. they are actually worth visiting now as they cater now to most. i wish I was able to visit more often but i no longer travel in that direction.
Great place to treat yourself or to get your fried or family a gift weather its last minute, or weeks ahead you are bound to find something amazing for a great value. The place is always kept clean, including the restrooms, there is plenty of parking if you dont mind a bit of walk or for just $6 you can get your car valet parked. The place is always renovating and looks great everytime i revisit
O ly go thier for zales too many people, not going take no mask people lightly, bcz I got vaccine, doesnt mean nothing, but to have wisdom and where your mask RESPECT others, do t be ignorant!
Lots of stores not all are outlet and for example the prices at the vans outlet store I expected to be lower but its still good shopping and the open air corridors are a plus in todays world check out rocky mountain chocolate factory if you want the mother of all caramel apples 🍎
Hadnt been here in a long time. It is really vamped up. Lots of great stores
Lovely, arrived @ 1pm on Saturday and didnt have to stress out to find parking, noticed that ALL stores required mask so it may be an inconvenient if you do not bring one, food court packed, long lines, but clean and organized, BETTER PRICES than a Camarillo outlet and plenty of sitting spaces all the way ...
This Outlet Has Something for Everyone Food n Shopping THE BEST
The Citadel Outlets is really an amazing place. Great stores of great food court plenty of parking. Silver good shopping or eating experience I highly recommend this in LA
This Outlet is cool. A lot of great stores are there. I just recommend to go as early as you can because it can and will get really busy.
It’s reopening time for Americans. It’s Friday today, but I still can see many people come here. Only a few stores are closed down permanently in the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s sad! But most of the stores are still working! They limit the number of indoor customers, so people need to wait in a long line outside, but you dont need to wait very long, because people are running fast! After over one year of Covid lockdown, the COVID vaccination had been ramped up, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, lets be cautious! Make an appointment for your vaccine, wear a mask, wash hands frequently, keep social distance, the society and market need to go back to normal! I love this beautiful place and bought a lot of clothes today, hopefully, I can see more people next time!
Love this outlet! Great stores and restaurants.
Lots and lots of stores but lots and lots of people. There was live music so Im not sure if it was unusual for so many people but I was a little uncomfortable. Be prepared to walk a bit because parking was ridiculous.
You can easily spend half day to one day if you start visiting all the shops here… Maintained very well and there are lot of free parking spots available… You will find great discounts here most of the time… also special events are conducted during thanksgiving and Christmas time…Due to COVID, everyone is wearing masks, but social distancing is not mandatory…
Offering a wonderful array of choices. And at different price points. Youre bound to return again and again. This place keeps getting better. Plus, you dont have to make a long trek. Its just outside of downtown.
Just another Outdoor mall. Its the same as any other mall. I got kinda excited for the first time going there because of the way it looks out front but turns out that whole front fancy portion is just for show. Nothing to go out of your way for.
BE AWARE OF THE THEFT. This place is unsafe. Ive got robbed in the Puma store. Someone stole my wallet from my backpack which was attached on my back. I felt something wrong happened to my backpack, I turned around and saw that it was opened and my wallet was gone. I immediately grabbed the manager right at the door and reported my situation, she said it was not the stores responsibility and she wouldnt care. I tried to look around the area that I left off, I finally found my wallet on the floor but all the cash were missing. Lucky me Ive got my wallet back even without the cash. But anyway, I didnt want to just let it go because this is a second time I got robbed in a store (last time was in Walmart where I lost $600), I decided to talk to the manager again since I knew exactly where I got robbed and many cameras are right there. I thought maybe we can catch the robber by reviewing the camera recording. She said she cant do that, she asked me to go find the security officer from the outlet customer service counter. I went to the counter, talked to the security officer, he said the same thing, none of their responsibility about missing stuffs. Then, he gave me an option to call the Sheriff and I did. About 10mins later, two Sheriffs came, they talked to the Puma store manager, unfortunately they said they dont have permission to access the camera, they would need to submit a request for approval which I need to wait. One of the Sheriffs said if they can go further on this, they will give me a call, otherwise I wont receive any call from them. I had a feeling that it was finished there. No hope. So, everyone please keep an eyes on your belongings or you will become the next victim like I am today.
This place shares a lot of great memories with me. I had to come a few times to think about buying some shoes. You first have to see them. Then you have to think about them. Then you have to buy them, eventually. How do you use eventually in a sentence? When you buy those shoes!
All the stores for clothes, shoes and accessories in one place.
Labor Day is here. It means big sales at Citadel outlet. With blistering hot weather, people are lining up at each store front waiting for them to open. Lines at Nike and Adidas must be 30 minutes to an hour long. With the holiday sales, stores like Under Armor and Adidas having a 50% and more off storewide. Colombia has good deals too. I got my raincoat for just $35 where the non-sales price costed $129. Hiking shirt was on sale for $16.Citadel also added stores like Ralph Laurence last year. They have both the regular store and a pop up men’s clothing store as well. I found a deal on their casual dress shirts for less than $30. Normally these shirts cost up to $100.I saw stores like Kate Spake and Coaches have long lines too. I didn’t go in but looked like people were buying in bulk. Most of the patrons came out with at least 3 to 4 bi shopping bags. They must have big sales. The weather is hot and the parking lot gets full quickly. So please come early to get your deals.
Great place to check out for a great value. Family friendly. The place is always kept clean, including the restrooms and there is plenty of parking!
Pretty good selection of outlet stores. Could use more eating options though.
Quality Shopping experience. Weekends are always crowded. Go early. Dont forget to treat your self at the Chocolate Store, best candy apples ever!
Closest outlets to the downtown Los Angeles. I like their variety of different well known brands with a huge discounts abd savings.I highly recommend to check it out if you are i to affordable shopping.
Very crowded! Cashier queues are so long & slow. But shopping is nice over there! Most items finish real fast. Consider shopping in San Diego for more variety.
Lots of people shopping and some stores have a line. There are however good deals if you look. This time around I found Adidas had the best deals, everything was 50% off. Free parking and lots of kiosks. A good family friendly place. The bathrooms are clean too.
Lots of different food, clothing, and recreational shops with lots of things to do. Many different places to eat, of all different types of food. Some stores there were outlet stores while others were full priced regular stores. In all, a good mall to visit.
Its a brand store outlet, most stores have pretty good sales on the entire store. Only a few item exclusions, but those exclusions are mostly special materials. Its a bit out of the way from downtown, but its reachable by bus if you dont have a car. There is a food court with quite a good mix of different food, not only fast food. They put up a really big christmas tree, way taller than the buildings.
I am a big girl. I went to the outlet stores looking for a bra. I looked around at the crowd and I seen other big girls too. So I thought I could find something. I guess these folks were picking up clothing for their children because I couldnt find appropriate clothing for a size 18. Why dont retailers get onboard with fashionable clothing for fashionable big girls?
Good place to walk around, do some leisure shopping. Many outlets with good bargains
Excellent shopping experience
I alwayz find what I went for with great customer service
I love this outlets, good prices, many stores, big parking areas also food areas and restrooms are clean always.

Great place to shop for any occasion. If you need a purse or bag specifically, this place has got your fossils, coach, MK outlets. Great and super clean.
My punkin and I love it here. Date night this week was a blast
Not too crowded. Good selection of stores. Most stores still limit number of customers inside. Good outside seating at food court and throughout mall.
Good. Lines are too long and it takes forever to find parking
Very nice, clean stores
A good place to go shopping and walk with the kids. We love to eat at Panda Express.
Outlet not very far from Los Angeles. I had no problem for Park and walk around. Accessible all the ways. Many famous brands like Adidas, Banana Republic, Armani, Hugo Boss, Disney and many more. Discounts between 30% to 70%. Many stores for all genders and ages. Besides it’s a beautiful place to walk around even if you don’t want to buy anything.
First time being at the citadel outlets alot of walking great deals in some of the stores.
Our first time there it was amazing lots of selections and the DJs were awesome 😀.
Definitely one of the biggest outlets in LA. Lots of options. I recommend to come when just open (10am) or you will have hard time to find a parking spot. Way too hot during summer, wifi signal is weak in some parts of the mall.
Very nice outlets to go out to and check out. Always very good deals and it’s just a nice place to chill and hang out.
So much to do, see and eat. Get there early!
The converse store has great deals and customer service
Great place to find deals if you have plenty of time to look for deals. Personal favorite is Quicksilver
Good place for shopping, can get anything.
Amazing discounts if you enjoy walking around and hunting for them. Lots of XS and S size clothing, which is perfect for me. I presume they just dont get sold at normal stores.. oh well!
Mall area visit here to shopNumber of outletsAll kind of stuffFood court
This place is always packed. You will find good deals for a quick trip but they dont always have the most update products. Its a good outdoor walk with friends and family during a weekend visit.
This place is an excellent stop for shopping. Nice place for family hang out, bathrooms are classy, good food & ample free parking.
Saw one of the vending machine techs stealing from safe inside candy storage room next to gap and old navy. His name is Steven Baker. Also had other employees involved with scamming money I know the system they used because he told me. I also saw him do this so he made me go outside to conceal his crimes but it was too late because I seen him open the safe. He said security even threatened him to go to his house. He does live there anymore but I know where he be at. His child mom house and now he works at smart and final in compton.
Such a shopping haven with up to 70% discounts on all items in LA! Prepare money and time to satisfy yourselves here. The shop attendants are all friendly and helpful. The restrooms are so cute and pretty! Nice compact outlet mall. More area maps around the place would be very welcome.
Good people watching, cool concept of all civilizations leading back to Sumeria.
Good fun area during Christmas. Very festive and the Tree is huge. Loads of shops, Levis had a sale at the time. Well worth checking it out.
Typical outlets..follow the herds and get good prices for last seasons fashions..if you are nearby, it is worth a quick visit
So many sales! Every store pretty much has a good sale going on. This Memorial Day weekend will be really crazy for those buying to get early xmas presents. Really a good idea to plan ahead, dont you think? The purses at Kipling are a real deal. I added the Pronto Cafe just because the macaroons are so cute! If you like my review, please click the like button. Thank you and have a good day!
Good prices and very variety of brands. Be ready for spend all day and come early for take a good parking spot
Amazing. A shopper and fashion finder’s dream getaway. I have been coming here for years with my family and the all of the shops we’ve been to has not let us down. Go to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory they have the best candy apples!
Great shopping 🛍️ choice!
Citadel is a Mecca for shopping. Most (but not all) of the stores are outlets and offer outlet prices. I never leave without buying something (ok, a lot) always worth a visit. The bathrooms are clean and feel upmarket and theres plenty of seats to rest and places to stop and eat or grab a refreshment. Best of all - free parking!
Very clean..great service and wonderful prices
I LOVE to come here and shop.... Especially around Christmas time when they have the Worlds largest Christmas Tree!! And the front of the Citadel has a HUGE red bow and lights to brighten it up! I love the fact that it is outdoors and we can walk around from store to store. We have also been coming here for years for their free Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony concert! It sure brings out the crowds, but what better way to start out the Holiday Season!! We look forward to this event every year!! Great Family fun for all ages!
