We bought some snow boots today, for some upcoming winter travel. I fell in love with these pink boots! Everyone at the store was very helpful and was practicing social distances, as well as sanitizing work stations. Very nice store

I was able to get the Timberland boots I wanted. It wasnt to crowded especially since social distance guidelines are in place. Make sure you get there early because with the requirements there may be long lines.the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional I will definitely be going back.

Good customer service

I had a really bad experience with this store. I paid for a jacket that I absolutely however since they didn’t have it in my size they were going to ship it to me. The person at the cash register didn’t know what he was doing and the transaction took about 20mins.One week later I called to follow up on the store to follow up on the package and a sales associate with an attitude said she couldn’t help me out. I never received any email to confirm my order or track the package.Currently no one at the store or corporate company knows what happened with my transaction.

Just called them because it’s an hour and a half away to ask for a product, their support was awesome took their time checked everything for me and put the shoes on hold. I really enjoyed how helpful they were and that I was able to ensure the specific item I needed before driving there, thank you!

Space 715 at citadel clearly stated that the store was open with an orange boot sign which stated store open. I waited around until 1130 am to find the store would not open on time. Called the citadel customer service desk only to find they would not answer twice Very bad Customer Service

Worst place, if I can rate it without stars that will be accurate rated, they left a note with a phone number for online pickup, they never answered and the store closed, this store dont have the meaning of customer service, if you are going to order online DO NOT choose to pickup at this store.

I love timberland for the winter/fall. The employees here are very helpful, nice and the store is always clean.

Me gustan mucho las botas de esta marca, lástima que algunos trabajadores de esta sucursal sean tan malos en atención al cliente, la cajera ni se molestó en saludar, no hablo en el proceso de compra y para rematar no se digno ni a mirarnos siquiera, casi nos avienta el recibo de compra y se dio la vuelta y siguió haciendo otras cosas, creo que la interrumpimos con nuestra compra, eso me molestó sobremanera!! Buscaré otras sucursales...
