Horrible customer service specially from that older Lady working there. I came by regularly and the other girls usually attend me and my prices are reasonable but when the older lady attends me my packages go up from 11 to 30 dollars. How does that make sense?They need new management,

Went there for some print out and I was in rush had some problem with the printing machine and Diante showed up to helpe even thou they were busy, thank you all for being such a great and especially I want to thank Diante.

Place is a joke it says it opens at 9am and its 9:15am and still not open...corporate needs to come here and replace management and entire team....

This location is found inside the business center off Eastern.Ive been shipping at this location for the past 5 years. Its really hit-or-miss, sadly. Depending on the time of day, they only have 1 cashier at the register. So depending on the length of transactions, a line can form quickly.Inside is your small general array of packing products, pens, tape, etc.Theres also only 1 copier. Its not a full size service location, so keep that in mind

I was on hold 20mins, then hung up and called back to hear the worker was by himself. Whos running this circus and scheduled a one man band?Needless to say I could get my documents printed for my meeting. Thanks for nothing.Feurary 14th 2019 at 1pm

I went here to drop off my Directv equiptment, A African American female named Charlie said the system was down. She said try ups, I really feel she just did not want to help me. I went to a UPS store in HP the same day, they did it in less than five minutes. Now I see why this Fed Ex has only two stars.

The staff there are so dxxn rude, keep making excuse that my package is too bad(I did enough job to pack my box, and the other fedex receiving my box). Then try to rob my money out off my pocket, come on man! No easy money!

Dont drop off your packages here. Make it a hassle just to drop off pre paid packages. I only come here as a last resort because they have latest ground pick ups. Horrible experience. Stay away.

Hated it. The worst service. Why when there is someone keeping the door open is one of the employees at front checking in envelope packages instead of getting the people standing in line with boxes in there hands because the only dolly they have is being used by a fedex driver who should have one in his vehicle. Not to mention not one friendly person in there. They only received one star because thats the only way I could comment

Took a while for them to attend us since they were busy showing memes. But once they did it was fast and friendly. Its OK.

This has to be by far the most inexperienced bunch of negligent people I have ever had to deal with. Lost my package, I could Not locate it and I lost $ 150.00 because of their LACK of pride in the work they actually collect a PayCheck for. Do Not leave without a receipt, that is OPEN game for the thieves that work there.

The managers are constantly refusing packages for so many reasons, even with new boxes, they say that they have to be double wall box for a 10 lbs package, one day she even told me if you want call my supervisor so rude. Really really not recomended place because of these managers.

FedEx is a great and fast service.
