I had a few defective chairs I had ordered through them and after a long conversation with the sales rep I was told I was fine to dispose of the entire chair or keep it for additional parts. Then a week later I received only the replacement on the defective parts. Which would have been great had I not thrown out the chairs!I called to see if I could have some resolution and had to call three separate times for someone to even talk to me! (They dont return calls). Once I talked to a sales rep they were immensely defensive and told me I was SOL and they would never tell someone to throw out a chair. This is poor service and a lack of follow through and Im immensely disappointed.
