I give three stars only because the customer service is great. But would give two for the product purchased. I bought a cool az waterfall mirror and both times the mirror was put together the fountain or mirror had an issue with allowing water to flow down the mirror in full. It was very disappointing. Because the mirror isn’t that cheap. And I don’t want to have to use the scrub brush every single time I turn it on. This product needs to be marked down to the 1-200 dollar range for the quality.

I purchased an Alpine Corp. fountain through Amazon. We opened up the box & set it up. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 LED lites was broken. When we plugged it in, only 1 LED lite worked. I contacted the manufacturer expecting to not get a reply for awhile. Wrong!!!Jamie Alforque contacted me, told me what they need from me which were pics & video. Sent Jamie that info, he processed a RMA for replacement pcs, on Labor Day. Who does that???He was professional, patient and efficient. Jamie exudes the best Customer Service experience.Thank you Jamie and Alpine Corp.

I bought the birdbath with a textured rim and wasnt able to give a review on Amazon because I didnt meet the $50 spending criteria for being able to comment anyway I absolutely love this birdbath its sturdy and well made and looks so nice in my yard.Thankyou Alpine😊

Purchased a table and chairs thru Amazon and it is a great product. We are really happy with it. It is heavy so you can tell that the stone work is real and not some imitation material. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a 4-tier fountain with LED lights from Alpine, through my Amazon Prime membership. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of this product!Not only was the delivery swift, and the fountain expertly and professionally protected in its packaging, I had the opportunity to deal with Alpines Customer Service team when I experienced a component failure in the fountains LED transformer.The Customer Service team, even though California has again shut down, moved heaven and earth getting the replacement part to me in a very expeditious manner. I can not say enough about their team ... they rate an A+ in my book.

I purchased a fountain from Alpine and when it arrived, it was broken. I wrote to their customer service and Rocio Estrada responded immediately. My fountain was replaced right away at no charge to me and was shipped the same week that I wrote in about my situation. I could not be more pleased with the prompt,professional and polite manner it was handled. I will actually suggest this company to my friends specifically because of Rocios customer service. The help was greatly appreciated!

Great place

I purchased 3 fountains from this company for my business and all of them either splash out & leave a mess, or they leak out of the back. Customer service advised me to adjust the water pressure on the pump to the lowest setting, I did that. These are not quality products. Who wants a fountain in their home that splashes everywhere? They’re just a mess! You’d think these were quality products based on how expensive they are. Very disappointed.
