Manufacturer Breach of Implied Warranty & False AdvertisingBallarini is producing this set of pans with NO LIDS! The Parma Plus.The mere fact that Zwilling claims a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects when they carry this line but will not insure that the end user receives what is ADVERTISED by a large 3rd party carrier (i.e. Macys) is what we educated people call- breach of implied warranty!Zwilling must and should hold Ballarini, or their existing factory responsible for misrepresenting what the end user should be receiving when they customer clearly READS THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION of what they are receiving at the point of purchase.I would not have purchased this pan set if I believed I would not have lids.By the way, using the ridiculous excuse of a stock description shows what lengths of irresponsibility Zwilling will postulate to cover up this issue. (See photo #3).If it were an issue of stock description error than why - do you have the:Thermopoint Technology (If Applicable), clause?duh--you should have Lids (If Applicable)Its real simple : Accountability is not an option, it is an obligation!

The man who helped me seemed to be the owner when I visited this store about a month ago. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. When I walked out of the store, I knew that this company has earned my business. Very pleased to have met him and found the store. I’ll ask for his name next time! 🙂

The cutlery sold here is not cheap but wow is it good quality. These knives tend to hold up for a very long time because they are so well made. The staff here is super knowledgeable too. I had no idea that there were so many different specialty knives that existed for different kitchen related tasks. Definitely check these guys out if you need a high quality set of knives for you or for a gift

The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful! We called ahead of time to get our knives sharpened and luckily they were and they had someone available that day to do the knive sharpening. We ended up purchasing another knife after consulting with the rep. They shared with us that they will be opening another store in Santa Monica. Very happy to hear about that! All their inventory is currently on sale - some as low as half off! Definitely worth your time to check out the store if youre looking for a new knife set or your knives need sharpening.

Very good selection of knives sets...quite pricey for being an Outlet...although they are priced at 50% off.

I was buying a set of knives was 129.99, in the sample shows there are 5 pcs including the scissors. However, when I open the package, the scissors is missing. I went to the store and ask for an explanation, the promotion tag and scissors were disappeared. The sales was saying there is no scissors include! He was in such a bad manner and not being care what customers will think about, AND NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION! I will never purchase in that store again! Period!

Their is a so call man working their he is so rude know it all type jerk bad customer service I have purchased their before but when is not their I just get irritated hearing him speak......he thinks he owned the place and knows what my need are.for a knife I decide what I like and what Ill use it for dont need him to tell me what I want.........

Excellent costumer service and very high quality products

The staff doesnt let you walk around freely, they stalk you and breathe in your neck!!! Literally pushing you to buy in less than two minutes from entering the store. And they dont let you concentrate on what you go there to buy. I asked if he had sharpening guides and he totally blew me off by telling me to youtube a tutorial. Service here sucks.

Amazing customer service. Knives were 15 years old. I sent them to the factory for repair and they sent new replacements.

Make sure about their return policies before buying any discount products from this seller. Bought two 40% off discount Miyabi knives and could not return one of them. Wasnt told when buying. The discount knives have a dot mark besides the logo and the regular priced ones dont.
