I ordered a HP Plotter on Sept 2, its now Sept 8 and it hasnt been shipped yet. Cant get a hold of anyone to see what is going on, very poor communication and customer response. Only one telephone number and cant get anyone to talk to, even customer service which turns out to be a joke.

I placed an order that was to arrive between 3-5 business days, it has been more than 2 weeks and no sign of it. Ive checked the status of the order and it hasnt even been processed. I thought, Maybe they havent charged it, but they have. I have reached out to the company but no response. This is unacceptable! They are trying to be the Amazon to business but clearly they dont have it figured out. I needed the product I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Bottom line is dont order from Supply Hub. This is my second order from them. The first one was also late but not as late as this one. Like the saying goes, Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Im not one to post reviews but company has overdone it. Dont purchase from them.

This is my 3rd time buying from them and they always deliver on time. I highly recommend them. 👍🏼

I received a broken item from them and when I reached out to them after about 4 emails they stopped responding so I tried sending emails for about a week to the girl named jasmin who was helping me but no response.. I got someone else to help me out but it’s been about 4 days without a response from him either so I been sitting on this defective item for a while now..smh don’t order from here at all.. use eBay or amazon for real

Zero customer service. Ive reached out several times to find out the status of my order which is overdue. No contact phone number only an email address that seems to be ignored.

No STARS if I could!! Placed an order 2 weeks ago cant get any response from customer service via emails or direct phone calls using their Order#. Is SupplyHub out of business????

I will change my review from one star as i did get my order but the fault still lies with the company posting the wrong vendor of the order causing the problem
