Bought injectors for semi. Wired them money, with agreement that we would receive $600 back for the cores once they were returned. After many months, and many unreturned emails and phone calls, we still have not received the $600. They never bother to respond to phone calls or emails.

They’re good about taking your money fast also I got my order in a timely mannerBut when it comes to communication with customers they’re lacking in that department I’ve been trying to get my core charge refunded from them about 4 weeks now to no avail George won’t return calls neither will Vanessa in accountingWith customer service like this I may have to take my business elsewhere

Bought an engine, when it arrived to the shop for install, there were missing parts. it has been 2 weeks and still no resolution to the problem. Promised I would get a call back from Dennis and yet still nothing. oh and his mailbox is full on the number I was provided. Customer service was excellent until they got their money and now cant get any service. I do not recommend this company for anything unless you want to lose money waiting for a call.

This company is a scam, we ordered a Cummins long block from them that was rebuilt by them all new parts we get it in the truck and from day 1 it was using oil and progressively got worse to the point of about 4 gallons a week. We call to see about getting engine warranty honored and we were told they needed the entire engine back out of the truck so we did that and sent it back and after that we were told that the rings didnt seat properly which we already knew and now 2 months have gone by and we are still waiting for something to be done and no one will return phone calls or emails just a fair warning stay away

Bought a air compressor for a Detroit they just painted a old won a sold it never rebuilt it put it on the truck and had back pressure blew my water deposit resvoir tank they are a fraud never recommend them to any one they never took blame for there lousy poor work there only good review is the owner that has a body shop nextdoor with a different name

I had a C15 Catepillar with a crack, they welded the crack re machine re surfaced the head, made it like new again. that was 6 months ago. its still running strong. back in again this week for my DPF filter clean and have my Injectors rebuilt. they gave me great prices and even better service.I would Recommend them highly

The communication with the staff is horrendous you can never speak with a supervisor they all pass blame I’m still waiting on my core charge return it’s been months I dealt with Greg he is not professional and he lies I am reporting them to the BBB today they are just taking people money
