Takes 2-3 days every month for refills to be filled. My elderly mom has to put up with it because its cheaper.
This is the worst pharmacy! I only used them because my doctor is in that town, so it was convenient. We waited for almost 2 hours the first time. The second time, which was 4 days later (and I had the flu at this point with a fever), it was 1.5 hours for a box of Tamiflu. Many people came and went, while we sat there. Then when nobody was there, they chatted and did some organizing behind the counter. Fast forward a month. I wanted to transfer 1 prescription that had refills to my normal pharmacy. It took a total of 5 calls (3 from me, 2 from my pharmacy) to do it. Total and complete incompetence here. On my last call with them, the little girl (Brittany), rudely hung up on me. I would avoid the headache, and go somewhere (ANYWHERE) else. There are several small family pharmacies in that town, where Im sure you wouldnt get this kind of treatment.
I have never been able to just go pick up a script and leave at this pharmacy. There is a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME. The pharmacist is nice, but other than that it’s really the worst pharmacy in the world. I feel bad for him that he works there.
