Why bother going if all the Asian guy tells you is go to the website. He kept telling me he couldnt help me. He didnt know anything. He looked homeless. I will definitely use the website and not bother going there again. Ill tell my coworkers and friends and family dont bother going there. Hopefully I wont need assistance while ordering from the website

They are very inconsiderate im trying to get my refund back because i need the money because of covid. i had to cancel my event because of it as well and they want me to pay for the shipping again and the shipping costs the same as the items itself so because of this i think they are very inconsiderate company

This is a very affordable party planning site I would highly recommend. I’m planning my wedding and they had all the things I needed. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars is because the shipping cost is expensive. The item I ordered was out of stock and the issued a refund right away. Received the item and refund within 2 days. Good customer service. Definitely will continue doing business with them. Just be mindful of the shipping.

I ordered 2 bolts of tulle from LA Crafts. Their prices were amazing. The best part was that I had my order the very next day!!! I was shocked! Will definitely be ordering again.

Go online and call to make sure they have what you need. I was in the area for work and they have small showroom, but you pick what you want and they bring to you everything you need from the back. Cash only is accepted in the warehouse, but order online with a credit card . Place is organized and prices are great. I got Mexican candies for a nieces birthday, cheaper than going to TJ.

I ordered large carriages and 4 of them were smaller in size and different from the rest. According to the company they were exactly the same. I also ordered light pink flowers and they sent me fuschia instead. Will definitely be shopping somewhere else next time.

I placed an order on July 11, 2018 it is now July 19 and I still do not have my order! I am in Northern California so it definitely shouldnt take this long! I am down to the wire as I have to complete wedding centerpieces by tomorrow afternoon at the latest because the wedding is Saturday!! I am beyond furious and will NOT be purchasing from these people ever again!

My house is not close. So disappointed no longer the same professionalism as before. I got lost yesterday found it but they had just closed. The same guy today opens the showroom and tells me he cant sell wholesale prices unless I have my business license, only cash and hurry up because they are about too close. I sure wish he would have told me this yesterday so I could be prepared. His excuse he forgot it was Friday. I should have gone by the reviews and not by an experience from the past.

Not Worth buying from lacrafts, go through a local store and pay up for it there. I bought 3 8inch and 2 10inch styrofoam (actually an alt to styrofoam) products. I paid up for 3 day air on there website. And it says before 1pm. I get the shipping info and it says fedex saver. And it will take over the weekend to get it, I ordered on a Wednesday way before 1pm California time. I called to see and talked to a very mean “supervisor” which would not give me a name. I just don’t like being talked down to over the phone.
