Very worst experience and for school uniforms very high cost. Guy told Saturday / Sunday it will be delivered. Till now not received and contact number not reachable at all. Only commission go to school and scandle money from Parents

Not at all co opertive. Schools should have been provide at least 2/3 options to purchase the uniform. We have asked to purchase 2 uniforms out of which we have not use one. Due to COVID 19, School for KG is not going to open this year. So we visited shop to return one unutilized uniform and infact we were ready to purchase any thing else of same price. However shop owner denied the same.

I visited place today for my kids uniform, per my experience schools contract out to yogi kids to fulfill their school requirements.I have seen many negative review about the shop and before going there I was thinking how to deal with staff and owner who are holding monopoly in uniform of my kids school. But the experience was opposite, I did not get chance to discuss with staff but interacted with owner and found she is very helpful in selection of size of uniform and she exchanged uniform as well which I have taken a day back from school. Overall I understand this is service industry and up and down in customer experience is common but she really running shop well and taking care of parents. It is very hard to handle parents and kids especially in admission time. shop is good with basic collection of all school needs at the time of admission. Overall good one.

Poor customer service, they completely deny even if the sell defected piece.. They give the reason company not ready to exchange the defected product and insist on buying a new product from them again

One of the worst places a school can choose to sell their uniforms. I would rather pay extra and get the uniforms made. The owner is completely rude. And the line to the shop goes all the way till the footpath of the road. Only one person is allowed at a time.

Shop little mismanaged specifically during new school sessions. 6-7 people working in that shop but almost everyone is passing the work/task to other rather focusing on customer and his/her requests. Customers are requested to wait outside in rain (without shed) for their turn and after 15-20 mins doors were shut because of mismanagement of new stock arrival and rain.
