Much Better at Commerce and Greenville, than Sulphur Springs. I really dislike the SS store. Dirty, never stocked well. Cant get half of my list. Produce is iffy.

Low prices on just about everything. They have tabasco sauce. Excellent quality bread products. And dont forget to buy a few bags of reddy ice. They have the coldest ice in town.

Good people, they have cherry cheesecake ice cream. Havent seen that for a while. Always helpful with everything.

To be quite honest about it, I dont much care for these places, they have put all of the little places out of business. But its convenient when you need for example household items, prescriptions and a few groceries and you dont want to have to go to several different places.

As always, I find everything I need at the store at a great value. Im very appreciative of Walmart. And the staff at this particular store are always so kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, very clean, and I was able to be blessed to prey with someone there.

Casey was very professional and polite. Very respectful gentleman and handled the groceries with the utmost care, even organized heavier bags on the bottom as to not smash my bread or lighter bags such as chips. Truly enjoyed the experience and the professional service. Definitely will request and recommend Casey to my family who shop at walmart.com, for all my future encounters.

Great prices it has it all. Some people dont like it because kills downtown Businesses. But in reality take a look theyre always busy and they make a lot of money so a lot of people go buy stuff there

Only downside was it seems yo be a very busy location but was still able to shop quickly and checkout relatively fast

This is the oddest walmart I have ever been in, the layout is like they started with a local market design and decided half way though to just add the other half...lawn and garden is inside and no tire care... Good store clean and helpful employees but funny layout.

Their online order pick up is great. They pick out great fruit & veggies and try to replace anything that was out of stock. The issue with Walmart is that they are always out of stock on some items. Thats why I gave the three stars.

As a Walmart its great in general. This particular store is clean, pretty organized and they have nice clearance options in general merchandise, food and clothing areas. Ive found the produce to be fresh with limited selection of organic. It works if you dont want to drive out of town but we personally prefer Aldi for fresh items. Decent selection of alternative foods such as dairy free, gluten free, etc. The employees seem to understand how to use box cutters appropriately here. I point this out because I have shopped several stores where item containers are constantly sliced. You dont realize how much of an issue this is until you inadvertently buy several cut bread loaves or other packages which become stale (or possibly contaminated) before you even open them, or even leaking out when you squeeze too hard upon unpacking wasting money. The few cons Ill list are from personal experience and disappointment so they may or may not affect you.1. Lately, the stock has been low in certain areas and grocery pickup has been slower than normal. Unsure if this is due to short staff or something else. As an example, where are the 4pk biscuits? 😂 Its been several weeks and the shelf is still bare. Are they constantly bought out? Are they no longer carrying this item? Theres a spot for them, so who knows. Just be prepared to search elsewhere if you find your items missing.2. It appears they are changing the brands they carry. For example, in the oil aisle, there is no Penzoil blend. Now, your only choice is Valvoline unless you use full synthetic. I dont know if this is in response to low customer buying or a store choice. Either way, at least for us, well need to find an alternative supplier.3. It really annoys me they put away summer items on a set schedule rather than adjusting for our particular climate. We usually have longer summer seasons and if you dont remember to stock up on necessities before they change seasons, youll need to shop elsewhere. For example, we need lawn care late into the year but they remove the weedeater gas and string, and the fly bags well before the actual need is gone. Obviously, you can shop another store to get what you need but, again, when youre expecting the one stop shop, it adds extra hassle. So, if youre new to the area you might want to keep this in mind!All in all, its no worse than any other chain and honestly you have 2 choices for grocery in town. Walmart and Brookshires. So unless youre willing to pay higher prices, Walmart remains a fine enough choice. Yes it annoys me, some days more than others, but Im still shopping there....at least for the items I can find. 😉

Qne of the best of the small stores.... seems to keep friendly people when most of the W Marts have succumbed to the sardonic Covid I dont lgive a flip attitude of the employees ... But they dont know where things are,,, you need to know how to find things.... I just espect that ... still trying to be good value and compete with the Amazon monster ... you go, WM !

I moved to Commerce at the height of the Co-vid pandemic. I needed many things, but was hesitant to shop, as I am approaching 60 and the vaccine was not yet available. I tried Walmarts curbside service, and it was exceptional. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Several times when they were out of a product, they substituted with a product of greater value. They worked so hard in some terrible weather conditions. I really wanted to tip them, but they werent allowed to accept tips. I really love this Walmart and the warm, friendly people who work there. They have made an old ladys life so much more comfortable!

Wal-Marts is walmarts the only place in town to shop basically.i didnt do Wal-Marts until I moved here.and if I was still married I wouldnt do it now.but small towns, no choice.And as bad as I need a job.i will pass and hell will freeze over before Id work there.Just Saying.

We had a great experience grocery shopping right before the Christmas holiday. We normally hate grocery shopping, but the visit this time wasnt as gruesome as expected. The shelves were pretty well stocked for the season, and everything was very organized. There wasnt employees trying to walk all around you, but they did have a few guys restocking along the isles. Clean store, friendly staff, and quick check out service!! Thanks, Commerce Walmart!

Surprisingly better stocked than other area stores. Sadly, the issue of too many folks not wearing masks prevails. The staff were helpful and thankfully I was able to pick up what I needed and get in and out quickly

This Walmart is not a bad location. That being said, I try not to shop Walmart if I can help it, but sometimes it just cant be avoided. Most of the people I know that work there are great people, and are very helpful.The selection leaves a lot to be desired.The products are as to be expected from an over bloated corporate consumer giant.Facilities are usually in a good state of cleanliness.Parking is sufficient, and the parking lot is usually well kept.The value vs price for groceries varies, as dry goods are well priced, but produce and meats leave more to be desired.Overall, if you need it now, and Walmart carries it, this location is okay and might have it. The staff will be delighted to help you the best they can, but dont get your hopes up that they have everything youre looking for.

Im usually not a Walmart shopper, but since Ive moved and needed so many things, I have made use of the pick up option several times. The associates are so kind and hardworking. I really appreciate all they do to make my life easier and safer.

This Wal-Mart has a small hometown feel. Store is well stocked, clean and employees are friendly.

Dislike going to this place. I want to go and not have to check myself out but they got where the self checkout is the only thing open now.

If you insist on customers checking themselves out you need to have all the self check out lines open.

The level of disrespect in this store is over the top. My 15 year old son was banned from this store for being in the electronics section and turning the music on a speaker. I have seen so much worse happen at this store. Teenagers messing with a speaker that you openly allow anyone to control should be the least of your worries and could have been handled with a warning. The police were called and as my son was in the parking lot he was approached by an officer while the security manager continued to use profanity at my son, showing a very unprofessional mannerism. My son was asked to sign a document without a parent present and was told he would not receive a copy of the document. He was told to get into the police car and was dropped off at my house without me ever being contacted. He is a minor and should have never been spoken to without a parent present. Not to say asked to get into a vehicle without my knowledge. My son asked the security manager if he could call his mother and the man said No. I have tried to call and get more information and they will not give me any response. I contacted the officer who was very nice and understanding of my concerns and he explained that they are a big corporation and can ban anyone from coming into their store. He was doing his job and I appreciate him bringing my child home before the situation escalated. They threatened my son they had face recognition cameras and would fine him if he came back. Dear security manager, let’s have a little chat and maybe you can act like an adult this time. Don’t talk to children with profanity and disrespect just because you have a title. Learn how to act. Control your emotions. My child will not be spoken to that way by anyone.

Sanitizer station did not function. Employee acknowledged and said nothing could be done. Inventory shown on Walmart.com was not there. Employees stated theft and displays are not available even though they show on the app. Please do not trust the inventory on the app. Please do not waste your time.

I couldnt find a price tag on a ice chest. A different ice chest had the wrong price on it. I had to look for 10 minutes for an employee to bring a tool to find out the price..

We only have a couple places to purchase groceries, and my biggest complaint with this Wal-Mart, is there is no automotive center to get oil or tire changes. Even though, with the parking lot rarely full and plenty of vacant land around it, it looks like they COULD put one in. The next large Wal-Mart to get an oil change is 44 miles round-trip. Also, being in a rural area, with few options, this Wal-Mart is often Out of Stock on many items. Poor management, even though Ive been told that the main just sends them whatever...but local mgt. should be able to be more proactive and advise head office of continuing low stock.

Since the beginning of the summer of 2020 I had been purchasing Watermelons from this store and they were sweet and good... But for the last three maybe 4 months I have bought 4 of them and I was able to get another in exchange with the receipt but the other 3 was just a waist of money because when I cut into them they were sour or spoiled.... Im not asking for a refund just letting the store know that the producer that they buy them from has to have a bad batch and you wouldnt know until you cut into the watermelon... Overall I love the store..

Employees are mostly unfriendly and many are rude with a few exceptions. Almost every time I shop here ( weekly), I am reminded of this. You may not like your job, but you might show a little respect for those like me who shop there and help you keep yours.

Friendly and clean. They now have online grocery pickup. You place and pay for your order online and set a time for pickup then you let them know your on your way to pick it up and all you have to do is pull up to the designated area and they will come out with your order and load it into your vehicle for you! Love it! So very convenient and you dont have to deal with the hassle of looking for things and standing in line to check out. Very very awesome especially after a long day at work.

Nicer than Greenville Its worth the drive to Commerce!

They have everything my college kids need from dorm room decor... groceries....etc. I love this particular walmart because they have a wide variety of easy fixins and quick meal ideas

Some of the people are nice lot of times when u ask about any products in the store they dont know what your talking bout or they say they are going to get help and never come back they follow you around act like your stealing when your not. If you pick something up to read the label. You better hurry cause the make you feel uncomfortable. Awful

I normally go to Greenville to shop but this has been my goto the last few trips to the grocery store. They are normally stocked on the things I like and its a pretty clean well organized store!! Also the lines arent terrible like other walmarts. Yes. They have cashier. Its fantastic. Great Job!

They actually had ground beef at a price I could afford. It was in the rolls. The fresh ground beef cost more. The smoke sausage and chicken was also affordable. I left the previous 2 stores (other than Walmart) without making a purchase. Thank you Walmart. The employees were friendly also.

My daughter and I went into Walmart looking for something different a personal item was able to get assistance everybody was nice and kind it was full and crowded but it was a very nice experience thank you very much Walmart and then the prices wasnt that bad at all the food was fresh and good that I got also I will be coming back I believe Im already hook on Walmart cant stop going in thank you.

I use the Walmart grocery pick up. Once in a while there is a damaged item, but all in all, this Walmart has been awesome. Very friendly and they practice the COVID-19 procedures. I highly recommend them.

I typically try to get in and out because it is one of my least favorite chores of the week🤣 however the employees who are in there shopping for the ones that fail to go do their own shopping are in everyones way🤬. If you must order your groceries it is whatever but Walmart should hire employees for over night shift to fulfill those orders verses during normal business hours all the while getting in our way and clogging the shopping isles with their huge carts. A little common sense goes a long way Walmart!

Where are all the cashiers and why are there an abundance of self check-out stands. I do not like the impersonal service this adds.
