I purchased a 2008 mustang from ford family auto about 8-9 months ago. Bought in cash. Said they were waiting for the title to come back in from getting it transferred into their name. Well they wouldn’t answer my calls or call me back for 6 months. Recently found out the car had a lien on it and they never had the title. The title was with a company out of California. The gm was very rude and wouldn’t not work with me at all. Still havent seen a title. This is a terrible establishment. I would recommend going somewhere else. Also they said is was never wrecked and everything worked. Once I got home I got another Ford dealership to run the car fax and it has been wrecked two times, had 2-3 loans taken out on the vehicle. Basically they lied to me every step of the way and then wouldn’t help fix the problem.

I recently bought a used F150 from Ryan at Ford Family Auto. I live over 3 hours away, and he helped me walk through every detail of the process. He did thorough walk around videos of the vehicle, and worked hard to find a price that we could agree on. He even had it delivered to my house so I didnt have to make the journey there. It was a very pleasant experience.

Bought a 2017 ford f-350 From them. Came 14 hr to buy it. Got it home and had some minor issues. The top managers were very helpful! They told me to take it to my local Ford dealership and they would handle repairs! And they didi!! Very helpful!!

Fall of last year we bought a used Dodge Journey from this dealership. During the buying process we test drove the vehicle and asked if the car had been smoked in because it had the smell of cigarettes. We were told no that the vehicle had not been smoked in due to it being a company vehicle. They stated the smell was from a cleaning agent and would go away.A few weeks later it still has not gone away. We had the air filter replaced and it looked like an ash tray and smelled of smoke. This still was not enough proof. But recently I found cigarette burns in the front seats.Do not use this dealership they had to have know this vehicle had been smoked in and knowingly lied to us.
