A plate on the bottom of my vehicle came off this afternoon while traveling down the road. I took it into the dealership and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Great service!

Very friendly service but the car i purchased Ive had nothing but trouble with it. I didnt finance i paid cash so there is no warranty. I am disabled and needed a good dependable vehicle to get me back and forth to doctors appointments not worry about breaking down and sitting in the heat sitting on side of highway in dallas.

Everyone was so nice and just amazing. Especially Trisha. We were talking to each other like we have known each other for years. She made my daughter n I feel comfortable n at home. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Keep up the amazing work n tell Trisha thank u again!!!

I was passing through and blew out my turbo hose. I called the dealer and they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. Great service and reasonable priced.

Commerce Family Ford was the only Ford dealership out of the five that I called that gave me the time of day and attention to make sure that the service question I had was answered confidently (others were pretty sure, Commerce checked and made sure).They also were able to service my car for less than quoted by my local dealership (Tollivers in Sulphur Springs). Trisha made me feel welcome, and their service was done correctly (I checked their handiwork with the Forscan app), whereas Tollivers has been questionable in the past.I totally trust them for service and maintenance, and will return in the future.

Seemed like nice people. Truck was over priced. They knew we were driving from Dallas and didnt mention it smelled like smoke. It was pretty rough too. We asked if there was anything wrong with it. Should have known when they said, I dont think so.

Got a brand new car here a month later it stop working I took it up there to see what wrong with it they told me it was my radio they disconnected it and told me they order a new part a week later never got a call back I call for 3 days straight all they would say it we will call you back they never did so I call them again and told me to go somewhere

I visited late February. It was my FIRST experience at a car dealership, looking to buy a car of my own. I had $6K-not looking too spend it all at once & my credit isn’t the best. I’ve had my job over two years though and can make payments. I explained all of this to the SUPER NICE SALESMAN, TANNER. I couldn’t get the car that best fit my needs, and that was fine. What wasn’t fine, was after explaining that I wasn’t interested in what I qualified for- His manager came in demanding to know why I wasn’t buying the smaller car I was offered, told me that my credit wasn’t going to improve and was extremely rude. I didn’t catch your name, but I’m writing this review to tell you; I DID get that mark off my credit! My score went up 19 points and when I do decide to purchase a car- IT WILL NOT BE HERE. You’re rude and pushy, I would never recommend a friend to shop here.

Called on a truck and sent them over approval financing to go and buy it. They sold the truck before I got there. Do not do business with these guys. They don’t care about anything but $. Worst experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

I was very happy with this Ford dealer. Chris the general manager and Hayden my salesperson and the finance guy who I cant remember the name of I think his name was Brian. Did a great job to take care of me. I will certainly be going back there again to buy my next truck.

Went to find out whats wrong with my car found out sort of whats wrong with my car and found out that I cant buy the part its no longer available how is that possible

Stopped in to check on an oil change. I stood in the service office 10 minutes and was never helped. There was an employee in an office that had windows, on his cell phone, that looked at me but did not bother to see if I needed help. Had 2 other employees walk down the hall past where I was, one said hello but that was the extent of the service I recieved. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.These people must pay people for the reviews they get on here

I have to say Meador Ford did more then amazing on our trip there! I called a friend that worked there whole shopping around and they were very honest about the deal I was looking at, so I went in to test drive a truck for my fiancé, then when he came in from work they went above and beyond to make sure that we were all happy when he choose the truck, I seeked and searched, we couldnt find a better price, or better for our trade in! I couldnt have asked for Mike the General Manager to be any more nice, our salesmen Tim Lane was beyond wonderful! I would more then recommend them to anyone!Thank you again Meador Ford!

I was visiting family in Commerce when i noticed my tire pressure was very low so when i left their house on a cold rainy night i went straight there and without hesitations they had me sit in the warmth while they went to air up my tires for free and when i got the car back nothing had been touched not even the radio. I loved it because i have had other places where i got my car and things had been moved seat is one thing. Dont wreck my car move the seat i am.short and sit on the wheel so i understand.. But my radio.. Things in the cup holders.. Just dont. This place was great and i would recommend it every time!
