Delicious. Staff sometimes slightly rude, but I think thats more of their frustration from everyone doing everything as they go back and forth from helping customers to making treats. Great tasting though. Not too overpriced. Good presentation. Clean but Some concerns of fruit flies coming in through open doors. As long as they dont get to the food, right? Great overall

Theres a lot of candy apples to choose from and the apples are fresh and crunchy. Yes theres a line to get in but it moves fast. Ill be back! 😁

This location is the best one yet, a huge selection to choose from. Apples and other sweets are displayed neatly and have so many varieties. Associates here are very polite and helpful, apples are delicious. This is my go to for candy apples!

Tasty fresh chocolate. My go to is a walnut & caramel candy apple and a couple of freshly dipped chocolate covered strawberries. The workers are always friendly and the treats are delicious. A little pricey but overall good.

I called in my order an hour prior to going and I show up and my order isnt ready. The lady told me she would do my order and I had to wait . I was on my lunch break so now Im rushing back to work. What was the point of placing my order ?? This is not the first time they tell me to wait for my order . Other than that the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious.

Although my love for chocolate is undying, the flame is always rekindled every time I go into this store. The delightful smell of gourmet chocolate tickles your nose just as you walk through the door and the chocolate lover inside all of us is immersed into a chocolate heaven.If you have a sweet tooth you will have no problem finding just the right sweet and savory morsel here to satisfy your lust. Also a great place to get gifts and the chocolate is simply divine.

I’ve come here since I was really young and I love the bear! Okay, the chocolates and the goodies inside are tasty and amazing. But the bear takes the cake. I love this bear, he is iconic. They change his outfits and every time I come here I take a picture with him because he is just so ADORABLE.

Had some really good truffles ($3) amazing chocolate covered apples ($7-$10). All in all this place is decently priced with quality flavor. I would recommend the cheesecake 🍎. Enjoy!!

My whole family loves getting caramel apples, new new york cheesecake apples and oreo apples at this place. This is like a hidden gem...there are not too many locations around this are. The staff is always friendly.

Chocolate tastes great Truffles are rich, luscious. Store is clean and they have safety PPE protection barriers in front n around their registers.

Delicious and wonderful selections of candy apples. They make candy apple like no other here and its worth to buy. This store carries a wide selection of chocolates to choose from sugar free from fudge filled chocolates to chocolate covered peanuts. Its a little paradise for chocolate lovers and for an affordable price to. The smell of fresh chocolates drags you in here and youll never be disappointed with what you buy especially if you love chocolates as much as me.

Overpriced generic chocolates and other candies. If you are going to spend the money on a special chocolate treat for someone you care about I highly recommend Godivas or sees they are true chocolatiers. Rocky Mountain Chocolate does not make anything fresh at this location. I personally witnessed chocolate and candies falling to the ground and an employee picking it up and putting it back in the bag for a customer. That was enough for me to say I will not be making a purchase from Rocky Mountain Chocolates.

Always a must when you shop at the Citadel. Definitely a crowd pleaser. I love the variety of caramel apple flavors. Sorry but hard to share a delicious apple, serving is definitely for one person. You can opt to have it cut or wait to cut until get home.

Visited today for the first time and loved it. Its smells like chocolate heaven in there. I bought the Pecan Bear Apple and it was soo good, definitely worth the money. Also bought milk chocolate cigars thatll make a great gift for a friend.

The chocolates are expensive and not beautiful but they are handmade from a pretty shop in SF Little Italy so it is an experience in itself. Because it is expensive from a little shop, we savor it even more. It will not break your pocket book and you only want to a little of indulgence anyway so go and treat yourself.

Due to the immature response from the owner of this Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, I will not recommend this business to anyone. In fact, just the opposite! If at any time I am asked what do you think of this place? My true response will be: if you value your personal health & do NOT want to eat cheap quality JUNK candy off of their floor, then do NOT visit this location.
