Really bad costumer service. We are importers and we went inside asking to do business with them and they wouldn’t even show us their showroom. They said they didn’t have a showroom. And they didn’t even care about us. We wanted to load a container and they didn’t try to give us any options or explanation, all they said was they don’t have a showroom. And he asked for a business card and I work with more that 10 companies here in Vernon and I have never had anyone ask me for a business card. You didn’t ask for any other information just my business card. So I have never gone into a company with no showroom or a company that asks for my business card. And I had run out of them so yeah I didn’t have any. But I had other papers you could have given me more options. Just a really bad costumer service. It’s a shame... I still can’t believe they don’t have a showroom!! And they just didn’t care!
