I went on a wednesday midday (12pm) to the Tech Section and there was this employee with a ponytail who was on his phone and hesistate it to help us. Bad service from him. But his coworkers did offer us helpl once they seen that the pony tail guy was ignoring us

This is about an employee named Rosie with glasses and long hair at the register. I know your register light is on for a reason, but still announce it to the customers waiting in line. As someone who has worked in retail we all appreciate customers who come once we say our cash register is open instead of them coming to us especially if we need to do something before attending the next customer. I’m sure you can open your mouth and say a few easy words instead of looking like a mute and making eye contact without saying absolutely anything.

I found what i was looking for. the store was well stocked and provided hand sanitizer. i had a nice and fast visit. the cashier was nice too.

This Target in commerce is always clean, stocked, and great clothing styles for my whole family also great prices on milk and eggs. Nice employees.

Cashier was helpful and very patient and willing to go that extra mile to assist me with my target apps to get my $15 gift card

Way to crowded, almost out of stock on everything, and your lucky to find clothes with tags on it. Wont be back to this location again.

Their affiliated CVS is very poorly managed and prone to big mistakes. They scheduled a vaccine for me the sent the administrator to lunch with an open return time. Super sloppy.

The quality control for the people waiting outside for the store to open is horrendous. People not 6 feet apart in the slightest. And once door starts to open, people just rush to the front in effort to race whos in front of them.Very disappointing to see non-existent management.Edit: This has improved quite a bit since Ive posted this review. Keep it up 🎯

The cashier wasnt so smart. I had to pay 61.07 dollar. I gave 101.10 and she was confused. She said that 100$ would do and only took that and gave back 38.93$. I went home with a bag full of change.

Tangerine helped me find some Twin fitted sheets, she was actually doing something else in another department, and she came over and helped me.. she had a Very kind attitude. They are a fun place to shop and I enjoy the stores cleanliness and stocked products.

Order pickup is very convenient especially when youre a working mom youre always on the go and I find it very easy for me to place orders and just pick it up but now none of my items are available for order pickup. Its just very frustrating that this store doesnt do it anymore but I checked other stores and they still do it so I wouldnt recommend this store to people.

No bags in the self check-out area except by the attendant. I had to ask for them instead of just having them at each register. Not the best selection of items for purchase either. The Pasadena target is much friendlier and has a better selection.

I went to buy the 30w charger for the Apple iPhone, along with the usb-c to lightning cable and the cashier lady charged me 100 dollars. First of all, the 30w charger only costs 49.99. The usb-c to lightning cable only costs 19.99. I don’t know what she was distracted by but she overcharged me and now I have to go return it and get my money back. They better not accuse me of lying or I will write a complaint on their whole management team.

I hate to go to this store, specially to the pharmacy where there is people that dont know what are they doing. Its been twice that my doctor sent my prescription there and first they didnt have it ready i asked me to wait for 30 minutes, and guess what they didnt have it either. The employees blame each other for that.

I always love going to Target. I usually go here to get small house stuff, dog food and small grocery stuff. Awesome store!

Went today to the Starbucks located inside this Target and today was buy one get one free on grande size or larger drinks. I paid and noticed they didnt give me the buy one get one free. Cashier then stated they cant do it because they are not a corporate Starbucks. They wouldnt honor the buy one get one free and said well sorry we dont do that here. I will never go to this Starbucks ever again.

If you have stuck around target for a pretty long time, the change of the store recently is mind blowing. Ive been going to this target back in the day when Kmart was still around at age 0. Anyways, I like the new modern design, new products, and just new experience. Hopefully if I make it to 100 years old, Ill still come to this target if I dont move out of the state thats how dedicated I am to this store.

Please avoid this location if possible, and try the Pico Rivera location which is much nicer. The employees at guest services seem like they dont want to be there and take a long time even when there is no line. The manager didnt follow Target corporate policy.

This target is always a little chaotic, and the selection isn’t the best. Today the restroom was out of toilette paper for more than 3 hours, and they were very dirty. However this target has come in handy on some occasions.

I have always shopped at target, however today I had a really bad experience with one of the employees.i was trying to ask her a question in a very polite way and she simply kept on walking away from me until she stopped and gave me a dirty look before assisting me. After this experience, I decided not to buy the items because she was very rude to me. Didn’t get her name but she is short, thin, black hair and had a wing eyeliner.

If I could give a zero start, I would. I purchased a Apple gift card for my son and when he tried to redeem it it said that it had been redeemed. I contact Apple support and they couldn’t assist because the funds had already been spend. I contacted Target and I was told that they couldn’t assist because there was no refunds or exchange on gift cards. I lost my money and Target didn’t assist. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS HERE.

Wow. Now I know why this place has horrible ratings. I’ve tried to ignore them, but my experience has only been good at a fitting room. Everything else has the worst customer service.The cashier that scanned my items not only left sensors on my items, but also charged me twice for an item, he assured me that even though my items did not have sensors I wouldn’t have any trouble returning.Then when I make time to bring the receipt and items to correct being charged double, another cashier at the Returns line, right away accuses me of wearing the items, and says she will only give me store credit. Which I refuse to comply with, because she literally just glanced at it. I did not wear it, and I thought I could, hence why I’m returning it. And long story short, I’m having trouble returning items at this Target.

Went shopping for a specific item. Employees were very helpful. Took me to the correct aisle and found the exact size needed. Ultimately, also found another item on sale which I also purchased.

They sold me a faulty $30 speaker. Its an Altec Lansing Mini H2O. Its connection abilities are lackluster. It sometimes doesnt connect to my phone, etc. The sound quality is extremely poor. So much static. Alas, what REALLY earned the 1 star review was that when I called in to ask if I could get an exchange without the box or receipt (Who keeps that stuff?) as long as I brought the faulty product back, (I know they could trace the serial number of the device to ensure it was bought there,) they transferred me to another department and the phone just rang endlessly for 6 minutes until I decided to hang up and leave this review.

Easy to order, guaranteed to have the product. Only difference Id like to see is an option to extend the pickup date by 2 days for those of us who cant get around so easy.

I came to this Target for a quick drive up pick up since I was in the area. The internet pick up spots were taken by people who just parked there to shop. No one was in the cars. Usually at the Target closer to me theres cameras with tow away signs. This one just had pick up spots with no inforcement. I asked the guy if that was normal he said yeah, everyone parks there. Really kills the convenience of fast pick up.

I love target, because I always find what I want especially my kitties food seafood sensational and the yellow bucket soil for cat litter, and they have good prices, I dont care If I have to drive 40 minutes, I love it!! Thank You Target!!

The direct manager that was at the check out was completely disrespectful which was completely surprising from this commerce target. we go at least twice a month to this local target. Needless to stay I will be changing to our next nearest store to the 7th and Fig for our baby and household essentials!!!

Alright Target, kind of run down.

Friendly employees. Clean for the most part. They sell nice stuff but run out pretty quickly so if you see something you like, take it because you are not going to see it again on your next visit.

Dont go early 9am....the target employees are stocking the shelf and they dont let you look for what you need one of them even looked at me as if she were mad that i was looking at the make up she was stocking...i couldnt get my cart passed a few isles i had to go around and didnt get everything i had gone out to buy because of that reason

Bad enough place they just keep employees that dont even do there job people that actually want to work get let go. Go apply to another place better this location only hires there relatives trouble service managers donteven care when u dowous best they only keep the last ones.ctheare I would not even put them a star because there not worth it dont even target has nothing to do with this the problem is the employees there bad employees I hope they give better opportunities to people that actually try there best and get rid of those lazy employees

One giant line that register and self check out stand in before being told to get into either a self check out line or register line, if Im going to check myself out why do I need to stand in a 45 min line to be told to get into self check out. They have morons telling morons what to do.

*Update: So they recently renovated this Target and I must say it looks waaaay better. This was a much needed update and looks more modern. I have noticed that they have brought more products (higher end) and they have gotten better at replenishing their shelves. Did I mention theres now a Starbucks inside??Its ok because its convenient. They are usually low in stock (or no stock at all) on hair and some grooming products.

Though my original comments was a little negative in regards to the cleanliness of this place as well as their lack of inventory. I have to say that the store had had quite a turn around in the cleanliness department. The store aisles are now very clean and very well maintained. (I hope the customers would appreciate all the hard work the stocking staff does to make this possible). As for as inventory is concerned, they still fall a little short but it is better. Overall this issue really goes back to corporate office and not the site itself. Overall this is a very good target store and I really do appreciate the friendly and helpful staff.

I love Target, but theres Targets and then theres Targets. I think its all about location. Visit if you absolutely must or if you dont mind the extra few miles east, you can visit the Pico Rivera Target.

I went today after 9pm to buy some Hanes underwear but they were out till next stocking day 😳 i guess these are a popular item. I really like this brand because they are comfortable and they just feel right. I usually buy two or three packs at a time so i have enough for the month. I will go back tomorrow😐 its worth it☺👍

Worse target there ever was. This store is below standards and target HQ should be concerned. The restrooms here are the worse. They use zip ties to lock the door. The gap between doors is huge. Everyone can see you going. Im sure this would never happen in Cerritos.

There policy is not Realistic on her return. You may by its at Regular price but if you do not have a receipt present they give you your item at a lower price which is basically taking peoples money
