We built a backyard deck with shade structure, which came out great. Our material was delivered to the driveway in good condition.

We had an excellent experience with Scott at Deck Superstore. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really made our deck building experience more organized. The product we purchased from Deck Superstore was of excellent quality, as well. We highly recommend their services.

Even though our order had a few problem Our Salesperson fixed them all. I provided Joe with a drawing of our simple 10 x 20 deck and he worked up the quote. They provided the hardware for multiple installation methods which turned out very helpful because our original plan didnt work out and we had to go to plan B. We had the material delivered to our house in Winter Park on Friday. The driver was several hours early so we were not available to meet him, and when we arrived we noticed that there was no hardware. Our Salesperson drove the hardware up to us on Saturday Morning. (it was a 3 hour + round trip for him). The order was short 1 Joist (we needed 21 for our 20 foot deck, but we where able to work around that. The last problem we had was that our return ended up getting lost and we didnt get our refund, but again Joe made it right. I understand that most business are short staffed, and we had a tough time finding help to build the deck, but these guys took care of us and help us get the job done.

Stopped in to look at decking surface material and railing options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up going home with two samples to consider at home to ensure we get the right material.

They charge 30% for returns. I understand if it was lumbers or heavy items but I returned LED lights. I didn’t even open it and it took me only couple of days to return them back. It’s unfair!

Disappointed with my most recent experience here. I bought a load of 2x redwood lumber to finish a deck. It was all wet and covered with mildew. I asked to speak with someone from the warehouse who handles grading, and they sent a manager out to talk with me. I asked him if it’s normal for their redwood to be wet like this, and he gave me a dodgy answer - specifically quoting him he said “it isn’t UNnormal.”I’ve spent all morning trying to sand the water stains out of this wood, and I’m kicking myself for not finding a different place to buy it.If you want a plastic deck, this might be the right place. However, for real wood, I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

Amazing deck selection they will help out with what is needed, I worked with Mathew and Pam and Cindy, they are wonderful people. I had an 8 year old trex deck board that they helped me find to match, they made sure it was all taken care of. They will help out with what is needed for decks. They know their product.

Though I never have been to their showroom, I was trying to get answers from lumberyards closer by about Thermory steam-treated decking, to no avail. Two different associates at The Deck Superstore were SUPER helpful. They answered questions, and provided installation advice that was very useful. Delivery charge was very reasonable, as well. The product, as far as expectations is definitely beyond satisfactory, and time will tell if THERMORY is the gold standard for the beauty and characteristics of real wood, but offering the the long life expectation of composite plastic bonded deck. AFTER purchasing, I found out I could SPECIAL ORDER the product more locally, but I prefer to buy where items are stocked, so if I over-buy, I can return excess... or if I need more, it is there. So, 5 stars for The Deck Superstore.

Went in for some design help and to order up materials for a 30x15 Trex deck last Friday. I was asked if I brought a materials list with me and I replied no. I was hoping they could assist with that. I was told no, they dont do that. I need to developer that myself and bring that list to them.If youre not a pro, stay away. They couldnt get rid of me fast enough. Strictly order takers here. They wont help.

This place is AWESOME We hired a contractor to redo our large old wood deck to Trex Composit. OMG it was horriable, had to fire the contractor whom should have never been doing decks in first place. We found our self with quite a mess to clean up. We decided to just do the work our self. Not real sure where to start. From the front gal Cindy to Scott all the way up to the Manager were wonderful,!!!! I am a homeowner who put in a deck myself. The Deck Superstore is awesome! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was disappointed by the knowledge and materials from Home Depot, and was completely blown away my the showroom staff and the sales staff. I worked with Mark, who was very nice and helpful as well. I gave him my design, and the material I wanted (DuraLife hardwood blends - which looks fantastic). He calculated what I needed, and was able to minimise waste. He also gave me very helpful suggestions regarding options and things I hadnt figured out yet. My material was delivered on time the day I wanted it, and put in my driveway - where I wanted it. Ive called the store on several occasions for questions about what screws I needed, material, or how to do a particular decking task. I will definitely be going to the Deck Superstore for all my decking needs!

Price is fair - customer service does not exist with this store . They shorted us on our order of composite decking material which we paid to have delivered to our home. When we contacted them regarding the shortage they offered these choices: to deliver the remaining 2 boards for an additional delivery charge; for us to drive from Colorado Springs to Commerce City to get it ourselves; or for us to chase down the delivery truck when it was close to our area. The manager basically could have cared less one way or the other and made no offer to correct their mistake. We love our new deck but would not recommend this store to anyone.

Inconsiderate drivers that I can only assume do not know the rules of the road. When making a left turn on a green light, you yield to the vehicles coming from the opposite direction. This morning one of your drivers was on 104th and Huron nearly slammed into me. Experiences like this can really influence decisions. Maybe I would be a future Customer?

Ive been a General Contractor for 18 years and have never been treated so poorly. There return policy is BS and they probley made over $1,000 on cheating me out of perfectly good product. They are out right swindlers... Dont go here, use Alpine, Home Depot, just dont go here... Caveat Emptor!

Great showroom very helpful staffThere were issues with material that I purchased.They did resolve the problem the same day though it has added more driving for me to pick up more material.

Theyve always had what I needed, know their stuff inside and out, and their prices are usually better than the big box stores. If youre building a deck, they need to be in your speed dial.
