Have had a wonderful experience every time I go in when I need help with my phone. They are always willing to help with a smile. They are knowledgeable and hard working to deliver excellent customer service.

I went to transfer my phone service from Verizon. I had obtained a temporary phone transfer pin that was good until August 1st to use but the person that was trying to help me kept insisting that I dial a four digit number from my phone to obtain the exact information that I already had. The four digit number would not work with Verizon, we kept getting a message that the number dialed could not be completed. I pointed out that I had the information needed but he said he needed me to call Verizon. I finally left the store and decided to go with a different service.

Jordan and Ivan where very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me with my new iPhone.
