I really enjoyed going to this Pawn shop today. They were very quick to assisting me and very nice. Im only concerned with the level of privacy you have to give up just to get under $100 cash. My ID would have been just fine

This is a very customer friendly business. The manager is extremely fair and honest all around good guy. Also the assistant I had the pleasure in dealing with Ariel was a huge help to me in explaining the system and how it works. My only issue was the interest of the loan @ 12% was a little high on an auto pawn loan compared to Massa Auto pawn which is only 10% and no storage fee. Otherwise great team of professionals with friendly attitudes.

The employees are great there and very courteous and pleasant to the customers. Ariel is an awesome employee and helps me out all the time. The manager Hector is great and always comes through for me with what I need.

Bad customer service from manager very condescending, would not really acknowledge me or look at me when talking to busy on social media and I was trying to make a decent size purchase kept giving me different info about a vehicle I was inquiring about, then told me to come in with the money if I wanted to talk price which I had the money, I just wanted more info the salesman. Im pretty sure I make way more than a manager a pawn shop manager in Commerce City Im diesel mechanic Moe was nice and understanding but that manager is douche. Will never go back

Today I experienced one of the best things, Allen the detail guy sprayed and washed my car for free, I went to give him a tip( the same amount I would of paid for a regular was) and he said no pay it forward, super great and kind people is what we need like him

Honestly one of the best pawn shops I’ve ever been in. Hector & Moe are so nice & they helped me & my sister in law get into a vehicle that we liked & it was at a decent price & they are friendly & approachable & I didn’t feel rushed which is what makes it such a great experience. I will be referring more people here!!!

Unreliable. I Work till 7pm but when Im off early I like to shop.To times now I get here at 6:30ish to buy and their closed. But their sign say 7pm. Is see inside and the give me cut throat closed sign with a smile. Bad management

Honestly I used this place a ton for shopping and pawning. But after today I will not be coming back. The lobby is a complete mess with no standing room trying to get to the counter to pay out your item needs a parkour master. Only to be told the grace period means you double your interest (I dont know how you would define grace period but to me it means you have set amount of time to make the item right before being charged extra) and even had an employee agree with me when I called the bull on it. The manager was called to which he said that its double the interest pay it or lose the item. Honestly Ill go to EZ or Any other pawn shop before ever coming back to this one! The corporate office needs to look in to this place years ago they were trying to steal business from EZ lawn only to now chase it away again... Hopefully the $25 extra was worth loosing a long time customer... So Disappointed with the store.

Bought a kirby vaccum few weeks ago. After paid for it and wait for them to ship. The store cancelled my order for a stupid reason the item no longer in stock . What kind of the bussiness does not control inventory ? The answer is bad bussiness
