TOO PRICEY!! NOT WORTH It

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this location. Today is Valentines Day and I understand they are overwhelmed with orders. I placed an order for a regular Valentines bouquet of fruits, semi dipped chocolate strawberries and an I love you pop. They delivered a bouquet of fruits with regular strawberries, they were not dipped in chocolate and a regular pop that said edible arrangement instead of I love you. I paid $84 not including taxes for something that looked rushed and cheap. I dont understand why they didnt call or email to let me know that the bouquet was not going included everything I paid for. Had they called I would have happily cancelled or ordered something else

One of the best places to get an edible arrangement somehow the ones they make here are wayy wayyy better than other locations.. Friendly staff and they will accommodate any request. Loved it!

They messed up my online order. But they did correct it in time.

I will NEVER order from this location! I ordered “rainbows & butterflies” platter & it looked like a TWO YEAR old decorated it!

The customer service for this location is terrible. Extremely poor communication and even poorer delivery skills.$40 for 6 strawberries, youd think the customer would be taken care of. YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THIS CASE. Its very expensive without any customer service. No customer recovery skills either. Ill never shop with them again.
