John the manager would not replace a defective battery still under warranty. Im a longtime customer & never had this problem with Advance. I had to call the home office file a complaint against John the manager. Then he refused to give us a proper receipt stating that we had a warranty on the new battery. It was a vengeful act against a longtime customer. As long as John is the manager I will never shop in the Commack NY store again

This Advance Auto Parts is easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Dix Hills, Commack, and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

Ordered a battery online. Price was good, especially after using online coupon code. They installed it for no charge, and even plugged in a backup battery during the install so I didnt have to reprogram the radio presets.
