Where is that sixth star when you need it? American Striping provides great quality stencils, but the real story is Dan. He doesnt just take an order, he makes sure he understands what you want and why. More than a few times he has steered me away from ordering something that, while it may have worked, wasnt the best fit for what I was trying to do. Hes even given me some much needed advice from time to time. Try getting that from another site.

I have been doing business for years with American Striping. My experience has always been great! Whenever I place an order with them, I normally get my stencils within 2 business days. If Im working on a special project for a customer of mine and need a special stencil made, I can call them up and they will talk with me on what Im needing and come up with the right stencil for my project. Sometimes, they even save me money. Ive called before needing a stencil made and they told me how to use some of the letters I already had stencils to make it work. I greatly appreciate anytime I can save money. They could have easily took my money and made a stencil that wasnt necessary. Not only have I purchased stencils, but have also purchased a hand held glass bead dispenser as well, and this works great and is easy to use. Weve spent thousands of dollars with this company and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for our stencil and striping needs.

I initially rated this business one star because I placed a stencil order that was not correctly filled. I kindly requested either a correction or refund, and Dan refused my first request and ignored subsequent requests. I spent a lot of time trying to get a hold of Dan to get the situation corrected, and I was continually ignored.Update: Dan just sent me a full refund. It took 3.5 months and a lot of hassle, but theres something positive to be said for the fact the he stepped up and refunded me. Thank you, Dan.
