Staff seem friendly when you first go in, but once they get you, they care very little about you, and way way more about money. Let me explain.I was/am required to use a cpap 4 hours a night by insurance, or I wont be able to get the actual tests that I need. So I was sent to Rotech by my doctor and was setup with a machine, mask, head gear, tubing, filters, and anything else they could charge my insurance for. From the beginning I was given too big of a face mask, somewhat understandable as I wanted to be comfortable and I have issues with stuff touching my nose. Thats where things went wrong. Being too big it ALWAYS leaks, no matter what, in leaking it had COMPLETELY dried out my right eye, causing me to scratch it very very badly, then subsequently dried my eye every night since, constantly damaging the repair my eye continually made to try and fix the scratch. To make matters worse it sometimes dries out my left eye too. What did Rotech do when I asked for help? Your insurance wont give a new mask for a few months so unless you have money (Im on Medicare for a reason) there is nothing we can do. I desperately spoke to my doctor and they stated they would reac out to Eotech for any solution. What did Rotech do? They postponed and waited until my insurance would get me a new mask for free, they dont care about their customers, shame on you for thinking otherwise.TLDR; Go with another company that actually seems to care more than Rotech and youll to better, otherwise, youll be screwed with until they can bill your insurance.
Very friendly and patient staff
I go there to get my SD card for my CPAP read before my sleep doctor appointments.
