Since my daughter always needs her wheelchair repaired, I am a regular customer for this store and they are helpful and decent people.Sometimes, they dont even change me for minor repairs. I recommend dealing with them..
Valerie and Joe (in Service) were extremely helpful in getting our lift chair repaired on short notice. My sister is in this chair 24/7 and has no use of her legs. The chair stopped working and she was trapped. I explained the situation to them and although they were short handed and extremely busy with other calls, they were able to work her in. Needless to say. she was thrilled to have this taken care of so quickly. Awesome, caring people at this location!

New owner is a coward. I came in for a 9am appt in a oversized vehicle and the owner asked if he could help me (before I got out of my vehicle) told him that I was there for a 9am appt and he stated you shouldve parked on the street told him that the street was very small and not safe and he stated that was fine, but a couple minutes later he sent out a employ to tell me the owner dont want you parking in the lot I had to park on the street with my flasher on and risk a ticket to receive service from this joint. Ill never visit this place again!!!
Dont be fooled by their lousy repair service. They do not have certified technicians on site to repair anything while you wait as the web site states. My husband uses a portable oxygen concentrator that they have had in their possession since end of October. He has been using a non comparable rental since that time. The repair work is being sent to California. He had his unit back temporarily to find out it still was not fixed so back to California it went while all the time the office staff is telling us that there shouldnt be a problem in meeting some deadlines that we have given them to have the unit back. They are not prompt in returning phone calls, we have got to the point we no longer leave voice messages as they dont return our calls.Explore all other options before considering this company for any of your medical equipment needs
Helpful people here, they care about there customer service. They helped me get the things that we needed and a jiffy.
We are now 5 months into getting my step sons wheel chair fixed. I think it might be time to call 6 on your side.
