5 = product selection. Same stuff you will see online or other places, just more of it in one place. Didnt have quite the unique things I thought might be there.4 = prices were on target with the market. No more, no less.3 = hours open. Done by 6 pm most days. Probably a 1-man show, so not surprised at that. Just know before you go.1 = customer service. Witnessed him be rude to a customer. Also had poor tact when telling people to wait outside due to his 6-person limitation. There just is no place for that. Just doesnt come off like a nice person.Showing respect and kindness towards others isnt that hard, and it is what quality store owners and staff do. Just telling you in case it matters who you buy through.

Best shop in Columbus for disc and better you can throw what you bought at Griggs down the road. Mike is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions or help out new or old players. Ive found disc here that have been hard to find. Skip play it again sports and come here.

Great little shop that stocks plenty of discs, bags, and baskets. They carry a wide range of Innova discs in all varieties of plastics. They also carry Latitude 64, Dynamic Discs, periodically Discraft, and several others. They sell used discs but the number in stock seems to fluctuate for obvious reasons. Mike really knows his stuff and shares his knowledge and suggestions if you need that.

I am new to disc golf so I am not sure if they have some great deals or sale on the expensive discs that I like, not sure if the owner was the one I saw or the staff anyways the guy wasnt friendly and talking good I looked around and saw a sign of discount/deals on a type of disc, from what I heard from my nephew he prefers buying from that store rather than buying online. I didnt buy but my nephew bought all of his discs here and he has like 15 discs already - driver, mid range and putter.

I dont know anything about disc golf...I was buying a gift, but the guy was very friendly and super helpful.

Over the summer my buddy and I have gotten into Disc Golf as a fun, safe, outdoors activity. I purchased a starter set online but after a month or two of playing they were starting to get a little beat up and I could tell that while they had served me well they werent the best discs for where Im at. Going in Mike was very patient with my newness and lack of knowledge and really helped explain a lot of things about the discs and the game and what I should be looking for related to where Im at. Super nice and helpful and I will definitely be returning and recommending everyone I know to go here!

I am sad to say how disappointed I am in Disc Mart. My buddy and I had gone in over the weekend, we are both fairly new players with minor knowledge. What I believe was the shop owner (an older man) was very little help without even welcoming us into the store. Being new players we did not know what type of questions to ask and were more looking to get our hands on discs to see what felt good. After roughly 15-20 minutes of looking around and picking out a few discs, the man running the business told us we needed to leave that we were being a nuisance. Both me and my buddy were confused as we had not done anything other than shop and talk about which discs we were interested in. We asked the man what we had done in which he responded saying that we were taking to long and he had better things to do. He proceeded to tell us that we were welcome to shop there again but that we had to know what we wanted, come in grab it and go. Unfortunately he has lost my business as well as my friends business.

Disc selection was small but good. Owner/worker was rude. Sign said dx valkyrie but owner was super rude and yelling that there was none and when we told him the sign was wrong told us we could leave. If it wasnt for discs being good this would be a 1 star.

I wish i didnt even have to give one star. I literally just got kicked out for talking with another customer about a refrence on a diac choice. I drove 30 min to get here to find a buzz disc for myself, after I asked and he store employee shortly said no. The other gentleman that was looking for advise that the store operator had no intention with helping at all, i walked over to give him advise based off my experience. I was shortly cut off by the employee saying are you going to shop or just talk to my customers? I replied im just giving him advise on a disc, he replies i dont know if your giving him good advise and you dont need to be doing that. Then finished with you can leave my store. So after driving 30 min to be talked down to by someone that doesnt know me and then getting kicked out i will gladly never come back. Literally worst service I have ever experienced

The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable. Helped me find the right driver and the right mid range. I was able to get the mid range used too, as a bonus. They have baskets, bags, towels and a great selection of new and used discs. Best place in town!

The store has a huge selection of Discraft and Innova discs. They do have other brands like MVP/Axiom, Latitude 64, Dynamic Discs, etc. but these selection are smaller. They also have a good selection of baskets, bags, and other apparel.I myself like MVP/Axiom and Discraft, and have always found what I was looking for here. Ive found that I pay on average $1 to $2 more per disc vs online, but to me its worth it most of the time for a few reasons.1. I can get a new disc same day.2. Able to feel the discs and their plastic before I purchase.3. Supporting local businessesThe only drawback for me would be their smaller selection of MVP/Axiom, but I know its not as popular of a brand like Discraft or Innova.

I am giving Disc Golf Mart 4 stars instead of 5, because it has less than ideal hours, Due its specialized niche, I imagine the demand for extended hours isnt there, but I think moving them a little later in the day would be better.That said, the store is well stocked and the prices are better than the big box sporting goods stores. Furthermore, the disc golf bag I purchased, was the same price as I found when searching for it online.The staff was knowledgeable about the products, and gave me good advice.I would recommend a trip to Disc Golf Mart for buying new disc golf equipment.

Huge fan of this store. There is legitimately every kind of disc you could want. Recently more big stores have started carrying discs, Walmart, Meijers, Dicks, etc etc. Well you could add the inventory of every one of those stores in Columbus and it wouldnt match this place. Also, their discs are cheaper than those stores as well. They also sell used discs which are perfect to let your friend whos just learning the game use.

Since beginning to play disc golf a few months ago, this store has become the one and only place I will go to buy discs. The staff was amazingly helpful in choosing my starter set, and they have offered suggestions and input on discs bought since then. There is a great selection of discs from top manufacturers, as well as bags, baskets and other accessories. Ask them about the disc reward program they have as well, it is just another of the reasons I will keep going back.

As a new player to disc golf, the store was an eye-opener. The inventory is ranged and sells at a fair price. You are able to hold the discs and compare how they feel before buying which I found helpful. The staff there was extremely helpful in showing discs and are very knowledgeable. Also, griggs is right down the road to try out the new discs! As another reviewer said, Disc golf heaven.

Stopping here was planned to be the highlight of my one-day excursion into Ohio. Coming from Cleveland (where no disc golf shops exist), I went to the Columbus Zoo, Mellow Mushroom, and the idea was to go here before continuing to Kings Island. Instead, I was greeted with a sign saying that they had closed early. There was no time in the budget to go to their other location.Nothing about this early closing was posted on their website or Facebook. The owner was defensive about it, and offered me nothing in consolation. I will not deal with such a poor, inconsiderate businessman. I ended up talking to a great salesman at Gotta Go, Gotta Throw, and bought 25 discs there instead (equipping a party of seven beginners.) I wish I could have actually felt and seen those discs before buying, but I was definitely happy to take my business elsewhere.
