Tom was very helpful and kind. Gave me alot of knowledgeable information about feet and how the structure of our feet should and how these soles help improve and strengthen our whole foot and can even relieve pain in legs, knees, hips and backs. I was very intreged and egor to try mine out. I would absolutely recommend the good feet store to friends and family as i have already started doing. I instantly felt relief and have only been using them for a week now. Thanks again Tom😊

These inserts are not for everyone. There is a very strict no return policy which we were not made aware of until AFTER our purchase, so take your time to think through this purchase. These did not work for my wife who had surgery on her Achilles several years ago. In fact, her foot increases in pain when she uses the inserts. 75$ orthotics made and bought at the roadrunner store work wonders for her. On the other hand my brother-in-law absolutely loves his Good feet store purchase. There are three levels of orthotics at the store. I recommend you purchase the first and only the first level so to make sure it is a good fit for your body. After wearing it several weeks or months, then consider the other two levels. We bought all three levels at once and regret it. The sales people are very good at their sales-no medical backgrounds. So just take your time considering this purchase.

For weeks I had been having terrible leg pain, and could not sleep. I was taking too many OTC pain relievers, and they weren’t really working. A friend suggested orthotics. Gwen was lovely, and assisted me with my purchase. I wore the relax inserts all day, and that night was the first night I slept without any pain. In 48 hours my pain was almost completely gone. I didn’t believe they would help that well or that quickly. I urge anyone with feet and leg pain to try orthotics.

Just returned from the Good Feet store on Polaris Parkway . I accompanied my son, who had purchased inserts several years ago and was in need of new replacements. Amy Wicker was very professional, kind and helpful. My son has had several strokes and has memory issues. She took a great deal of time explaining each step he was to take in adjusting to his new inserts. Amy also wrote in detail what he needed to do each day for the next two weeks . She was very patient and stressed that Good Feet wants all clients to be happy and comfortable with their purchase . She was fabulous and we will definitely refer others to her😊

She explained also that they probably wouldnt help my lower back pain due to degenerate done disease. As others have said, PRICE SHOP! No returns! Sales employees do a very good job selling. PRICE SHOP! I spoke to salesman about my foot problems, was measured & fitted for insoles. A few minutes later, from the back of the store came the salesman with my insoles & insert padding for $40 extra bucks (that they STRONGLY suggest that you need)...same ones in all of your tennis shoes already. The insoles are already made, not for YOU! For anyone. Took my daughter to foot doc where they had a machine to custom make hers exactly to “HER” feet measurements. That was more worth the cost. I visited The Good Feet Stores Columbus location on Thursday, December 3rd. I was greeted by John Weinheimer upon arrival. Although the purpose of my visit was simply to obtain a warranty replacement and purchase a few pairs of cushions, John took the time to evaluate the fitment of all of the products. Salesman was great, seemed knowledgable and was attentive.Halfway through appointment his boss arrived (woman) and poked her head in the sales room to see me but didnt say anything to me even though we made eye contact and I was the only customer there. Before the door swung closed I could see her wave her hand up in my direction and make a face to her other employee as to dismiss me being there. Im not sure what she thought of me to have that reaction... I had just come from work and was dressed nice, though how someone looks is never a reason to dismiss a customer.Immediately I felt uncomfortable and left, though their product felt great in my shoe. This behavior from a manager is unacceptable and sets the tone for the experience. If you want to go to a Good Feet Store I would NEVER recommend going to this one. I felt so disrespected and it was clear the customer is not valued at this location. As someone who has worked in retail stores for years, and corporate retail since, this is disgraceful.

The Manager took excellent care of me and was very attentive, pleasant and helpful. There were quite a few customers who attempted to walk-in to the store and it was handled with patience and grace. This store is definitely doing their best to follow the rules to stay open during the COVID-19 outbreak and provide great service at the same time. I was able to try out the orthotics system in my shoes and was able to try them out in a few different pairs of shoes I brought with me. Go to a real foot doctor . They denied me services based off of there no procedures within 6 months liability clause. 1 I didnt have a procedure done in the last 6 months. 2 they dont know the the difference between a distal tear and a proximal long head tear. Let alone know the recovery times and that orthotics will not effect a post proximal long head bicep tear 8 weeks out.Former Denver quarterback John Elway tore his proximal biceps tendon and went on to win 2 Super Bowls without any surgical repair. He claimed that the tear stopped much of his shoulder discomfort and allowed him to throw without pain. If he can traverse the obstacles of football 1 week after tear with a drs approval how is there orthotics going to change my stride chain to the point of risking injury to a completely healed bicep? They have tripled their price in 8 years and are pedaling the same material. How does that add up? Price gauging.Im a first responder spending 60 to 72 hrs a week on my feet that equates to 4 to 7 miles a day walking. The only risk of injury is my knees walking on concrete with plantar flexion. This is a business not a health profession looking out for your best interests. Go to a doctor.

There are two experts at this location who know exactly what to do. All I can tell you is you have to try it to believe it. Wow these supports, how beneficial! Literally, I now have happy feet. There was some intense pain in my knees, hips, and lower back for a little over a year while wearing them. My chiropractor stated that the orthotics were helping to correct the issues and to continue to endure it. I was glad I did. PLEASE, DON’T LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM THOSE WHO DIDN’T TRY THE PRODUCT, BUT ONLY COMPLAINED ABOUT PRICE STOP YOU. There is always SOMEONE who complains, “this or that should not cost that much.” Did you try it? No you didn’t! To those people who hear the cost up front and yet complain that it is a rip-off: How would you like it if at YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS, someone posted that YOUR cost were a rip-off, when the said client, DIDN’T EVEN USE YOUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS? Please, do everyone a favor and keep quiet, unless you actually TRIED USING THE PRODUCT!

The sales person was good at his job (so thats why its not one star). However, these orthodontics DO NOT HELP and you get no time to test. The product was $800 (no insurance accepted) and was entirely non-refundable. I feel as though my desperation for relief left me vulnerable to being bamboozled. I was tricked, you should not let yourself be tricked too.

The orthodics appear to be helping. My only problem is it is a 3 step program. The 3rd step is pointless, it has no benefit at all and I feel that particular step was a rip off. I wish that this was explained to me and I was given the option to opt out of that 3rd step. I would definitely price compare with other options. I dont like that I was sold something (expensive) that does not benefit my condition.

I struggle with this review. The people are very friendly and did take good care of me when I had issues. My wife actually uses these orthodontics too and they work good for her - not great, but definitely good.My experience did not go so well compared to my wife. My experience left me laid up 3 times as every time I would gradually start wearing them and build up my endurance and then a few weeks afterwards I would end up in chronic pain struggling to move. I finally met with the manager after the third time and she said it looked like they put me in the wrong one. While I know it is not a perfect science, I wish they would of figured that out after the first or second time I reported having issues.Anyway, they did give me a full store refund. The problem is I cannot get the chronic pain to go away and now I have been in therapy for 4 months after seeing a medical doctor. This has definitely been very expensive with all the medical bills. On the other hand, my wife would probably give them a 4 out of 5 as they have worked well for her.My conclusion, it depends on the person whether these will work for you. If you try them and start having problems, demand a change before the orthodontics get you completely unaligned and start causing you chronic pain and ruin your whole summer.

Shady experience with Good Feet Store. I understand there is a no return policy but their store credit is a joke. I tried using my store credit on several occasions to buy tennis shoes. I was given the same line every time I went in. We dont have shoes in your size. Come back next week I asked if they could be ordered for me and was told they could not order them and that I could come back in the following week. I wear a size 7 1/2 which is a very common shoe size. I think they were hoping I would stop trying so they could keep my $300. I ended up with the display model and didnt realize until I got home that the receipt was not in my bag. The salesperson had the receipt in their hand but never put it in the bag. The only reason I gave one star is because the rate and review would not let me do zero stars.

Understand that when you make a purchase here, there are no guarantees and you cannot get your money back. The paperwork says that they will make exchanges within 60 days. Verbally they say it takes 4 to 6 months to adjust. In other words, by the time you figure out that it will not help you, there is nothing that can be done. After spending about $1000 my wife had increased pain in her feet and their product also caused knee pain. This product is hit or miss. My recommendation is that you avoid them and see a doctor who specializes in these issues. If the doctor says go here, then do.So, if you opt to do this. (1) buy one and only orthotic insert. (2) dont wait, be proactive and keep going back until it is ok. You must return on a weekday by appointment so you may need to take off work to do this. They will push for you to buy three. They claimed it was worthless to not get all three. When I had this done by doctor referral, the person made one and only one insert; appointments were done at the hospital. My wife was very unhappy with any offered resolution and I would need to take off work if I wanted to go in with her since they wont handle exchanges on Saturday and it is by appointment only. The staff was friendly, so no complaints there.
