Unfortunately I have to go here often. Never before seen a store so slow. Usually a line down the aisle with no one checking out any customers. Slowwwww, good luck checking out within half an hour

Office Depot used to be a great store until Amazon, Newegg, and other similar online stores began to enter the competition.The staff and management are nice, but the selection in here is very limited and can be expensive for simple products. I definitely wouldnt go here for any computer repair needs, as normally the staff arent trained in the IT field in most cases.

A employee intentionally asked if I wanted a larger size of paper to make my copy when an 8.5 by 11 would have been sufficient. She said that it was procedure to offer a sell the larger paper. Deceptive practices.

I found things I needed for crafting. The customer was wonderful.

I am a small business owner and I am always amazed at how knowledgeable the associates are especially Miss Sharee. I am always treated with kindness and all of my business needs are met, keep up the good works guys!!

I like that I can order something online to pickup the same day. The people who work the floor are always polite, but every time I use the print center, there is a woman there who is so rude to me it makes me wonder why I shop there. Think Im done getting things printed there, at least.

Great service in the copy department! Employees are always asking if I need help while searching the store for products - very friendly!

Line was to slow but I got a great deal on the product I purchased.

Couldnt get a simple job done there and had a very hard time getting any answers. Very frustrating. Good luck

Your experience at this store will depend largely on who you catch and on what day .. Some days things are great (Im guessing on payday) and other days they are difficult to even talk to .. I deal mostly with the print and copy side .. they seem to have a high turn over with employees in that area so few are really knowledgeable about how to do things .. I can ask two separate employees for a quote on a printing project and get to different prices ... they seem more eager to serve their white customer more than other customers .. theyll do flips and tricks for a white customer and then turn to their black customer and appear like youre wasting their time .. I try not to visit the store unless I absolutely have to .. very clean store and the area always look neat, just the folks you have to endure some times that makes it a challenging visit

I will be using another company for my printing needs from now on. The customer service in the print area is very rude and disrespectful. The lady named sheree who works in that area is very rude to her customers and just absolutely refused to do her job. And when I asked the assistant manager, Courteney for help, he said he dont get paid for that!
