Excellent product & customer service. Ive been in need of a high quality office chair for some time now having been using a cheap Staples store bought chair for the past year thats ruined my back. I used to use a Herman Miller Mirra 1 at my former office that I remember being most comfortable for hours on end. Anyone who knows anything knows that these chairs can be pricy. I stumbled across Office Logix Shop doing while doing a Google search and and super glad I did. I was able to get the chair I needed for an unbelievable price and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Probably the best place in town to get a gently used office chair. I did my research before coming in and Kamal was able to answer all my questions and recommend a few different chairs for my needs. They sent me home with a Steelcase chair that would pass for brand new. Touched up paint, new arm pads, steam cleaned fabric and I opted for rollerblade casters for hardwood floors. I am SUPER satisfied and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place for your next office chair. Thank you guys!

I had no idea this small shop existed, but when I needed a new office chair I found it online. I was worried about buying an $800+ chair online without actually sitting in one, and this was the only place I could find near me that had a lot of chairs to try out. Its kind of tucked away and easy to miss, but I was really impressed with the customer service. I explained my needs and they offered up a few chairs for me to try out, showed me how they worked, and adjusted them for me so I could see what was most comfortable. I ended up walking out with a Herman Miller chair for a great price and Im enjoying it in my office now!

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because their office is not really set up to be a showroom. Its quite cluttered. Better signage out front would be helpful too.

Excellent high end office furniture for reasonable prices, with a showroom where you can try every chair yourself. Sometimes they can tweak chairs to your specifications (something the retailer would not do for full price!) Kamal is very helpful.

Found Office Logix Shop as a seller on Ebay and Facebook Marketplace when searching for used Herman Miller Aeron chairs. Investigated and noticed they were local to Columbus. Decided to visit their shop one morning, spent over an hour with Kamal, going back and forth between top end chairs (Steelcase Leap V2 and Gesture, Herman Miller Embody and Aeron), asking tons of questions, which Kamal handled fantastically, walking me through each chairs features and offering his thoughts. Quoted me a fair price for a refurbished fully loaded Aeron C with 30-day warranty. Wasnt assembled yet though, so I came back the next day to pick it up.Because I took so long the first day, I didnt check out the chair too much when I picked it up. When I got home, I realized that the seat was rattling an insane amount compared to my personal experience with Aerons in the past. Turning it over to tighten whatever I could find, I discovered that my seat was attached using two different washers and some random bolt that was not OEM. I reached out to Kamal and he told me to bring it by and they would take care of it. When I got there, I showed and explained to Obada the issue and he went to work taking care of the problem. Long story short, the original seat I had larger holes than normal, so Obada replaced it with a normal-sized hole seat and the OEM bolt hardware. In addition, without me even asking, Obada offered touch-up paint for my troubles, which was extremely appreciated. I took the chair home, and it has treated me well in the week since. Exhilarated to finally own an Aeron for myself! (Never thought furniture would excite me so much.)Usually, with so many good characteristics, I could easily rate Office Logix Shop five stars, but the issue with my chair seat perturbed me and knocked it down to four stars. I was told that the chairs were repaired with OEM parts, but based on the state of how my chair was originally sold to me, that doesnt seem to be 100% completely true. When youre paying a significant amount for an office chair, you want it to be as described. I shouldve tested the chair more before taking it home the first time, to save myself a trip. One thing Office Logix Shop does extremely well is customer service; be it Kamal and his patience with me, or Obada and his quick repair and making up for me having to drive back, they were outstanding on those aspects. If I am ever in need of another chair or any repairs, I will keep Kamal and Obada in mind, and I appreciate their help with my questions, concerns, and issues.

While I truly believe that Customer Service across all industries has never been better (except for too many IVRs) Mr. Obada Mzaik and his group excel like no others. If you want to be truly delighted, take a chair to them for a repair. They upgraded my 20yr Herman Miller Aeron in fifteen minutes, while I waited and were both highly competent and pleasant. What. joy. By the way, the new headset really rocks (see photo) and this review was completely unsolicited.

After twice trying and failing to buy a discounted professional-grade office chair from online retailers that never fulfilled my orders, I found Office Logix. I checked out the showroom and was shocked by the broad selection of refurbished chairs from top-tier brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase and Humanscale. The guy working in the shop was super friendly and walked me through all the options and controls of all the chairs I was interested in. I walked out with an incredibly comfortable chair with outstanding build quality. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for a refurbished, high quality office chair for a great price.

Bait & Switch. Advertise Herman Miller chairs for low price online, only to have the same model that’s hundreds of dollars more “available” in store.Edit: Differences in Aeron models are not the point. Here are screenshots of ads they are currently running. NONE of these were available, although the ads clearly stated they were. One, singular, Aeron was available for $800. Also, I was in the store for 15-20 minutes, nowhere near an hour, looking at 2 chairs.

Had a great experience purchasing here. Obada was very knowledgeable about his inventory and the prices are very reasonable for their stock. The showroom is small but comprehensive so it is easy to look at loads of chairs quickly. The business has several flags outfront but is in a small office park so make sure to follow your GPS instructions closely.A few tips:1. Do some reasearch ahead of time. They have a lot of inventory and seeing so many in a small space can feel daunting. Especially do research if you have aches/pains into reccomended chairs for your particular issues. Things like I need a chair with lots of lumbar support or a chair with adjustable seat depth will help them show you better options than telling them I need a chair because I have hip issues.2. Know your budget for a high quality chair. They will work with you and steer you to options you can afford. A good high quality chair is an investment - these are chairs intended to last. Remember, you get what you pay for. We knew that we couldnt get a brand new $1400 chair, but knowing the cost of the chair new gave us insight into where our budget should be. We were tired of replacing chairs every few years because something on the chair broke or the padding broke down. If you are concerned you can always call ahead to see if they have options in your budget.3. Inventory is second hand - but still in great shape. In some cases they may also offer warranties, it never hurts to ask. We were very pleased that our chair was repainted and had (what we called) a tune up (checking all features, replacing casters, good cleaning) prior to taking home. Some refurbished companies only clean items and call it a day - they clearly care about their products and their customers experience and go the extra mile.This shop is an EXCELLENT stop for anyone in the market for a new office chair, especially if you are eyeing a higher end chair. You will find working with them very easy and it was great to talk to someone who actually understands how these chairs function vs shopping online or at a big box store where the knowledge was almost nothing.

Thank god I found these guys, I have a Herman Miller Aeron that Ive only for quite a long time. Well since WFH this chair has gotten a lot of overtime and the side bolts that attach the seat to armrest finally gave up and broke off. I thought for sure I was going to need to buy a new chair.Luckily the good folks at Office Logix said they could repair the damage and they did, they had spare bolts for the Aeron . Now its good as new,Thanks!

I ordered a used Steelcase Leap leather chair. The chair was delivered within 48 hours via Fed Ex. Although used, the chair showed minimal signs of wear. The leather had been conditioned and all adjustments work perfectly. The transaction was completed totally online and was flawless. Fantastic experience!

I stumbled on their shop after seeing listings on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. I visited their store in person, and was really impressed by the selection of high-end office chairs. The store itself is rather small, and theres very little signage, but the people working there are very knowledgeable. I was recommended a few different chairs, and when I didnt like the color of the incerdibly comfortable HermanMiller Embody out in the front they put together some other pieces in the color I wanted.It was easy to make the purchase with a credit card and I walked out the same day with a refurbished chair. I would recommend them to anyone!

They advertise new chairs on craigslist which are actually refurbished, and act like jerks over text when you ask them questions. While their prices are good, theyre not the only source of used office furniture in town. Id avoid unless theyre willing to walk through exactly what they have to sell -- they werent willing for me.

Terrible service. They advertised on Craigslist. I texted them to let them know I was interested in purchasing a chair. I asked for a couple pics since it’s refurbished, it would be a $500 purchase & would be shipped to me. I was told I would receive the next day. I messaged the next day, again asking for pics and waited. A few hours passed and I asked again. I was told they were too busy with other orders. That tells me they clearly don’t value my time and don’t care about how customers feel like they’re being treated.

Went to pick up an Aeron after seeing their ad on Craigslist. They are very responsive to text messages and ran through every feature on the chair. The model I received was an older model (pre-2004) as it had the thumbwheels controlling the armrests, however it functions beautifully and is very comfortable. Would recommend these guys for a great quality chair at a reasonable price!
