Stumbled upon this place via FB Marketplace. I was looking for a used small filing cabinet. They have A LOT of used office furniture! I had no pressure from walking around to see what all they had. I found a piece that I liked and purchased it at a price well below retail and in good used condition! My customer service when purchasing the item was top notch! I was treated professionally and the staff was very friendly and courteous! They helped me load my “new to me” cabinet into my SUV! Thanks for everything! You guys are awesome and I’m real happy to support a family owned and run business!!

I found out about this company through a search on marketplace for an L-shaped desk. They had a listing on marketplace, and I stopped in to see what they had available. This place has a huge selection, of many high end used office pieces… I was able to find a U-shaped desk that was in excellent condition, a high end office piece for a very reasonable price. Their customer service is off the chart… The original set up that they loaded had two pieces that did not perfectly match, they stood behind their product, and through them going the extra mile we were able to get the exact matches for the U-shaped desk and we are extremely pleased. Thank you for being a business that honors your word and takes care of your customer. We will be doing business with this company again.

This is a nice, family owned business who go out of their way for people. I bought furniture from them a few weeks ago and they were so helpful, never too pushy. I ended up buying more than I came for because they had such an exceptional selection. That being said, this is a great place to shop. The family really cares about their customers and treat people with respect and hospitality.

SO MUCH SELECTION. Condition can vary, but its all right there for you to inspect, so you shouldnt have any surprises. The pleasant staff are a great perk.

Fantastic products and exceptionally reasonable prices. Im on work-from-home and was able to pick up an AllSteel office chair that retails at around $1000 for well under $200. The business is family owned and operated and they take excellent care of their customers. Check them out if youre in the market for quality office furniture!

Absolutely horrible communication on Facebook marketplace. Her profile says its a retail office fixture store. I made a 5-hour round trip to pick up lockers that were still installed in a building they were dismantling. Couldnt have cared less that I spent 5 hours driving, $90 in fuel and an entire day of my life for nothing. If anyone knows how to leave a zero Stars, LMK

Extremely nice, helpful, and responsive staff. Seems to be a family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work and customer service. Not pushy salesmen at all. Their prices are great and theyre very honest about what they see in the quality of their varying products, when they expect new merchandise, and things of that nature. I bought a very nice chair from them at a price Im very happy with. Id recommend checking them out if youre in the market for good office furniture. It can be a tiny bit hard to see from a distance and their website isnt ready yet but theyre working on that, dont let that be a deterrent.

The prices are great, the quality of used office furniture is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful and personable. My wife, brother-in-law, and I each had jobs that shifted to work-from-home this year, and Office First Solutions set us up with great chairs for our home offices.
