Been looking online after seeing these chairs in Easton. I had no idea they had an office in Columbus. I habe been reading all sorts of reviews on various brands of gaming chairs. I was not wanting to order online without trying out the chair. They have a 30 day refund if you decide you dont like it. Im 61 235 to 250 the XL models seem to fit me best. Blain was helpful and patient as sat in multiple chairs then moved to another. Show room is nothing fancy but a wide variety of chairs on display.

They have been out of stock of most of the small size chairs in the casual sport line for about a year now. I asked a few reps and they never know when they will be available again. Im not sure why theyre listed on the website if you never know when or if theyll be back.

I wanted to update this review. After speaking with them again, they shipped out a base seat replacement. I did have to ask about it, but they were able to accommodate accordingly which I was appreciative about. I love my chair overall, & then trying to make it right promoted me to change my review.Paid 399 for a chair, not even a month (a few weeks into it), (MULTIPLE) stitching on the seat is starting coming apart. Emailed NeedforSeat and they said it was just decorative. They offered to fix it, on the basis that I ship the seat cushion back to them. That would mean I’m out of a chair for 4 days. One day to ship, two days turn around time, and one day for the return. I informed them that I can’t be without a chair as I have a full time job and need to work at my desk. I bought this chair solely for the purpose of my new job. I didn’t have another chair prior to this. So this is the only chair I have for an office desk. I made the investment in a chair so that I didn’t have to go and buy a cheap one.Unfortunately, after explaining to them that I can’t be without a chair, they’re response was “I’m sorry to hear that the recommendation is not feasible at this time. Please reach out should that change.”.I’m quite disappointed in knowing that cosmetic or not, I spend 400$ on a chair and I have this issue. So now, it’s past my 30 days and I wont qualify for a refund if I return it.

I purchased a Maxnomic chair about 4 months ago. I had been buying $300+ chairs from office supply stores and they never have lasted more than a year. This chair is super comfortable, very well built, and has everything I could ask for. I am very pleased with Need for Seat and will continue to recommend them to all my colleges. Keep up the amazing work!

Perfect, customer service is amazing when you have customer service this great as these people youll always have business plus the chairs themselves are absolutely wonderful theyre made of All Steel the bases are all still theres no wood in them at all and it has got to be some of the best chairs Ive ever said in my life perfect for the hours and hours and hours of gaming.

Failures to train staff properly can cost you, the consumer, and they will not work to resolve the issue.I purchased a chair from them some time back, and at the time, it was of course under their typical warranty. The chair, over several months, all while still within the warranty, kept warping the base for reasons I and their team could not figure out. Finally, after about 16 months, they flat out said in an email looks like we sold you the wrong model for your height and weight, citing this as the issue for the fact that the bases continued to warp.Rather than owning up to the mistake of the under-trained salesman, their response was your warranty is almost up, so youre on your own after that.Now, if these were normal office chairs, oh no, Im out $100, boohoo and move on. But they are not. Theyre a type of luxury chair that are sold in the multiple hundreds. In my particular instance, I was out almost $700, and they basically told me we [hecked] up, but nevermind that, go [heck] yourself.So, to recap, they sold me a product based on my height and weight, sent me the wrong product despite having accurate information from me, and then basically told me I was [heck] out of luck.
