Ordered a pair of stix online My order never shipped, complained and order was refunded and when my sticks finally arrived 2 weeks later they were not what I ordered . They just tossed a pair and shipped them. Last time I waste my time with this bunch

These guys are honest and they know about what they sell as well as any vintage gear. My guy Jason as well as Jim Rupp and the whole crew are just great! What makes Pro Percussion great is really their customer service. I have never had a bad experience. I recently purchased a snare and was pleased with the quality for the price. They have a wide selection of drums and related items. Definitely worth checking out.

UPDATE: The owner has done a nice thing. Added two stars to make up for one bad day. WJIm done with this place. Gives me no joy after my recent experience. The reason I felt comfortable getting my step kid a $350 drum pedal was that if it didnt work out, I could always trade it in for a DW5000. Anyway, pretty sure Derek doesnt know his own stores policy regarding trade ins. I DID get a 19 K crash/ride, used, so the day is not a total loss. +1 star for that. Otherwise just an execrable experience from a place that should be a sanctuary of calm.

This store is basically drummer heaven and run by very skilled percussionists. If you need anything drum related the selection is endless and the service is incomparable. So thankful they are there.
