Great music store for orchestra/symphony musicians. Staff is knowledgeable. My repair was done quick, in house and at a great price. I will be there for more of my music needs.

Great service, got my kid instrument fix quickly without breaking the bank

Went to get Sax reeds for my Grand daughter and the man knew just what we needed.

So im a middle school student who started the violin we bought it from themthen later i cracked my bridge they fixed it and were so nice about and tuned it now im going to get a new e string

Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. My daughter has recently started on the violin. Something I have no clue about. But we have been able to get it strung and tuned here without any hassle. They also have some pretty gorgeous houseplants.

Very quick repair times

Even though this music store has relocated over the years, it has been around for generations. They are a family business and run with that in mind. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent with all the work that they do. I have had repairs done by them to look like they are factor new. Like most people in this town I will continue to use them for years to come.

I got my first instrument from Mr Baker when I started in band many years ago and I have gotten all my kids instruments from him. My youngest is now off to college and still comes home to Mr Baker with her instrument needs. He is the best hands down for any musical need.

My granddaughter and I went in Saturday around 11:30. They were busy but we were greeted at the door with hello we will be with you shortly. Purchased some items for cleaning her trumpet. Courteous service and reasonable prices. We will be back for future purchases.

The store was clean and the cashier was pleasant. I purchased items for my grand daughter she plays a clarinet. We purchase most all she needs for band from Bakers music shop. They have a good variety of musical instruments and accessories.

Ive gone here for all 4 of my childrens instruments; 2 violins, a guitar, a sax, and a flute. Mr. Baker is amazing. His instruments are of impeccable quality for a reasonable price and repairs are fast. Everything you could need for music class under one roof.

Love Mr Baker, he is always honest and has never charged me for work the instrument did not need. Great prices and great customer service. The only place we will go.

Baker Music Shop is Columbuss hometown shop for music! It has been here for many years and is such a great and helpful small local business. I got my instrument here for middle school and Im now almost 30! I have used them ever since for any musical needs! Wonderful staff and very helpful!

Very good customer service

Mr. Baker fixed my 25+ year old student flute for me and got it playing like new for a reasonable cost. He knows Im a volunteer musician, and is always willing to help me out with whatever I need at a price I can afford. Plus the man knows his flutes!! Everytime something isnt working right, I take it in to him and he fixes it within five minutes! Very impressed!!

Baker was rude to us. No good customer service. Didnt even speak when we walked into the store. We were the only two customers no reason not to speak. I guess they are only nicer to certain customers. Long story short I wouldnt recommend shopping there plus the instruments are old. IJS.
