Value of a moving truck is that of which it makes the move easy or stressful and this one made you sleepy as the exhaust smell would over power you as you drive down the road. The hands free service they try to provide is alright when it works. The website didnt work like it should have for picking up or dropping off the truck. Why is the rental set to how many hours you need it now? It use to be you got it for a day when you rented one.

I have rented trucks from this location in the past without issue, though this time after driving 22 miles I put over three gallons of gas in the truck before returning it, to get the level back to where it was when I started. After returning the truck I looked at my emailed receipt and found I had been charged another $9 surcharge for an extra 2 gallons of gas. Where they say the needle was, was definitely incorrect. I wont be using this location again.

Was there around noon and Taylor helped me. One of the best customer experiences I have had. Seeing I am a business owner I have uhaul alot just to say this is one of the better locations and than people like Taylor make it even better.

Almost had a five star rating until they advertised as 24- hour access, but they are not. We were not informed that this location is not 24 hour access during check in, rental of unit and truck, and return of the truck. During this process, the employees were very helpful and polite, but did not mention this. The next day we arrived just a few minutes after 7 PM with only a few last items to quickly unload, only to find the establishment closed. The employees inside gave no grace and arrived 10 minutes late the following morning. Post some BIG signs to avoid this inconvenience happening to other customers.

Almost rescheduled because the we saw the negative reviews on this location and got nervous but Im so glad we didnt! Lindsey helped us and she was awesome, hooked the trailer right up for us and got us safely on our way! Great experience!

I rented a truck twice from this location. Its nice that its organized and not crowded. They usually have trucks ready to rent, which is not the same at other U Haul places. The late return procedure is a little confusing, its both a problem of this place and U-Haul corporates lack of clarity.

Horrible. Rude. I don’t know what is wrong with the employees at this location but everytime I call they answer and immediately hang up on me. All of them either need to be retrained or get a new job because they obviously 1 do not care about their job 2 do not care about the customers 3 do not know how to simply tell people that they’re busy. Horrible employees. Sorry not sorry. Go to another uhaul save yourself the money & time.

Its been a good month, plus, and they bought back boxes I didnt use for moving. Its a good idea to keep receipts, to show when you bought the boxes, I didnt, but I found the transactions under my accounts.

Mess up my whole trip. Even I made the reservation one month ago. I wait there for hours there for installation. Don’t do business here. Go somewhere else. They will not help you at all.

Horrible customer service. Booked reservation for Grandview location, which was right by the location we were going to pick up from. Half hour before our reservation, we get a call saying our reservation was transferred to this location, considerly increasing mileage thus cost. When expressing my frustration of this to the manager, I was basically told there was nothing to be done and to deal with it. Then upon return, service agent was snarky and intentionally unhelpful. Worst experience with U-Haul ever and will just rent from Enterprise Truck or Penske from now on.

Took my reservation for self storage but didn’t actually have a unit available. I booked a unit online, rented a truck and brought my belongings to the site. When I went to check in the owner informed me that they actually didn’t have any units available. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience the owner lamented to me how difficult it had been telling people they couldn’t fulfill their reservation. They made no effort to inform me ahead of time that they didn’t have a unit available for me. If you must rent from uhaul in the future avoid this location at all costs to save yourself the trouble.

These guys have tons of vehicles, an actual receptionist, and when you return your rental they come out to meet you and inspect/check you out. Best Uhaul business in Columbus.

So far my experience with self storage has been less than five star. According to the Google information for this location you’re supposed able to access your stuff till 10 PM arrived approximately 515 last night entrances were blocked to self storage with vehicles. And arrive this morning and the self storage door was still locked well over an hour after we supposed to be open. Get it together

Solid location with large storage buildings

This location is quicker and more efficient than the Morse Rd location for rentals, but they still occasionally run out of some items and send you down to the Morse Rd store. Its located in an old hotel and most of the empty hotel is still there. They carved a very small store/office out of the old lobby, its kind of a weird but interesting place to visit. I assume theyll make better use of the space in the future.

Excellent service - quick, to the point, and was out the door with a rented truck in less than 10 minutes. Guy at the desk was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job which was a nice change of pace!

Ive rented trucks from here on several occasions, and the service is top notch. The employees who run the place are always friendly and polite and they always have my equipment ready on time.

By far the best experience Ive ever had with a moving truck company. Other places try to gouge you every little way they can. At this place the manager gave me the best possible deal, and even threw on an extra day and 20 miles for free on a one way rental when I told him Id need the truck an additional day. The workers here are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and overall a step above others in the area in the moving/storage industry . If I unfortunately wasnt moving out of Columbus this would be the only place Id ever give my business

Horrible, charged me for damages on driver door and front bumper. Ive rented at other places before and never had any problems. They say they have recording of video on property that it didnt happen there. No cameras visible on site besides front door. They showed me picture of truck from previous day and the door on the picture is cut off where they claim the damage is. Horrible. Rent elsewhere

Austin from the northland storage facility helped me find my car keys and wallet when i left them in the truck. He even stayed after closing and was patient even though i was the one who messed up. Amazing job.

Staff was short with me when I was trying to figure out why I couldn’t access my u-boxes as promised. They were prepped for shipping 2 days early and there was no communication letting me know this or that I would have to give them notice to access the boxes.

There’s never anyone in the store when you arrive. I over filled the tank and the guy just said oh well but if you would’ve under filled I would’ve charged you $4 a gallon and walked away. And he was training somebody. Wow
