Its nice place to keep extra 😌 stuff... I would have did 5stars but it can be crowded at times only one elevator on the main side but other then that, its clean, very helpful staff, and I also enjoy the fact that its climate controlled 😉

Bruh the worst this lady we had a reservation for a pickup truck nd a tralier. Since we stepped a foot inside she already had a attitude 😂 and she was on the phone with someone and when I asked her about my reservation she said there wasn’t no reservation 😂 what the point of work if u just gonna have a bad attitude towards someone you don’t know 😂

Rented a U-haul to grab a couch. Had a snag, but the staff sorted us out, quickly and was super friendly. Ive had nothing but good interactions here.

If you want to walk in, have minimal interaction and cut straight to the point this is your place to go. Do not expect the usual sweet, smiling customer service. Also if you book online or over the phone and you are given one price, get the rep name and or documentation of the quoted price because Ive seen people with many discrepancies.

Absolute WORST service i received. Came in and just asked basic questions and worker would answer all my questions with “idk” while eating chipotle in front on the desk. Very disgusting and terrible customer service. They are no help and don’t know how to talk to people. All she would do it death stare, chew her food and just unhelpful. I was in the store for about 5 mins and didn’t even notice she was sitting behind the desk. Didn’t even acknowledge her being there

The facility is very clean and secure and the staff goes over and beyond to help. After travelling all the way from Cleveland, Ohio to pick up some items we purchased from a storage unit rented by a customer we met online, we arrived to find it locked. Although it was a Saturday night and Justin was already late getting off, he stayed even longer to assist us with an issue that had nothing to do with him until it was resolved. We are so pleased and grateful!

IMO the best Uhaul location in Columbus. Clean, safe, and quick. I have rented from here at least 7 times and refuse to go anywhere else. Easy to access, you just exit 70 to Alum Creek and boom there you are. I park my car at the place everytime and its always exactly how I left it.

The after hours manager of the storage facility is rude. I called because I could not access my storage unit. Instead of answering the phone in a professional way she was abrupt, rude and condescending. I will be removing my items from this facility. I’ve had storage units in the past, with other companies and have never experienced this. The other places were dedicated facilities, I’m guessing that they’re just over-extended as the renting of vehicles is simple and pleasant.

Very nice and clean with easy access getting in and out.

Im switching units. They took my lock off previous unit, leaving my belongings unlocked. They took it same day I got smaller unit w/out cause.

Great customer service and no issues returning the truck. Would highly recommend this location.

Ayesha runs a extremely organized operation! She is professional and friendly, Justin is also great and so helpful. I am eternally grateful to both of them for their help over the past year with my moves from HELL! I had 3 units with them over the last year they made my experience pleasant and efficient. The building is so clean, well lit and layed out. I wish Adesha ALL THE BEST and would trust all my family possessions and heirlooms again!!!

Cleaner than I thought

Pick up process was not fast and easy. I was checked in my the GM Adesha, who is not friendly or customer serving. The process was inconvenient, asking for references for a rental when I never had that issue with a rental or Uhaul before. She wanted to call someone and speak to them before giving me my truck when she had all my contact and credit card info. Drop off was not convenient but the another lady there was nice and made it up.
