Kenzell spoke with my husband over the phone. He was very nice the entire time I was there, even grabbing a chair for me (pregnant) to wait there. The other employee was very nice too and always had a smile on her face!! Will be back for sure!!

This uhaul location has plenty of supplies and trucks. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I when we needed help getting moving bins to our location. I cannot say enough about this location. Will be using them for all of our moving needs going forward.

47 mins late and they charged me for an extra day! Equipment drop off is pretty much in the middle of West broad St! Went to this one because it was an actual U-Haul but next time I’ll stick with the corner gas station dealer. At least they are decent people.

Chuck will answer any questions you have. He takes pride in his service and property. You can ensure your rental will be cleaned. If not then Chuck will fix the situation. Even if you dont rent a truck, Chuck can answer or probably help you with any moving needs. Chuck W. will ensure you get moved worry free and hassle free at great prices. Outstanding experience!We returned a one-way rental and the experience was outstanding! Chuck was very courteous and helpful. We were in and out in short order without belaboring the process. This place is a covid nightmare!Customers packed into a tiny place with no masks on!!!!The parking lot is a disaster! They have cars parked everywhere.Thankfully I wont need anything from there anytime soon.Its a junkyard.

Not bad, but the gauge they give you to fill the tank back up to 3/4 was aognificantly off for me so they got an extra 8$ worth of gas out of me. The whole idea that they fill the tanks to 3/4 seems like a scam

We just picked up a 5x8 Utility Trailer and I am going to report that these men were awesome! They were engaging, polite, friendly, and hilarious - customer service was excellent! We were ready with our own tow hitch but they helped us get everything attached to our Crosstrek and then ensured everything was secure. They made sure we were aware of all of our traveling options (like roadside assistance) and the variety of ways we could return our trailer with ease. It is worth repeating that these guys definitely impressed us and we will be going back to them in the future.

I called in and Chuck answered with a positive and upbeat attitude and answered all my questions. When I came in I was greeted by Chuck. He was just as positive in person as over the phone. He was incredibly helpful and I had such a great experience I had to write a review. 5/5. Thanks Chuck.

I have been using U-Haul since I moved out of my Daddys home several years ago. And I have usually been treated fairly and nicely. I called ahead to reserve a truck. When I arrived, I was told there werent any trucks available. I reminded the man that I had just called about 20 minutes ago. He said he didnt know who I talked to but there werent any trucks available until the next day or so if the people didnt keep their reservations. I said all these trucks are reserved and I looked him square in the eyes. He said they were. He lied. His lot was completely full. BUT hed rather lose money than to rent me a truck. The gentleman with me said lets go. I left, but praying God please end this kind of ignorance and hatred. And Lord I forgive him his sin committed against me. In Jesus Name. Amen. and I meant it. I rented a truck from another location across town.

We all know moving is so stressful, so when I accidentally returned my U-Haul truck to the wrong destination and the charge was astronomical, him and his manager was able to get the charge reversed and everything back in line. I have to say one of the best U-Haul In Columbus! Kinzel took such good care of me. He handled the situation very well! I really appreciate his time & help! Definitely recommend this location! :)

This is a great location very close to Ohio State campus. The facility is very efficient and organized. The vehicle reserved was available with no problem. Will rent from them again.

Went to to pick up my U-Haul and they told me that their credit card machine was down and that I can’t pay cash for my truck that I had reserved. Extremely unaccommodating and terrible service

Made a reservation on Monday, for Friday, to get a hitch installed, and the lady said someone would call and confirm the hitch was available. Tuesday came, Wednesday Came, then Friday came and was at that point I should be there at noon, I called back.She once again said the guy was out and would call back in about 10 minutes. No call.It’s Saturday now and I’ve never received a call, and I still have no idea if the hitch is available.No way to do business in my opinion 👎👎👎

When I picked up our 26 truck, the guy at this U-Haul location told me it had half a tank of gas and to make sure it returned with half a tank of gas if we didnt want charged. We drove the truck a couple of miles to a house, loaded it up, drove it another 24 miles (mostly highway), and unloaded everything . When we got back in the truck to drive it back to the location we noticed it was almost on EMPTY! Already?! Those numbers didnt add up. We figured there must be something wrong with the gauge. We drove it to a gas station immediately and started filling it up and noticed the gauge going up, so I didnt have an option but to fill this thing with almost 20 gallons ($50) of gas to get it back to just above half a tank. Thats when I remembered the guy at U-Haul told me to take a photograph of the dash before we drove it off. (Im not sure why he told us to do that, but it was smart!) When I pulled the photo up on my phone and actually looked at it, it showed a quarter of a tank! Thats why we were on empty so fast: when we drove off from the U-Haul location it only had a quarter of a tank, not the half a tank they said and showed on their paperwork. So I basically paid extra to put a bunch more gas in it. It was after closing when we dropped the truck back off, so I called this location the following day to explain the issue and the woman who answered said the manager would call me back. He never did. Not happy about the situation at all.

Ive been renting from UHaul for years now. Before my move 2hrs from Columbus, I pretty much always rented exclusively from the Broad-Central location. The staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Ive pretty much rented trailers only and all I have to do is back up to it, hand them the lighting adaptor for my truck to a 4way flat connector, and they hitch the trailer and hook up the lights and all the safety chains for me. Then they assist in checking all lighting functions on the trailer- running, brakes, etc, then once verified all is operational, Im good to go. I ALWAYS get the extra insurance. It doesnt cost that much more and it gives me peace of mind knowing that should anything happen to the trailer, up to and including complete theft, I am completely covered and will owe them absolutely nothing due to the insurance. It can also cover the things youre hauling in case of damage, etc, if need be. I went to drop off the trailer after I was done with it the next day after my move and all I had to do was show them my paperwork and they came out and unhitched it for me, handed me my lighting adaptor and off I went. Wasnt there but maybe 5min, total, from start to finish to get it turned in. Great place to rent from and I highly recommend it.

Quick and friendly service for propane even when everything was iced over. Their staff was cleaning the ice off truck windows for another cust.
