I gave Store Space only 3 stars at my first opportunity to review.I hesitate to overrate a place and give a glowing review before I know how they operate.To the Management: I apologize. Ill straighten this out now.To the Public: I have Never used a better storage service! And, I have used many over the last 4 decades! Its Clean! No Vermin! Perfectly Maintained! Friendly, helpful staff. It seems a little pricey at first glance, but 2 months in, its fair enough. Ill be there as long as I require the service, and Service is where its at!

Stopped by today and requested information about prices and other questions. The man was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything. This is my first time needing a storage unit. The facility was well lit and very clean.

The team on Veterans parkway is really helpful. I came in today needing a storage spot. Everything went smoothly and I can continue with my plans. The young lady gave me some advice and she showed me the facility. I also was given instructions on how to navigate the website. 🙏 🙏 Thanks.

The Store Space facility on Veterans Pkwy is amazing. The best thing about it is the staff. I was so preoccupied with getting everything ready for closing the sale of my house that I didnt even realize that I had arrived at the office just a few minutes before closing until I saw the opening hours posted at the door as I entered. I felt really bad about that but Randee greeted me with a smile and treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. Did I mention that the facility is extremely well maintained and very clean? One might even say pristine. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing. Great customer service which made getting our storage unit easy. We had to upgrade to a larger size after choosing the wrong one, but the staff made it easy to change and it took seconds.

Normally I expect deals like the one I got to come with hidden fees, but not with this place. The gentleman at the front was very helpful, proficient, upfront, honest, and made the process hassle-free. The units are clean and secure, and the pricing is very reasonable.

So I am currently out of town and I called at the beginning of the month to pay for my storage unit they told me how to do it and tried to pay it and it wouldnt pay and I told them I needed to speak with the manager who told me to call back still havent received a phone call from that manager called back today and my bill is almost at $400 for the smallest unit they have. All because they cant take a payment over the phone but today were willing to make an exception but when my bill was due they couldnt make that exception then. I would advise no one to use this storage place to store anything because they will garentee you one thing but then lie to you about another.

Mark was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. They have great deals and great storage spaces. Would highly recommend to use and convenient location.

I have not been but a couple of hours in town looking for a place to rent and I decided to look for a storage rental while doing this. So much to say but what stands out was Excellent Customer Service. Miss Randee Erickson was absolutely superb. She loves her job and it really shows. She provided me some information that was critical in helping me make my decision on where to rent.

Randee at store space is so kind and helpful! She makes renting a Uhaul so easy. She goes above and beyond to make sure the entire store and outside is clean as well!! Thanks Randee 🙂

Booked my unit online which took all of 3 minutes or so. Came to the office the following day to finalize everything and the staff was maybe the most friendly I’ve interacted with at a business. Very helpful, made sure I had everything I needed and in a very timely manner. After shopping around the rates and extremely fair and the units are nice. Glad I picked this company.

Had an appartments worth of stuff I had stored in a bedroom and decided to move it out. Did some looking around online, talked to a few places and was not pleased with the service I got until I talked to Randee at Store Space. She is easily one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people Ive ever dealt with. Helped me find the best option for me and even got me set up with a uhaul. Absolutely reccomend.

This place was so rude to me. Was only one storage unit available. I was inquiring about the part if they have flood damage they are not responsible. Unless of course I pay extra for insurance above rental amount. I was ask who to call if I wasnt available. I said God. Then the salesperson told me to leave. How rude. But there was only one unit available so no skin left.

Great service. Weve been storing for half a year here and one time we forgot to lock our unit correctly, they called us the same day informing us!

It used to be phenomenal, but the change of personnel and the constant rate increase its making it seriously obnoxious.

Randee helped me yesterday. Great service. I was in a hurry and she helped me get set up in less than 10 minutes. Clean big spaces.

I would have given it a better rating That part as far as the units are fine but you need to get out and walk before you drive through there cuz you can pick up handfuls of nails and screws I had to have three tires fixed just on one trip going through there. Make sure you have someone to walk in front of your vehicle that way they can look for the hazards and then youll be okay now the units they have lights that you can turn on so even at night youll be able to get to your stuff.. P.S. Nobody has contacted me back yet. I dont.care call. If you say you are. Or dont say anything and dont call.

Moved items for someone dont know the price. She had a tiny space she rented. The inside walls were o.s.b. siding or at least thats what it looks like. Outside looked pretty sturdy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our storage building was broken into while we stored some of our things there before moving to Fort Benning. The property manager (Name starts with an M, Melanie or Melanie, something like that) is rude, and pretends to not know anything that happens on the property. They have security cameras on site (you can see them) but apparently they dont work. I would NEVER recommend anyone store anything of importance here.

My personal belongings are their, it been over a year, I pay for 2 units monthly. So far so good.

Ive had a storage unit at the Veterans Parkway location since 1991. Originally, when the units were operated by the Weathers family, the onsite managers were attentive and the facility was well-maintained.Since Devon purchased the facility, the maintenance and overall appearance has declined. The coded entry gate is no longer functional, which means that virtually anyone can enter the facility. While appearance and security continue to decline, rent on the units continues to increase.Supposedly, the security cameras would forestall attempts to break into units, but anyone with the dullest amount of imagination knows to obscure license plates and wear a hood or ball cap, dark clothes and sunglasses when breaking into a facility with camera surveillance.While the current on-site management is pleasant and attentive, especially about rent collection, I question the integrity of their security system. I suspect that Devons motive is purely profit-driven, and that doesnt make for a feeling that my belongings continue to be safe at this facility.
