Jamia was very helpful in making sure I was able to reserve my unit. She even assisted me with doing an electronic signature by the fact I am coming from out of town and would be unable to go to the office the next day due to it being closed. Overall I have nothing to complain about 🙂

I have been a customer for a year now. My rate started at $65 a month not including the BS insurance they make you have that covers Sonic booms 🙄. But my rent has slowly gone up and today I just received a notice in the mail it is now going from $88 a month to $95 a month still not including that BS insurance that costs about $20 extra a month. Even besides that the business is on a side of a hill and the and it has crazy sloped and angles on any given driving path to the point you cant even being a trailer directly to most units because your going to pull the taillights off on the ground. Also I would say most sedans could not drive to the units because you will bottom out many times just getting to your units. I will be looking for a new storage rental as of today.

Great friendly staff. My only complaint is that the roads between the units are very uneven, so if you drive a car you’re likely to scrape the bottom of your vehicle.

Im a little disappointed in the fact that they raised my storage bill from $62.00 a month to $77.00 a month without notice via email, mail, or even a phone call. I have had my things in this storage every since May 2020 up until now. I dont remember in anywhere in my lease they state that prices would increase. With this being said this company broke lease agreement. If these prices continue go up. I will not be able to afford the prices they offer for the storage size unit I purchased. I will have to probably move my things out and put them into another storage unit with a different company that will be cheaper and within my price range. The customer service or GM could do a little better in letting ppl know about any price changes. Warning to all reading this. These ppl are not good about cleaning the storages once other ppl move out. There were gallons of paint in the storage before I moved my stuff in and you will mess your car up if you are not careful operating your vehicle going up and down the hills where the storage units are located.

Former customer of this Storage Rental of America. I like it better when it was Cube Smart. They do offer great customer service from ladies in the office. Storage Rental does not give refunds or prorate your storage bill if you move your stuff out early. I paid for a full month for my storage rental. I only kept my storage there for a week for this full month I paid for. Then learned the day of the move that I could not get a refund.

Never rent here they will go up on yo bill without notice and lock yo stuff up if you don’t have the money cause they went up on your bill without notice I been renting this unit since July paying 75 a month nobody never said it will go up 100 Jan 1 no text no call or email then she say it’s in my lease it will go up 5 or ten a month well 75 to 100 is along way from 10 to 5 dollars I’m a veteran who is out of state and they still showed no sympathy

Working away from home can be a hassle. I have rented many storage buildings in many states and this is one of the best! Management is top notch. Only downside is unit has very tight passages and is a tight fit for any larger vehicle, but that is a small price to pay for the great service received at this location. Thanks highly recommend!

Fast, simple service. I’m and out of the office and had keys within 5 minutes. Made a reservation same day as dropping off my stuff. Staff were very helpful and answered all questions I had.

I had an excellent experience at this Cube Smart location. Reuben Laws, the manager of the property, clearly does an excellent job maintaining the property. My storage container was clean, dry, and swept, and the access hours for the units were convenient. Also, Cheryl, one of the employees who assisted me in renting storage space, was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was also very friendly and went out of her way to welcome me to the area. I recommend this facility to anyone new to the area looking for storage.

Great staff. As soon as I pulled up Mrs. Cheryl walked out and introduced herself and made me feel welcome. Then shortly after walking in the office I met Mr. Reuben he was very helpful, great customer service they showed me around the property and were my storage was going to be at before I committed to anything and I was satisfied on the storage. I would recommend this place to anyone. Yes its not your luxury storage places but its is closed in area and concealed from the public which is good.

The military discount made it easy to decide in the first place, but the customer service is what really brought me in! Miss Dillard and Reuben are hilarious and easy to talk too. Me and a few buddys are going to rasp and needed a place to store are extra stuff so we all payed together and its super cheap. Hands down best rates in Columbus.

Messed up our automatic billing, so we ended up getting charged almost double with the late fee. Keep in mind they will force you to pay their insurance on your stuff unless you bring proof that you have purchased insurance elsewhere. Its $12/mo 😯

Going into it I knew there would be a possibility for mold due to the fact that its not an indoor climate controlled storage facility. Staff was very respectful and helpful. Storage was pretty easy to get to although I would recommend you drive to your storage unit in a vehicle before bringing in a trailer. It was an interesting drive with a uhaul 6x12 trailer hooked up to a Yukon Xl because of terrain. Had I known it would be so challenging I probably would have taken my money elsewhere. Overall though I would suggest it to a friend.

HORRIBLE!!! at first but Was taken care of in the end!Had my items stored here for a month, when I went to get them all of my very expensive furniture was covered in Mold and Mildew. Guess what?? I have insurance they are no help its not covered under the policy only water damage well forgive me I was under the impression it was caused by water damage!After complaining to upper management, they refunded me all the money I had paid for storage and then gave me money towards my cleaning bill. I can say from a local stand they cant do much but after talking to upper management I was able to see some results.I would recommend getting mold protection placed in the unit, overall the company handled the situation a professional manner.Thank you Justin Tarr for contacting me and making me feel like a valued customer!

Customer service is inadequate to a consumers needs . Theyll push you to buy useless insurance on the unit, that does not cover anything !!!!! The units are untested and untreated for mold, in which they insist that they are. . Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Not climate controlled unfortunately, but the rates are monthly, which is a good thing for military personnel considering how we prepare to move on a whim...

Worst place to work got fired for sending a picture of the rats infestion to the GM which placed a customer items in trash that wasnt due to move out he gave them 75 bucks to recover
